Nice hotel near an airport with free parking. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Three is a pool but it was closed. Does have a restaurant but you need to drive to everything else. 10 mins drive to the metro station. Shuttle bus available but €10 each way. Only pick is they use paper cups in the rooms and for the orange juice in the breakfast room

The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom nice. Staff cordial and orofessional. TV did not work. Restaurant overpriced for menu available. Swimming pool under construction so closed. Breakfast and airport shuttle not available until 6am, too late for a 7:10 international flight. Taxi was €30.

Nice hotel, really need your own transport transport. Disappointed we couldn't access the park from the hotel. Swimming pool seemed to be reserved for an outside party on the Sunday of our stay which meant we had to change our plans

Good location if have a hire car. We had 2 connecting rooms set up as 2 singles then a king for partner and I. The pool is being refurbished but will be lovely when back in action. The night reception staff were a little brisk but day reception breakfast etc lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great lots to choose from and can sit outside.

An oasis at the end of our European holiday. The shuttle bus to the Milano airport is convenient. Great food and service at the restaurant. The pool area is beautiful for relaxing. I would stay here again.

Hotel needs updating and deep cleaning. Wall to wall carpeting appears stained/dirty throughout. Walls in our room were splattered with coffee or possibly food in places. Breakfast was decent (very good pastries, fresh fruit) aside from undercooked scrambled eggs. Pool area looked well maintained and water was clean, though we didn't get the chance to swim. We tried to reach the hotel on foot from the airport because there is a beautiful park with walking path that appears to stretch from Linate to the Belstay area. Unfortunately, you can get almost all the way to the hotel but then the sidewalk ends and you must cross and walk along a highway in multiple places to get to the hotel. I realize this isn't an issue the Belstay can likely fix, but it was just unfortunate to then have to spend 40 euro on a taxi to drive 2 miles the next day when it could be a pleasant walk. Staff was helpful in booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. Overall, was not as clean or pleasant as other hotels we stayed in during our trip which were 2 or 3 stars. Surprised that this is listed as 4 stars.

Prezzo molto alto per un hotel vicino l’aeroporto usato quasi prettamente per appoggio. La camera era poco pulita, lenzuola e tappezzeria con macchie, pareti a cui servirebbe una passata di pittura. Doccia con rubinetteria piena di calcare. Solo la parte reception era ben tenuta, le stanze no. Unica nota positiva la colazione (da pagare a parte) davvero ottima.

Can't believe this is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. There was blood on the walls. There was also splattered flies on the walls, bugs in the room, and dirty floors. Would not stay again.

Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! My first room was filthy and old. The carpets are stained, the walls had streaks of filth on them, the shower was coated in mold, and the cover for the toilet flush was missing. I demanded another room or a refund and the manager gave me a new room that had been completely updated. It was much better but still very questionable in cleanliness. There has to be better places to stay in the area.

This is a great hotel, the lounge is nice, quiet area near Linnate Airport but bed was so hard we could hardly sleep. AC worked but Dan was loud. The place is spacious, clean and had a great bathroom and connecting grooms for our family.

Rooms, Bathrooms, Restaurant and rest of the hotel is maintained very well and staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available. Hotel surrounding is nice and quiet. Air conditioning in the rooms could be bit stronger on the hot days, hence 4 stars. A great hotel for the price.

The front staff were not pleasant or helpful. I speak passable Italian and only had minimal questions. They seemed inconvenienced by them. The room was tiny. Small rooms are common in Italy but this was very small. The most frustrating thing was that there was no outlet I could plug into to use my styling tools. The blow dryer in the bathroom had an outlet that said “Shavers only”. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no outlet nearby. I had to plug in next to the bed and do my hair blind.

Decent hotel for a short stay near the airport. Room is small but sufficient. The AC in our room did not work and it took a couple of calls and about 45 minutes to get someone to come over and resolve the issue. Friendly front desk staff. OK breakfast buffet. Good enough but not as nice as the Best Western we stayed at near the same airport a few days earlier for about the same price.

I like everything about this hotel for my one day stay to fly from Linate Airport. The hotel’s airport transfer driver is very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. I received excellent service at the breakfast room. I will come back to stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend.

レストランのスタッフは夕食時も朝食時も不満です。　まず客に対しておもてなしをするという態度のかけらも有りません。笑顔は全くなく、睨みつけるようでした。又周りの客が食事中でも他にテーブルを片付けるのにガチャガチャと大きな音を立てて、落ち着いて食事もできません。一人のみでなく全員でした。教育が全くなっていません。受付の若い男性スタッフは良かったですので個人の資質の問題でしょうが、教育をもっと徹底して欲しいです。

Property was close to Milano Linate airport. Easy to get an uber into Milano also. Hotel rundown but the room was clean. Zero services to the room. Front desk staff barely polite. Tried to eat in restaurant but could not get anyone to take our order after waiting 40 minutes. Heat on full blast in room and no way to turn it off. I won't be back even though I am repeatedly in this area on business.

My experience at this hotel was quite negative. From the very beginning, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. I made an effort to speak Italian—with good diction, according to my native Italian colleagues—but instead of acknowledging it, the staff acted as if they didn’t understand and replied in English. It felt dismissive and discouraging. On the first night, I went down to reception to ask for help with a mosquito problem in the room. I requested some insect spray, they asked for my room number… and that was the end of it. I spent every night dealing with mosquitoes, never opened the window, and managed to kill a few, but it was impossible to sleep well. Such indifferent service and lack of response to a basic issue make it hard to recommend this hotel. A real shame, as I was hoping for a much more pleasant experience in Milan.

Super fint hotel og flot pool område, men alt kontakt med personalet var skuffende og efterlod os med følelsen af at være til besvær. Vi oplevede alt fra manglende håndklæder, nye kopper til te, tjenere der ikke kunne forstå det mindste engelsk og arrogante samt sure service medarbejdere. Og ja vi oplevede ligeledes det dryppede med vand fra loftet i indgangen til værelset, receptionen var ligeglade og beklagede bare. :)

This is a good choice if you need to be close to the airport. The breakfast is good. However, the distance from any public transport is a problem and getting to and from the airport ir city is exoensive, especially late at nught when we thought this was the better option, but could not walk there due to park clsures,so would have been better finding something in the ciry As with many hotels, the WiFi is SO WEAK IT IS UNUSABLE

We selected this hotel due to its shuttle service. The hotel seems a bit dated but it was still comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options. There are very few food options near the hotel.

Great stay. Just in the evening till late music was playing outside. Plenty of free parking. Nice room with a big bathroom including a bidet. Location is on the other side of Linate airport. A car is necessary. But 5 minutes drive to shops, supermarkets and restaurnats

We had two rooms attached togeher with a door. The toilet and safe did not work in the other room. And actually in both rooms the safe was not attached to the wall, so anybody could have just carry it away. The location of the hotel was bad. It was far away from the aieport and it was nearly impossible to get there by walk. We took a shuttle to the airport. It was supposed to depart at 8:00, but we got the shuttle ride at 8:35. There was some traffic at the airport yes, but we did not get any estimation that when the ride will arrive and should we take our own taxi to get to the aipoet in time. It has propably been a good hotel at some point. But sadly the situation is not so good.

We stayed here as a 1 night layover before catching a bus to Bolzano. The location not far from Linate airport and the staff and rooms were nice. We booked this specific hotel because of the restaurant as we didn't want to have to go out after traveling all day from the US. The food was ok but was definitely convenient.
