⭐ 1 STAR — STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The room had BED BUGS AND ROACHES. Let that sink in. You pay for a hotel room expecting, at the absolute bare minimum, a clean and sanitary place to sleep—not a room where you have to worry about bugs crawling around or whether you’re going to take bed bugs home with you. As disgusting as the condition of the room was, the staff made the experience even worse. Instead of being concerned, apologetic, or helpful when there were serious issues, the staff I dealt with were rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like guests were an inconvenience. Basic customer service and common courtesy seemed to be too much to ask. Bed bugs are not a minor inconvenience. Roaches are not something a paying guest should be expected to tolerate. And when a guest has a legitimate complaint about the cleanliness and safety of a room, the LAST thing they should have to deal with is disrespectful staff on top of it. I left this hotel feeling disgusted, frustrated, and completely disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again if the room were free. If you’re considering booking here, PLEASE reconsider. Check your room carefully, check the mattress and bedding, keep your belongings off the floor, and think twice before bringing your luggage into the room. ZERO stars would be more appropriate if that were an option.

This place should not be in business. The room has mo lights, roaches crawling in the walls and it smells like urine. We asked for a refund. I would never recommend this place even with an upgrade.

this place sucks. the reviews must be bought because it’s genuinely just a trap house. there are roaches stuck on the walls in the bathrooms. hallways smell like crack pipes. people outside in front that look like they sell themselves. yea. just overall a nasty place.

Ok so let me start by saying the room was a nice size, sliding doors to balcony, kitchenette with cooktop fridge micro and kitchen sink. Bed was super comfy, water was hot. Now the bad… tv glitched in and out constantly, the room smelled weird and the hallway smelled like human feces…strong. But the MAIN ISSUE IS THE BUGS!!!!! Bring roach spray I’m dead serious, adult and baby riches all over the room hallways and stairwells, in the stairwells the cockroaches are just out in the open, some dead some alive and crawling. It was honestly the grossest thing ever, no bed bugs but still. It’s a shame because it could be a great little place if they got rid of the bugs, replaced ALL THE CARPETING with tile or something to that effect. They are definitely due for a makeover

This hotel was so bad we checked out two days early. Don't be fooled by the pictures! This hotel was the worst I have ever used. There was no breakfast, or at least if there was, the staff did not say a word. Actually, I probably would not have trusted the food/cleanliness anyway. They want you to stand at a window similar to a bank teller window, to check in. They were shocked when I walked into the office to check in. We only were given one room key. We had a second floor room during the heat dome over NJ. The wall AC unit could not keep up with the heat coming from the ceiling. There was no phone in the room! So don't bother trying to contact the desk. The floor was not clean so I wore my sneakers to the shower. Speaking of showers, there was no hot water. The white bath towels had streaks of black running through them as if they had been used previously to clean a car, then washed but did not come totally clean. Towels supplied were minimal. Best thing you can do is stay away. Go to the Holiday Inn Express not far away! It was much better there!
