Staff was excellent , loved the butler service, staff really go out of their way to accommodate you . rooms were really spacious and nice. Kids club and tennis courts were amazing. Hotel really is luxury. Beach/Bay is not as pristine as it seems and being a bay it brings a lot of ocean debris to the bay . Pool is amazing.

Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food experience... Looking forward to come back

Beautiful resort - everything you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Exceptional service, incredible food, spacious villas, nice pools and amenity options. We stayed here for the beginning portion of our honeymoon in Indonesia and it started our trip off wonderfully. I would highly recommend for anyone!

Amazing villas with a lot of privacy. The resort felt very secluded in comparison to other hotels in Bali like the Ritz. Appreciated the private plunge pool so much! The buffet was delicious and changed their menu on the daily so I never tired of eating there. Fell in love with their Soto ayam and the staff went out of their way to have a bowl waiting for me every breakfast. Service was kind, attentive and quick to provide anything you needed. The kids club was also very clean, shoes-off facility with a lot of on-site staff. They had a lot of activities available to the kids. Only thing was that the club is accessible to a big age range of kids and there aren’t separated areas for toddlers versus younger preteens (10-12). Overall, 10/10 would stay here again when in Bali. It was an incredible resort for me and my family.

Lovely stay in this all villa resort with fabulous views over Jimbaran beach. The villas are beautiful and kept scrupulously clean. Super bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower, and a great outside space perfect for Al fesco dining. The villa pool is fairly small, but fine for a cooling dip. Also well complimented by other pools within the resort and the lovely beachside pool at Sundara beach club which is free for hotel guests to use. Resort all felt very clean, although a little tired in a couple of places such as at the poolside decking. Staff are all exceptional in their service, and nothing is too much trouble. Very relaxing break.

Some family members had told me the resort had aged badly and that it needed an urgent update, the update is probably necessary but it is the F&B that needs an urgent upgrade. For the rates of the villas and the prices of the restaurants the cuisine should be to die for and it’s not the case. Not from breakfast to dinner. I can tell you that the crispy bacon is perfect but the apparently ample breakfast buffet is dull and the quality of the produce (with the exception of the fruit and juices) is barley 6/10 and at a 7 star beach resort rate…. The service on the other hand is fabulous, flawless and warm and welcoming. The WhatsApp communication with the hotel is absolutely perfect. We had a very special villa the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with small kitchen. Ok the fixtures in the bathroom are not premium, the indoor shower has the wall in waterproof paint like a road Motel 6 or a 3.5 star Four Points by Sheraton…. Not acceptable …. Not at the HUGE rate we paid. But the tropical hardwood floors, the size of the rooms and the sheer perfection of the infinity pool over the bay and dominating the airport… was absolutely unique. I. Any case the most important wealth of this magical island is without the slightest doubt… IT’S PEOPLE. There is nowhere on Eart a warm and welcoming as Bali.

포시즌스라는 이름을 믿고 세계 어디든 1 순위로 선택하는데 '역시' 라는 생각이 드는 리조트였습니다. 물론 휴양지이고 바다와 숲이라는 자연환경 특성상 게코나 모기가 경계 대상이지만 방 안에서는 전혀 불편함이 없을 정도로 체감상 24시간 관리해주시는 느낌이었습니다. 새벽인지 아침인지 늘 들리는 마당을 쓰는 비질소리도 듣기 좋았고 숙박내내 함께 계시는 버틀러 서비스도 좋았습니다. 너무 넓어서 걸어다닐 수도 없는 리조트에서 마주치는 모든 직원들의 표정이 너무나 밝고 따뜻했습니다. 4박5일동안 리조트안에서 안나오고 머물며 몸과 마음의 휴식을 제대로 하고 왔습니다. 께짝댄스도 편하게 보고 해산물 바베큐도 먹고 마사지도 하고 바다 수영, 서핑강습, 비치클럽 죽순이, 통돼지 바베큐, 버기타고 발리 도로 달리기 체험, 플로팅 브랙퍼스트 , 발리 요리 배우기, 발리 수산시장 투어 ..좋네요. 테니스 코트 꼭 이용해보고 싶었는데 다음엔 게으름 떨쳐버리고 아침에 나가볼래요. 우리 가족들이 아주 행복한 휴가를 보냈다고 고마워하는 리조트입니다. 우리 Budi 아저씨 최고!! What marvelous resort by the ocean . We had a great time . Everything is impecable , the staff went out of their way to help us in everything!! The resort has all the amenities and is very close to shopping and Akita district. The food is amazing and we definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Having been fortunate enough to have stayed in countless five star luxury hotels across the world I can confirm the four seasons hotel in Jimbaran, Bali is an outstanding, beautiful and extremely impressive five star hotel. The service provided by every single member of staff is without doubt the very best we have received anywhere in the world. With stunning views, fantastic facilities, brilliant buffet breakfast and equally as good restaurant options you are guaranteed an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel.

