The wonderful kind attentive staff who could never do enough to try and make us as comfortable and happy as possible. Rooms are lovely and have every immunity needed. Bed extremely comfortable and lovely touches. Stunning swimming pool area far and beach area for good Sunset watching. Massages were amazing and the breakfast over the Top with those delicious dish ever.

Our stay at Raffles Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The villa was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offered breathtaking views with complete privacy. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of personalized service was truly world-class. Dyan, Krishna our butler Fernando Nanda Henry and everyone else from housekeeping to in room dinning, extraordinary. The food was exceptional at every meal, with outstanding quality, presentation, and variety. The restaurants, spa, and resort grounds were all spectacular, creating an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how effortlessly everything was handled. Every experience felt thoughtfully curated, making us feel relaxed, pampered, and cared for throughout our visit. They were absolutely attentive about our birthday celebration and showered us with crafty gestures making it unforgettable. Raffles Bali is, without a doubt, one of the finest resorts we have ever stayed at. If you’re looking for an unforgettable luxury escape, this is the place. We cannot wait to return.

Super excellent dining experience. The RUMARI Restaurant’s dinner and breakfast is superb. Chef G is very devoted and experienced in managing his F and B team and providing excellent quality of food and services. The villa is well maintained. Our butler, Sila. Is very helpful and thoughtful to make our stay enjoyable.
