This property is beautiful. It is an hour drive from the airport and Ubers are scarce. Recommend getting a car if you plan to go off property during the stay. They do have a transportation service as well. Food was very good, and the staff is beyond helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay! Kids loved the water slide!

The beach is beautiful also the food is great. The problem at the restaurant was that the air conditioning was not working so it was terrible sweating. They also need to do something about the infestation of the iguanas, as they go inside the pool freely and it smells of iguana pee all over. finally they need to work with the cleaning because there was some animal residues on the stairs and they stayed there for the length of our trip. Finally, if you want to have your hilton points and benefits do not use expedia for reservation as they do not honor them.

We loved our stay at the Conrad. Positives were the great customer service. Some of the best I have experienced at a resort. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member always greets you with a smile. Leonardo and Ivan at the beach were especially outstanding. Always checking in with you, helping you with drinks, food, chairs, towels, etc. The ability to text with the concierge makes for easy reservations at off-property dinner spots and other things you may need. Great communication. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options, we never needed á la carte in the mornings, but it is there if you need it. There are three restaurant options for dinners, plus the availability of the room service. The Mezquite restaurant makes for some amazing sunset views during dinner. Food was always fresh and drinks never watered down. The whole property is modern and clean. The maids checked in on the room multiple times a day. Sayulita and Corral del Risco are two close by towns that have plenty of additional dinner options. Both locations seemed safe to us with lots of tourists. Uber wait times might be longer some times than others, but generally available. Calling some of the rooms “ocean view” might be a bit of a stretch. Weekends, corporate events and weddings will fill up the hotel rather quickly. You might have to wait for a breakfast table some days, but never more than 15 minutes. The gym size is just okay for during the week, but for weekend crowds much too small.

All staff were welcoming and friendly. I dont remember all names but a few are Hugo/bellman. Gladys/check in desk. Dani/Tuki bar. Ivang/Mesquite bar at the beach. Pedro/Arbol & Paleta restaurants. The food and drinks were good. Although there was a special event going on we were not ignored. Food came within 30 minutes. Room was amazing. 2 br/2 bath ocean view suite with kitchen dining rm and large balcony. Very Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and trees. Beach water was cool but not cold. Walkable beach, no kelp or seaweed. No problems finding a seat at the adult only pool. Resort is not All inclusive so be prepared to pay tax & gratuity for every meal & drink. Spa services are also overpriced. I have been to other Luxury resorts where prices were lower for food, drinks spa services. Evenings were chilly so was hoping to soak in hot tub. Disappointed water was only luke warm. Overall we had a wonderful. luxurious stay and are planning a return trip next year. Thank you Conrad. Cant wait to return.

Overall, a good option on that part of the coast, somewhat distant but easy to get to. A good comfortable hotel, with Hilton quality tradition. Pros: - Good design of the buildings and the property - Roomy, comfortable rooms, very clean. Good modern shower - the gym was good and well-attended - Concierge team was very helpful - Nice pools - Free valet parking ( or you can park yourself) - offered us a fully paid lunch when out room was not ready at 3 pm Cons: - It was impossible to swim on the beach, due to waves and cold water at this time of the year. (But we went swimming somewhere else) - Mexican food at one of the restaurants was sub-standard, never went again - our partial ocean view room had no partial view, just the trees completely blocking the ocean view - there was a large construction project on the property next door that produces noise and dust all week and on Saturdays - We asked to upgrade us to a full view room, even a paid-for upgrade, it never happened

I stayed with my family at the Conrad Punta de Mita from July 21 to 27. I upgraded my room to a beachfront suite. There were large crabs in my room daily, crawling up curtains and hiding in clothes. There were old ketchup bottles and french fries behind the pillows on the couch and sitting area. There were dead rotting crabs in the walkways with flies and terrible odors. My core complaint is a serious safety issue. I’ve attempted to obtain the hotel managers email to make this complaint directly, but the concierge doesn’t respond. There was an abundance of iguana poop in the kid’s pool near the waterslide. I asked the staff if it was safe for my 10-year-old daughter to swim and was assured that it was safe. Iguanas were swimming and pooping in the pool daily. Guests, including me, were removing the feces with cups. On the third day of our trip my daughter developed a stomachache and diarrhea, which is rare for her. She was sick for the remainder of our trip. We visited her pediatrician upon returning home. After a battery of tests, she was diagnosed with Escherichia coli (E. coli). She was treated but after two weeks her symptoms persisted. She's been on rounds of antibiotics. The Ventura County CA health department investigated as part of their E. coli standard protocol. After tracing the dates and activities we've isolated the bacteria to being contracted at the Conrad, and the E. coli strain is due to animal feces exposure.

You would need to reserve "ocean view" to have partial view... We asked them to fix it for us and they did do that. Negative: - SUPER EXPENSIVE Food. There is no other convenient food option close by. You will have to pay more than 5 star US restaurants for food here. - Our room had a strong moldy smell probably related to the humidity and ventilation system otherwise they really maintain this property very well.