The buffet was delicious and changed their menu on the daily so I never tired of eating there. Fell in love with their Soto ayam and the staff went out of their way to have a bowl waiting for me every breakfast. Service was kind, attentive and quick to provide anything you needed. The kids club was also very clean, shoes-off facility with a lot of on-site staff. They had a lot of activities available to the kids. Only thing was that the club is accessible to a big age range of kids and there aren’t separated areas for toddlers versus younger preteens (10-12). Overall, 10/10 would stay here again when in Bali. It was an incredible resort for me and my family.

Lovely stay in this all villa resort with fabulous views over Jimbaran beach. The villas are beautiful and kept scrupulously clean. Super bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower, and a great outside space perfect for Al fesco dining. The villa pool is fairly small, but fine for a cooling dip. Also well complimented by other pools within the resort and the lovely beachside pool at Sundara beach club which is free for hotel guests to use. Some family members had told me the resort had aged badly and that it needed an urgent update, the update is probably necessary but it is the F&B that needs an urgent upgrade. For the rates of the villas and the prices of the restaurants the cuisine should be to die for and it’s not the case. Not from breakfast to dinner. I can tell you that the crispy bacon is perfect but the apparently ample breakfast buffet is dull and the quality of the produce (with the exception of the fruit and juices) is barley 6/10 and at a 7 star beach resort rate…. The service on the other hand is fabulous, flawless and warm and welcoming. The WhatsApp communication with the hotel is absolutely perfect. We had a very special villa the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with small kitchen. Ok the fixtures in the bathroom are not premium, the indoor shower has the wall in waterproof paint like a road Motel 6 or a 3.5 star Four Points by Sheraton…. Not acceptable …. Not at the HUGE rate we paid. But the tropical hardwood floors, the size of the rooms and the sheer perfection of the infinity pool over the bay and dominating the airport… was absolutely unique. I. Any case the most important wealth of this magical island is without the slightest doubt… IT’S PEOPLE. There is nowhere on Eart a warm and welcoming as Bali.

Staff was excellent , loved the butler service, staff really go out of their way to accommodate you . rooms were really spacious and nice. Kids club and tennis courts were amazing. Hotel really is luxury. Beach/Bay is not as pristine as it seems and being a bay it brings a lot of ocean debris to the bay . Pool is amazing.

Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food experience... Looking forward to come back

This hotel was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were extremely attentive, charming and helpful. The grounds and surroundings are stunning. Of the several five star hotels we’ve stayed in, the bed at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay was the most comfortable we’ve experienced. The food options are outstanding too.

I loved that public beach makes u play football with locals. And the Premier Ocean Villa was an oasis and the resort had everything there to immerse yourself. Staff were the best and they knew how to take care of the guests! Only drawback would be to add one more restaurant may be Japanese for evening time so to have four options.

