Great motel, very spacious, cleam and calm, with an own parking space.

Ottima gestione. Costi adeguati. Personale professionale e gentile. Pulizia e confort eccellenti. Privacy ottimale. Accessibilità buona.

The hotel is super nice and clean. The rooms are stylish. It offers very good breakfast. 3 miles away from the Linate Airport. The only downside is that they do not have shuttle services on weekends, and taxi drivers take advantage of this and rip you off. I was forced to pay EUR 35 for a 5 minute / 3 mile trip to the airport, as I did not have any other option.

It is a safe/ clean facility and close to the airport. It is also very odd. It is so secretive, hidden behind large evergreens, with car parking in front of your room under a tent with a drop down privacy tarp. Maybe for celebrities? However, the services don't match the celebrity lifestyle. The room service is heated frozen food (they are clear about that/ no deception). Also the bed is very stiff and almost trampoline like. You will easily disturb your partner every time you turn. Breakfast was also a bit stale but edible. This place is a motel trying very hard to be a luxury hotel, but has no clue how to do that. Kind of funny and charming at the same time. Great value.

Buena habitacion, muy buen desayuno y amenidades que se agradecen solobque si no viajas en auto debes tomar en consideracion que no hay medios de transporte, tienes que pagar taxi, yo pague mas de €200 en cuatro dias solonpor ir a la estacion del metro mas cercana!, el hotel ofrece servicio de shuttle pero no funciona en fines de semana e incluso este lines no estuvo diaponible el servicio. Tema super importante!!

It's a nice place but cannot get there in public transportation. Bus stop is about a 15 mins walk on a busy road. Also not a lot of places to eat close by ans the hotel doesn't have a kitchen so just premade food options.

Breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that there was a free shuttle back to Linate airport

I don't often write reviews but I was compelled to do so in this case. The hotel is a luxury motel. What does that mean? It means you get the privacy of your own room with a place to park your car. You won't feel like a number in this hotel. It is a small-scale and relaxing environment. The room is designed like an Italian palace. The design of the hotel is quite innovative, with a single hallway connecting the rooms which leads to the front desk. The room was clean and quiet, with nobody above or below you. The staff was excellent. I wish hotels like this existed in the United States. Will stay here again.

We ended up staying in this hotel because our flight from AMS was cancelled due to weathed and rebooked at night to go to Milan Linete instead of Malpensa. We chose this hotel since it is one of thd closest to the airport and it was already past midnight. We are happy, room is spacious and clean. In addition, it was quiet. Breakfast was so so, but helped since there is nearby restaurant.

Consigliabilissimo. Ottima struttura discreta, funzionale e ben posizionata sul territorio. Personale molto professionale e disponibile. Pulizia impeccabile. Ottimo servizio colazione e bar. Alcune camere soffrono leggermente del rumore proveniente dalla strada adiacente ma niente di insopportabile. Costi accessibilissimi.

This hotel is definitely not a four-star property; at best, it is a two-star motel. When we entered the room, it had a very unpleasant odor, was dark, and felt uncomfortable. We left for dinner and returned later just to sleep before our flight, but it turned out to be the worst night of our trip. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, even though we had requested a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong that we could not sleep all night and ended up suffering from second-hand smoke exposure.

I selected to book a non-smoking room, but the room is full of the smell of cigarette.

Mi sono recata in zona per lavoro e non mi aspettavo una struttura così bella e ben organizzata. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, bagno ampio e pulitissimo.

Very friendly staff Didn’t hear any plane noise even with open window...wondered if we were at the right place

Hotel Motel con belle camere spaziose, con entrata dall'interno della struttura e dal parcheggio auto. Ideale per serate rilassanti col partner (molte camere hanno idromassaggio per due) ma anche per soggiorni di lavoro. Colazione buona.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the Linate airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and quiet. They offer smoking and non smoking rooms. There is a back entrance/exit in each room with a parking spot that can be privately concealed (i.e. your car and license plate will not be visible from the outside) which makes it ideal for clandestine lovers. My husband and I needed a place to "crash" before a 7 AM flight form LIN. The hotel shuttle does not operate before 8 AM, so we had to pay for a cab which cost us 50 Euros for a 2-3 kilometer ride. The bed only had sheets (no cover), which is fine because the room was warm (air conditioning works but it is set to European standards). The bathroom had a Jacuzzi and no shower. Showering was impossible due to the handheld shower head and water spraying over the tub edge, making the floor a wet mess. At least they have a bidet! So make sure you ask for a room with a shower and not a tub. We had to walk around the neighborhood to find a place that offered food. However remember that in Italy people do not eat dinner until LATE, therefore we were able to get some finger foods with our aperitivo at a place called OASIS which was within walking distance. If you do not have a car and want to dine out, you're SOL. The other thing I might add is that TV has adult channels available, so if you're into that do not turn the TV on.

Hotel Maxim far exceeded my expectations. The bathtub was enormous.. big room and bathroom, very comfortable, great staff.. excellent coffee bar with the breakfast, very convenient to Linate Airport.. great price, couldn’t ask for more!

Personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Comodo il posteggio auto coperto appena fuori dalla stanza. Molto comodo per Linate anche se l'hotel non mi ha proposto alcuna navetta che, deduco, non esiste. Esistono alcuni locali dove cenare nelle immediate vicinanze. Colazione abbondante e varia servita dalle ore 7:00. Un anticipo di orario potrebbe aiutare gli ospiti che hanno voli presto la mattina a servirsene con maggiore comodità. Unico tema, non dipendente dall'hotel, la presenza di un bar/discoteca al di là della strada che anche in giorni feriali produce musica ad altissimo volume fino a ora molto tarda. Le camere verso il lago non credo abbiano tale problema. Purtroppo non è ben servito da mezzi pubblici che lo colleghino con il centro di Milano.

Breakfast was very limited and only served from 7 am. Normally that time is fine unless you have a conference to attend during Fashion week. Very large room with double bath.

the staff are friendly and helpful, for a business trip close to the airport it was very convenient for me this time

personale gentile e professionale ... ambiente più che buono e bagni spaziosi e ben attrezzati. contesto abbastanza silenzioso colazione buona quando ritornerò in queste zone di Milano questo albergo sarà tra le mie scelte da considerare. un saluto allo staff veramente cortese.

Room itself was fine. 2 very nice employees & 2 not so good. One was yelling often & the other banging & clanging dishes. Angry if you asked for a second coffe. It was so odd the vibe.

Close to a disco club that you can hear go all night…but apart from that staff were nice and the property was clean

Muy cerca del aeropuerto de Linate

Even if not travelling by car, it's nice to have an own back door so it's easy to step out for a morning walk or similar. The Idroscalo park is not too far, and if you have time and only hand luggage, you can even walk to the airport through it, 5 kilometers. The restaurant has no kitchen but otherwise a very nice experience.

Colazione da migliorare. obiettivamente un po' troppo scarsa

Klasse, große Räume. Großes Badezimmer. Sauber. Das italienische Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig aber das ist überall in Italien so. Wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist, ist das eine ideale Unterkunft.