You are not getting back as much as paying for it! The rooms are not ocean view. You can barely see the ocean if you stay at the balcony fence and lay down. The funniest part is that we were waiting over 30 minutes to get the breakfast table!! Was trying to reserve a table for dinner but it was sold out!! It was a most terrible experience I’ve ever had at resort. You only have off pool restaurants if you want to have anything after 5PM and they bring your food on paper dishes, but charge you as much as a Michelin star restaurants. This is place is really far from everywhere. Almost one and half hour drive to Puerto Vallarta and over one hour to airport. The roads are really bad and I hope you know how most of the drivers are driving there! The only good thing is that it was clean.

Great hotel and excellent service by the staff. Unfortunately half of our view was a large construction site next door which also made our balcony dusty. Other minor issue was not enough lounge chairs at the pool and wait for breakfast when they should have opened up the other breakfast restaurant.

Incredible stay. Traveled with wife , 5 and 7 year old kids. We stayed in the beachfront casa with private plunge pool. Absolutely worth it. Just amazing sunsets in the privacy of our own pool. The views and amenities, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Kids loved it. Kids ate for free throughout our stay, even when ordering room service. Breakfast buffet was also included for adults because we stayed in a suite. The staff really makes this place great. They do everything to treat you like royalty. I can’t say enough about how hard the staff works to make your stay incredible. Our room also included a small appetizer and an ice bucket with 2 coronitas around sunset time, everyday. I mean, it just doesn’t get better. We loved it here. We had never been here and we absolutely fell in love with this place. We cannot wait to go back.

We spent four nights at the Conrad Punta de Mita and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety of local and international options. The pool area was tranquil and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand, and the beach was stunning: soft sand, gentle waves, and almost empty … just for us. One standout moment was dinner at Mesquite, the hotel’s oceanfront restaurant. The setting is magical—especially at sunset.

The room was spacious and it had a beautiful view to the beach. The bed had a very unpleasant smell. Service was impeccable but food did not met price standards, food quality very poor.

Overall, a good option on that part of the coast, somewhat distant but easy to get to. A good comfortable hotel, with Hilton quality tradition. Pros: - Good design of the buildings and the property - Roomy, comfortable rooms, very clean. Good modern shower - the gym was good and well-attended - Concierge team was very helpful - Nice pools - Free valet parking ( or you can park yourself) - offered us a fully paid lunch when out room was not ready at 3 pm Cons: - It was impossible to swim on the beach, due to waves and cold water at this time of the year. (But we went swimming somewhere else) - Mexican food at one of the restaurants was sub-standard, never went again - our partial ocean view room had no partial view, just the trees completely blocking the ocean view - there was a large construction project on the property next door that produces noise and dust all week and on Saturdays - We asked to upgrade us to a full view room, even a paid-for upgrade, it never happened

This was our second Christmas holiday spent at the Conrad PM. It’s a lovely resort with the best beach around. The space feels nice and spread out and it never feels too crowded. The people who work there are incredibly kind and friendly. We really hoped this would be our annual place for the holidays. Unfortunately, the issue lies in the service. There wasn’t a day that went by without an issue. Whether it was our room not getting cleaned —difficulty finding service at the beach and pool — car service not being properly arranged for our offsite dinners and excursions— our spa appts disappearing off their books —-having to wait an hour in a barista line to buy some sunscreen —waiting in an omelette line for 45 mins at the beach restaurant or asking for coffee or water that never comes—turn down service showing up at 1030pm when I’m already sleeping—front desk never answering their phones. It was frustrating and created a lot of unnecessary anxiety. We are very conflicted about returning. The cost to stay here is NOT cheap and suggests a certain level of service and amenities that just isn’t there.

Ths hotel has good rooms and facilities but the service was the worse Ive experienced. The service is superb at The Conrad. Anyone who you meet is happy to help and accomodate any requests . The property is beautiful and so well maintained. I was so impressed by its cleanliness! The rooms are clean and have everything you would need - Nespresso, bottled water, steam Iron. room Service was fast and so well presented. Every restaurant on this property is excellent ! We were so pleased to have so many vegetarian options. The hotel is incredibly family friendly- my kids never left the beach or slide in the kid pool! We would definitely return to this property again!

