The staff was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, but could be a little colder. They only allow the room temperature to go as low as 68, I like my room at 65. Now, let’s get into the delicious free breakfast buffet everyday w/ cook to order omelettes and eggs. The juice was a little watered down but that was ok. Oh, and they have Happy Hour complimentary drinks every day from 5-6:30pm. The pool area was nice and did not close until 10pm. They also had a hot tub and a private little beach across the street which was accessible by a tunnel. My overall stay here was pretty darn good.

Overall hotel and staff were great. Very clean, very safe, food was good, service was good. The hotel has huts on the beach that are for guests and the team at the beach were really good. I would recommend water shoes for the beach, it’s sandy where the huts are but may have to walk over some rocky areas

Ofurô muito bom com água quentinha até 10 h da noite. Academia com bons aparelhos. Boa limpeza. Estacionamento amplo com possibilidade de vagas cobertas. Máquina de gelo. Lavanderia disponível compra do token sendo 5 dólares para lavar e 5 secar , 2 dólares 1 tablete sabão e 2 dólares amaciante. Pontos que poderiam melhorar: emprestam toalhas mas emprestam cadeiras precisam pagar 5 dólares a mais por cadeira. O preço da diária considero um bom preço para que o hotel deteve. Poderiam melhorar a variedade do café da manhã , ficamos 5 diárias e as frutas foram muita repetidas( todos dias melão verde e amarelo e toranja ) alguns dias teve abacaxi outro melancia e maçã inteira. Melão estavam verdes. Poderiam ter mais variedade de frutas e máquina de café expresso com opção capuccino. Não tinha opção sem lactose e sem glúten. No quarto chuveiro não tinha boa vazão e temperatura demorava para aquecer. Travesseiros não eram tradicionais e eram muito redondos achei um pouco desconfortável e preferi dormir sem. The Embassy suites at Hilton did not disappoint. Fabulous location right at the start of Palm Beach, close enough to walk to all the shoppes and restaurants without all of the noise from the crowds. The beach area offered Palapas and chairs. I was always able to find a spot on the beach and at the pool without any issue. The breakfast buffet that’s included was amazing with many selections to eat. I also loved the happy hour and free drinks that were offered daily. In addition, the hotel offers free electric bikes. There is a beautiful path along eagle beach that makes for a joyful scenic ride. I loved my stay and can’t wait to go back again.

Newer resort so everything is clean and in good working order. Breakfast included is a big plus. Pool is very large with good shade options available. Beach is OK with thatched huts and chairs, its a little rocky walking into the ocean but with water shoes its not a big deal. rooms were spacious and good views. Would go back to this property again.

Beautiful stay. The Embassy is very new resort, modern and clean. Rooms were spacious and functional. The breakfest was a great way to start our day, with many options to choose from. Staff were very friendly, and helpful, always with a smile. The only con is the beach. It is small, with rocks in the water, so water shoes are recommended. We visited both Eagle and Palm beach. Both are perfect, and spent more time at the pool than we usually would. Overall, if you are a pool person, the resort is perfect.

The property is new and clean and has a fantastic heated pool and hot tub which is kept open until 10 pm. Hiwever, the beach associated with the hotel is not good, a lot of seaweed and very rocky. Although there are great beaches in Aruba, they are dominated by the hotels and you cannot get chairs or shade from the sun. They say beaches are public but you will feel uncomfortable sitting on a towel. You can get a beach chair from the hotel for a charge but you are going around with a chair on your back while on vacation. The hotel is also in between Eagle Beach and Palm Beach so a half hour walk to anywhere. Taxis are gard to get from the hotel also. So, If you are looking for a great pool then I would recommend the Embassy, if looking for a great beach then consider a different hotel.

