The front desk lady was very kind and patient even tho I was frustrated because the pool was closed due to maintenance. I always use hotels that have pools for my boys. The remote did funky things. The front desk worker offered to help either reprogram a new remote or to move rooms to a suite because all of the double rooms were rented out. We chose to stay where we were. The best are medium support. Very comfortable. The room was clean and pleasant. We had a couple of hiccups but it was a very good stay. They had tea or hot cocoa in the lobby. The breakfast was better than several other places we have stayed at. All in all it was a pleasant stay. We would stay again if in the area.

The pool was closed down and when i enquired about it the lady was extremely rude about it. I didn't know it was closed. Other than that it was a nice property.

Overall the experience we had was good, this was our second year staying with them for a local book festival we attend. We had 2 main issues this trip, check in is a 3 and we got to the hotel after 430 and neither of our rooms were ready, the employee working the front desk was very apologetic and was incredibly sweet. Our second issue occurs with the pool and how hot the water was in it and that they were missing a pool suction intake cover and a member of my party got pulled into it and reported it to the employee working the desk after it happened on the first night of our stay and all that was done was "We're sorry that happened to you." The intake cover was not put back on, the pool water never got cooler. Overall we enjoy staying at this hotel, we just hope next year issues like this won't arise.

Very upset that we were not told ahead of time that the pool was not available. That is one of the main reasons we picked this place. I truly feel like we should have been told as we had very disappointed children.

The bedding in our room had not been changed. We found hairs and dirt in both queen beds. We had to go get replacement sheet sets and pillow covers and change them. The staff did not offer to change them on the spot. One staffmember apologized profusely and asked what room we were in so she could report it to housekeeping. The evening manager on duty was not apologetic. Listen people, you are a hotel, you should get the most important thing right: a clean bed.

Checked in, got into the room as soon as you open the door, a smell of urine smacks you in the face, the room smells horribly bad of dog Urine, asked to switch rooms She said the only other room they had was also pet friendly. future reference ask for a non-pet friendly room as this room made it extremely hard to sleep because of how strong the urine smell was.

This Sleep Inn & Suites was a pleasant surprise. We were driving thru Alabama on our way to our final destination. I did make reservations ahead. This hotel is SPOTLESS, and the staff is very warm and friendly. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and tasty with typical items to choose from. This area was spotless, as well. We have stayed in more expensive hotels that were not as clean, comfortable and well maintain as this Sleep Inn & Susites in Jasper, AL.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The only real drawback is the traffic noise; it is next to a truck stop so there was some overnight noise. They did give me a room opposite the main noise area. I could stay there again if I'm in the area.

Only real complaint I have is the Wi-Fi is horrible. My stay was part of a business trip and I needed to use my computer on serval occasions but was unable to get the internet to stay connected. Was constantly dropping and not working. And I tried using multiple devices.

No TV not working. If you like the sounds of big rigs engine braking all night this is for you. All said the hotel is clean staff friendly. Day front desk Merrii was a delite and did warn us about the tv and pool.

We have stayed at this same hotel a few times and prefer it because it is clean and offers good free breakfast. However, on this trip the heater was not working and we did not realize it until we returned much later that evening to realize our room heater was not working on a very cold night in Jasper, AL. I reset the heater and it felt like it was working but did not. Got up a 5am freezing and went to front desk to report. Manager immediately went to RM314 with me and removed cover to HVAC unit and tried to twice to reset to no avail. Offered to give us another room but it was already 5:30am and we had plans to leave by or before 8:30 to be able to attend our Granddaughters 10am Christmas Pageant. We declined. We used hair dryers to stay warm in the bathroom while we showered and got dressed. Although the Manager worked to be as accommodating as possible in a very uncomfortable situation, my Wife and I feel we should be reimbursed our room fee for the cold inconvenience we experienced. Thank You,

After driving 6 hours to get to the hotel I was refused the room because apparently they couldn't take my Visa because it was from an online bank. However the next day they had no trouble charging me $175 for the first night on the exact same Visa that they couldn't take! And to make it even better I can't get my money back now. I don't know if this is the fault of the hotel or orbits, but they're trying to say it's because I didn't cancel my reservation. I didn't cancel my reservation because I showed up and was refused the room.

Nice hotel in a very convenient area. Unable to give a full review of the breakfast because they ran out of waffle mix one morning & the juice dispenser machine was out of order during both days of my stay. Was mistakenly charged for a 'No Show' fee during my stay there, but was told thaf the charge would be refunded. After a few days since my conversation, I'm still awaiting the reversal on my credit card.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Room was very nice. Beds extremely comfortable. Will definitely recommend and hope To stop again on our travels. We stayed at another one a day farther down the roar and not quite as nice.