We loved our stay at the Conrad. Positives were the great customer service. Some of the best I have experienced at a resort. From check-in to check-out, every single staff member always greets you with a smile. Leonardo and Ivan at the beach were especially outstanding. Always checking in with you, helping you with drinks, food, chairs, towels, etc. The ability to text with the concierge makes for easy reservations at off-property dinner spots and other things you may need. Great communication. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options, we never needed á la carte in the mornings, but it is there if you need it. There are three restaurant options for dinners, plus the availability of the room service. The Mezquite restaurant makes for some amazing sunset views during dinner. Food was always fresh and drinks never watered down. The whole property is modern and clean. The maids checked in on the room multiple times a day. Sayulita and Corral del Risco are two close by towns that have plenty of additional dinner options. Both locations seemed safe to us with lots of tourists. Uber wait times might be longer some times than others, but generally available. Calling some of the rooms “ocean view” might be a bit of a stretch. Weekends, corporate events and weddings will fill up the hotel rather quickly. You might have to wait for a breakfast table some days, but never more than 15 minutes. The gym size is just okay for during the week, but for weekend crowds much too small.

We loved the hotel, it was beautiful! But what really makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional service. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with our family of 6 and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Alberto was our suite concierge and he was incredible! We also loved David who we were lucky enough to have as our cabana server every day! Both get huge shout outs from us, they were so amazing! We highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to go back!!

Conrad is a secluded resort with nowhere to walk outside of the resort. If we wanted great food, we had to catch an Uber 20 min out. The food at Conrad was bland and extremely expensive. We decided to check out early and move to Sayulita.

This property is beautiful. It is an hour drive from the airport and Ubers are scarce. Recommend getting a car if you plan to go off property during the stay. They do have a transportation service as well. Food was very good, and the staff is beyond helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay! Kids loved the water slide!

The property and staff are definitely 5 stars. the service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that there is limited transportation options to leave the facility which equates to high costs to see other parts of the area (example... $79 USD for a 20 minute trip to Salulita). Other than that, our time there was excellent. Great food, drinks and of course the multiple pools and beach.

Beautiful, setting, and an amazing property with outstanding landscaping. Long sandy beach for walking however, the ocean was pretty rough, too rough for relaxed swimming. Overall, the entire property was well-maintained, always clean, and staff friendly and available.

Great hotel and excellent service by the staff. Unfortunately half of our view was a large construction site next door which also made our balcony dusty. Other minor issue was not enough lounge chairs at the pool and wait for breakfast when they should have opened up the other breakfast restaurant.

Hotel itself is excellent. Greta service, food, pools, and beach. Be mindful that the hotel is an isolated area, and Uber is not very reliable. If you wish to do even limited exploration of the area, rent a car or be prepared to pay a lot for private transportation service.

Conrad Punta De Mita was a wonderful property for our week-long holiday trip that included two children under 10 years. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant; the property was generally well kept, and the food was exceptional. The minor issues we faced were mainly: 1) the comfort-level and cleanliness of the pool lounge chairs (we spent most of our days here!), 2) the outrageously high prices of the food (though delicious, this was not included in your resort stay pricing!). Room service menu was limited and not good at all, which clearly was a sign they wanted us to spend more time in one of their 5 restaurants on property. We ate dinners in town at local restaurants which ranged from similarly outrageous pricing to moderate prices. Again, we enjoyed every meal and the delicious drinks served! 3) Transportation was a challenge for us getting downtown Punta Mita or airport transfer. Booking via the hotel was astronomical in pricing, which we had to do a number of times. For example, RT airport transport was $355USD...!! My advice is if staying here for longer than 3 days, rent a car as it will be more affordable even when hotel parking and rental costs are combined. Overall however, our stay at Conrad was outstanding and I would go back to this property in the future!

We were put in an ada room which had a tub as your shower area that flooded the bathroom every time you used it. Better make restraint reservations well before you get here because there 3 small restaurants cannot handle the amount of people at the hotel. We were turned away multiple nights for not having reservations. We ended up leaving the hotel and going somewhere else.

We found ourselves leaving the property after the second day to get much better quality food for substantially less. The drinks at the property were average, with premium pricing. The Hilton property The Conrad is a quality upscale resort. The resort is quiet and extremely clean. The amenities are amazing! The staff was helpful and very attentive. We were there during a down time for seasons and there were very few people there. We ate lunch by the pool and enjoyed an amazing night meal at Mesquite! The steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service at the restaurant was impressive! We enjoyed other meals in town of Punta Mita. The downside is that transportation to the small town is expensive. We decided to rent a car (the rental company delivered it to us at the resort). Everything at the resort was expensive (food and drinks). Housekeeping was amazing and our room was kept spotless.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Conrad. The property was in excellent shape. The pool area was immaculate. The staff was always working to help in any way. Only negative is the restaurants are pricey. If you want to get away from the craziness of PV this is a great option. We did rent a car so we could explore the area which is a must in my opinion. Taxi rides daily can be rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend Conrad Punta de Mita.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Conrad. The property was in excellent shape. The pool area was immaculate. The staff was always working to help in any way. Only negative is the restaurants are pricey. If you want to get away from the craziness of PV this is a great option. We did rent a car so we could explore the area which is a must in my opinion. Taxi rides daily can be rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend Conrad Punta de Mita.

The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever.