Excellent! I read some reviews about the staff issues at this place, but I didn't find any issues at all. Every staff member I met and spoke with during the visit was very pleasant, including the room service staff. I really could not complain about them. The room was spectacular. Spotless. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Here and there, there were guests who needed some lessons in manners and etiquette, but it's not the hotel's fault. Staff could intervene at those sights, though. Some people touch food with their hands, eat with them, then put their hands back onto other foods, which is disgusting. This hotel is located between Eagles and Palm beach so both were easily accessible. However, we rented a car, so the distances didn't matter too much. I would say a good 15-minute walk to each one. There is a small private beach in front of the Embassy, which was plenty sufficient for my family. Palm Beach, when we visited, was noisy with people and construction. Parking in the back of the hotel was very convenient for us. No problem at all. The pool was a beautiful spot to relax in. We went every night. The blue lights were mesmerizing, and the jacuzzi was a huge plus. People tend to ignore the rules and smoke in the pool area. Security should intervene and stop them. I've noticed a number of occasions where security ignored them. Overall, lovely staff and hotel. I would go again.

We enjoyed Embassy suites. Has everything you need. The pool was kept clean and overall was ok. The only downside is that they do not vacuum the rooms. Dust and sand piles on carpets and corners and makes it unpleasant to walk bare feet. Included breakfast is good but could’ve had options that are not pork. Cocktails are really good and staff is friendly. Would recommend it if you have kids.

Rooms were clean, updated in decor and daily serviced. Overall hotel maintained and clean. Customer service on point. Wide variety for breakfast and food was good. The hotel is very nice and so are the people working there. They were all willing to assist when asked for something. It did still take a few phonecalls to get someone to get rid of the ants in our bedroom (including our beds) and in the end we were told they would get the room fumigated after we left. Great for the people who stayed there after us! Our room wasn’t cleaned 2 out of 4 days and no, it wasn’t because we had the do not disturb sign out, because we didn’t. The pool area is wonderful and the location is great; right between Eagle beach and Palm beach and at the end of the hotel&restaurant “strip”, so there was no noise keeping us up at night. This hotel is not cheap and we expected more considering what we paid. While we loved the pool area and the wonderful staff, we still leave there feeling some disappointment.

Our partial ocean view suite was beautiful? The room was very nice, balcony was big and the view beautiful,the shower was so nice and big, the whole bathroom was big,the beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and omelette station.The pool is big and clean.There's a small beach across the street, but we would just walk to Eagles beach20min.or walk to dinner near palm beach 15min.,It would be great with a car!

O banheiro pecou um pouquinho na limpeza inicial, mas ao longo dos dias tudo foi perfeito.. o quarto é amplo , chuveiro e cama boas! A vista pra piscina que compramos era bem lateral e não é possível ver o mar como na foto, isso nos deixou um pouco decepcionados também… mas foram os únicos pontos.. café da manhã excelente , atendimento amistoso, piscina aquecida linda… a taxa de resort é um pouco cara pro que nos oferece … no mais tudo certo!

I loved this place. I couldn’t hear my neighbors or any running although there were quite Few families also staying. Housekeeping came daily. Breakfast was great. Pool stayed open late. Beach was beautiful.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, but could be a little colder. They only allow the room temperature to go as low as 68, I like my room at 65. Now, let’s get into the delicious free breakfast buffet everyday w/ cook to order omelettes and eggs. The juice was a little watered down but that was ok. Oh, and they have Happy Hour complimentary drinks every day from 5-6:30pm. The pool area was nice and did not close until 10pm. They also had a hot tub and a private little beach across the street which was accessible by a tunnel. My overall stay here was pretty darn good.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast every morning is really good. The two complimentary drinks each night are a real nice touch as well. Now for the not-so-great. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms offer zero privacy. If you even sniffle in the bathroom everyone can hear you very loudly, and very clearly. Needless to say, using the washroom was a horrendous experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that we had to run the water and the shower so you couldn’t be heard in the bathroom. The rooms are just situated very poorly. In addition to that, the hotel puts a “tourist levy” and a “resort charge”, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged an additional $354.41, at the end of my stay, and that was in addition to the flight and hotel package I fully paid for months ago. It’s a scam, and I am not happy about it. In closing, I have been going to Aruba since 2000, but I will not be going back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton. I suggest you stay elsewhere as well.

