While the power went out and I was worried our stay would be cancelled it wasn’t. I wa staying for furman family weekend and even though it ended up being cancelled due to the hurricane and Greenville was experiencing quite a bit of chaos this hotel still had my reservation. The room was fantastic. We’ll definitely be staying for our next visit. Not only was everything clean and inviting (even when the power was out) the staff was friendly, funny, and helpful. They worked super hard to keep everyone safe and even with the power out they had a hot breakfast in the morning on Saturday. The power did come back on and it was ended being a great stay and an adventure we won’t soon forget. The hotel was the safe place I. The middle of a chaotic moment. Looking forward to our next stay.

Pros: Property is newer and appeared to be very clean. The shower was great! Comfy clean bed and nice size room. Very easy digital check out process using the TV remote in your room. Small but clean gym with newer machines. Cons: Not downtown and no restaurant on site, but they do have snacks you can purchase. Drive DT is only about 10 minutes.

My stay was good, the staff was amazing hotel was nice and clean breakfast was great! My only complaint would be the rooms it’s very loud you can hear the people walking in the room above us. It’s like living on the ground floor of an apartment and having noisy upstairs neighbors. Other than that me and my husband enjoyed ourselves. The outside area was nice too !

The staff were excellent, courteous and conscientious. The property is a relatively new 5 years old or so, clean and very well functioning, with easy parking. The self serve breakfast was quite good and satisfying. We found the beds unusually high off the floor for some reason, but otherwise had an excellent stay. Great value for the price……

Though I had a confirmed reservation through Hotels.com the General Manager canceled it in order to re-sell the room at a higher rate due to local events. Traveling with my elderly mother, I had no choice but to pay the hotel’s inflated rate, resulting in stress and financial loss. When I tried to discuss the matter with the General Manager before checkout, he was extremely rude and dismissive toward both me and my mother. The front desk associate, Amy, was also hostile—she threatened to call the police when I said I’d leave an honest review and claimed it was “hotel policy” to cancel third-party reservations at their discretion. The elevator was out of order from Friday night through Saturday morning, which caused me pain due to a physical limitation, and housekeeping never serviced our room during the entire stay.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of downtown Greenville. Lots of dining and shopping in the area. Safe. Quiet. Staff: unprofessional, ran out of things at breakfast and no one around to restock Breakfast: fair Cleanliness: trash outside room door, hair on beds, floors not clean.

Very convenient location for my needs. The bathroom cleaning needs better attention, floors were sticky, shower had hair and mildew. Found trash on the carpet under the desk. Sheets had old stains.

Although the room looked clean. I spilled some water in the tiled entryway. When I wiped it up the towel was filthy. Clearly, the room was vacuumed but the tile floor had now been washed recently.

Room was very clean. Highway side is noisy than the back half. Beds are very comfortable. My lamp was out and the sink was backed up. Breakfast is convenient! Everything you would expect and more. Fire alarm went off. No announcement was made so we started to leave. Someone was smoking in the bathroom apparently.

The only con I have was that the furniture was not wiped clean. Also, my room had to be changed because the air conditioner was not operative in the first room. The front desk clerk was very kind about the matter, which was a plus for me.

For the price we paid we could have stayed at a motel 6. TV was out all night. The internet came back on about 3am because the phone rang, one coffee machine was down because they did not have filter paper the other coffee machine barely worked. I don’t know I just expected better for $152 for the night.

This is a newer property, and it is in excellent condition, great location in the Greenville area, I had a single King, the room was spacious, as well as the bath, great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Lawanda checked me in, was very pleasant, I had a little trouble accessing the WiFi and the manager helped me out right way. The breakfast was good. If your looking to stay in this area, I would highly recommend this property

It was a comfortable stay, but not enjoyable. There was a kids soccer tournament staying at the hotel and we really wish they enforced quiet hours. We tried to call the front desk because it got out of hand, but we never got an answer. Had to walk out of the room around 1 am to ask them to hush. They had no parents in sight, so we were not happy. Bathroom was nasty, hairs of all kinds everywhere. They also did not put trash bags in the cans, just draped them over the sides so you could do it yourself. Check in was meh. The gentleman checking us out was lovely, so it was hard to complain to him. Also odd that I called earlier in the week about early check in and they said it was possible so call back on the day of. I called and she said “literally everyone is checking out right now.” I’m not sure why they would say they offer early check in if they don’t. That’s how every hotel works, having everyone check out at the same time? Whatever. Anyways, take my review with a grain of salt.

Room was clean and well appointed. We did not have the breakfast as we had other plans. The staffing appeared light for a Saturday afternoon/evening; as no one was at the desk at check in but we only had to wait about 3-4 min for the clerk to check us in. Later that evening, we requested a toothbrush and had some difficulty getting through to the front desk via the room phone. Ultimately, we were able to go back to the front desk to get the toothbrush. Good location; conveniently located near mid-priced restaurants.

Enjoyed my 2-night weekend stay. Arrived before check-in time and had to wait for my room to be ready, but staff was very nice and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. Hotel seemed very new; my king room was large and the bed, comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included a wide variety of hot and cold options, something for everyone. Location was convenient to downtown and to Furman University. Would definitely stay again.

We were here one night for graduation, and the hotel was quite busy. Check-in wasn't until 4:00 but we arrived early as we had to leave for our event by 3:30. The front desk personnel worked very hard to accommodate us and after waiting just a few minutes a room was found for us. The room and hotel in general were clean and well-kept. And the location was safe, quiet, and very convenient for our needs.

Our room is clean and the beds are comfortable. I was very disappointed that they closed the breakfast area before 9:30. My husband came down at 9am and took our suitcases to the car and breakfast place was already closed. This might not be an isolated case because the front desk guy doesn’t look surprised. Do not tell your guests that breakfast is open until 9:30 if you are closing before 9am.

Check in went very smooth, Room reasonably clean, bathroom not so much. The bed was extremely hard. The next morning breakfast was a joke very few selections and it seemed that they had no help keeping everything stocked. I have had much better rooms and breakfast for the price we paid will not be returning to this hotel.
