The listing stated that laundry facilities were available, but there were none. The overall property was quite dated. When I requested to cancel a transaction on my credit card, the staff initially claimed it was impossible, then said it required manager approval, before finally canceling it and letting me pay with another card. This hotel is supposed to be at least 3 stars—how is a simple card cancellation this difficult? It makes no sense

Visited this hotel many times but this time was just awful! All 3 days there was no air conditioning in the room that resulted in really poor sleep. The shower was either super cold or super hot and the breakfast is as dull and boring as it always has been. I also requested the possibility to use wired internet but it’s completely random what rooms have this. The WiFi works but gets overloaded quickly when many guests are using it. Been using this hotel for the last two years and it’s never been as bad as now. Absolutely considering a new hotel next time. The rooms are nice but that doesn’t help much when the facilities don’t work as expected.