Beautiful resort - everything you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Exceptional service, incredible food, spacious villas, nice pools and amenity options. We stayed here for the beginning portion of our honeymoon in Indonesia and it started our trip off wonderfully. I would highly recommend for anyone!

Honestly, if I can give this hotel a 6 out of 5 stars, I would! The staff will literally go above and beyond for your comfort and convenience. We were even offered a super late checkout (free of charge) for our evening flight. We’ll definitely return to this hotel anytime we visit Bali again! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality.

All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas. Interesting to hear about running a large resort. It is along way from home but we would go back to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

What marvelous resort by the ocean . We had a great time . Everything is impecable , the staff went out of their way to help us in everything!! The resort has all the amenities and is very close to shopping and Akita district. The food is amazing and we definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Having been fortunate enough to have stayed in countless five star luxury hotels across the world I can confirm the four seasons hotel in Jimbaran, Bali is an outstanding, beautiful and extremely impressive five star hotel. The service provided by every single member of staff is without doubt the very best we have received anywhere in the world. Lovely stay in this all villa resort with fabulous views over Jimbaran beach. The villas are beautiful and kept scrupulously clean. Super bathroom with both indoor and outdoor shower, and a great outside space perfect for Al fesco dining. The villa pool is fairly small, but fine for a cooling dip. Also well complimented by other pools within the resort and the lovely beachside pool at Sundara beach club which is free for hotel guests to use. Resort all felt very clean, although a little tired in a couple of places such as at the poolside decking. Staff are all exceptional in their service, and nothing is too much trouble. Very relaxing break.

Some family members had told me the resort had aged badly and that it needed an urgent update, the update is probably necessary but it is the F&B that needs an urgent upgrade. For the rates of the villas and the prices of the restaurants the cuisine should be to die for and it’s not the case. Not from breakfast to dinner. I can tell you that the crispy bacon is perfect but the apparently ample breakfast buffet is dull and the quality of the produce (with the exception of the fruit and juices) is barley 6/10 and at a 7 star beach resort rate…. The service on the other hand is fabulous, flawless and warm and welcoming. The WhatsApp communication with the hotel is absolutely perfect. We had a very special villa the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with small kitchen. Ok the fixtures in the bathroom are not premium, the indoor shower has the wall in waterproof paint like a road Motel 6 or a 3.5 star Four Points by Sheraton…. Not acceptable …. Not at the HUGE rate we paid. But the tropical hardwood floors, the size of the rooms and the sheer perfection of the infinity pool over the bay and dominating the airport… was absolutely unique. I. Any case the most important wealth of this magical island is without the slightest doubt… IT’S PEOPLE. There is nowhere on Eart a warm and welcoming as Bali.

Excellent Resort and service. We were upgraded during check-in with amazing hospitality. The villa s are fantastic, have everything inside and small outdoor pool is a big plus. Fourseasons Bali at an amazing location in the Jimbaran Bay, very well maintained resort in the heart of nature, beach and sea. Neighbourhood is developing but not distracting...Somewhat limited evening alacarte dining options which directed us to go for local restaurants by the beach turned out to be an amazing fish food experience... Looking forward to come back

This hotel was the perfect place to unwind. The staff were extremely attentive, charming and helpful. The grounds and surroundings are stunning. Of the several five star hotels we’ve stayed in, the bed at the Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay was the most comfortable we’ve experienced. The food options are outstanding too.

I loved that public beach makes u play football with locals. And the Premier Ocean Villa was an oasis and the resort had everything there to immerse yourself. Staff were the best and they knew how to take care of the guests! Only drawback would be to add one more restaurant may be Japanese for evening time so to have four options.

Beautiful resort - everything you’d expect from a Four Seasons. Exceptional service, incredible food, spacious villas, nice pools and amenity options. We stayed here for the beginning portion of our honeymoon in Indonesia and it started our trip off wonderfully. I would highly recommend for anyone!

All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas. Interesting to hear about running a large resort. It is along way from home but we would go back to enjoy all the resort has to offer.