King suite was amazing and the ocean/pool view spectacular. Louis at the front desk took care of us at check-in and was a friendly face in the lobby daily. Several staff became friendly acquaintances - Martha, Shandon, Kevin and Sherwin. Bellman Omar shared several tips and sightseeing suggestions at arrival. The Tunnel of Art over to the beach was a unique feature. The hotel was recently renovated and the lobby was well decorated and inviting. The daily free breakfast buffet did not disappoint and the daily evening receptions with complimentary 2 drinks is a nice touch.

At check in we had a male intern check us in- to say he seemed novice and inexperienced is an understatement. Whenever you have people checking in from out of the country, and there are multiple Marriott properties to choose from but people are still choosing to stay with you- you need to make sure that you’re a) friendly b) personable and c) grateful. You’re not doing us a favor by checking us in when we’re paying you money. Beds weren’t comfortable. Housekeeping never came. Had to call 3x to have water delivered. The manager Thais I believe her name was- was lovely and very accommodating. The property is new and clean and pretty but for the price I’m not sure we’d stay there again. Not walkable have to take a cab every night to go to dinner.

Excellent! I read some reviews about the staff issues at this place, but I didn't find any issues at all. Every staff member I met and spoke with during the visit was very pleasant, including the room service staff. I really could not complain about them. The room was spectacular. Spotless. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Here and there, there were guests who needed some lessons in manners and etiquette, but it's not the hotel's fault. Staff could intervene at those sights, though. Some people touch food with their hands, eat with them, then put their hands back onto other foods, which is disgusting. This hotel is located between Eagles and Palm beach so both were easily accessible. However, we rented a car, so the distances didn't matter too much. I would say a good 15-minute walk to each one. There is a small private beach in front of the Embassy, which was plenty sufficient for my family. Palm Beach, when we visited, was noisy with people and construction. Parking in the back of the hotel was very convenient for us. No problem at all. The pool was a beautiful spot to relax in. We went every night. The blue lights were mesmerizing, and the jacuzzi was a huge plus. People tend to ignore the rules and smoke in the pool area. Security should intervene and stop them. I've noticed a number of occasions where security ignored them. Overall, lovely staff and hotel. I would go again.

The front desk staff should be more friendly. When I checked out, the person who helped me was very inattentive and didn't ask how my stay at the hotel was, or even thank me for staying there or anything. He even gave me my receipt with a sour face.

Pros: beautiful resort, very clean, great pool area, nice suite with kitchenette, plenty of free parking, super friendly staff, excellent free buffet breakfast. Cons: you had to cross the road to get to the beach, beach itself was very disappointing as it was rocky with very course sand. Go south half a mile and the beat was beautiful. You can also go north about a mile and the hotels were literally on the beach with lots of restaurants and nightlife. The embassy suites would have been wonderful had the location been better. I thought we were going to be on the beach, but in reality we had to pack up our beach bags and drive somewhere to have a true beach day. My fault for not researching a little better. There was also a building of some sort, looks like mid-rise condos being constructed directly across the street on the beach. So there was construction noise, and fenced off beach access. Overall, the hotel itself is great, but I would not stay here again because of the location. Good to know: everywhere on Aruba took US currency. However, the hotel had no ATM. There were no ATMs nearby, finally found one that was working at a nearby casino. It was hard to use the cash inside the Embassy suites, because they could not change large bills. So bring small denomination cash with you!

Location was good. We enjoyed the happy hour, however the selection was not that great, and you were lucky if you got anything by 5:30. Breakfast buffet was also convenient, but again selection was the same everyday, and by 10:00 they would stop refilling the food. Housekeeping could use some improvements. While they made the beds, nothing else was tended to. We had no shampoo, shower gel was almost done. It wasn’t until my last night when I brought it to her attention was it changed. Floors weren’t swept. The pool was great, lots of chairs and cabanas. Got a nice view of the sunset. Gym was also good, equipment was in good condition. Overall, good stay just needs a few minimal improvements.

Extremely clean, so many details which provided a very enjoyable and relaxing stay! Happy hour each day, wonderful buffet breakfast with made to order omelets and great food variety. Extremely helpful and cheerful staff, cabanas on a beautiful section of beach which was no where near as crowded as Palm Beach! Restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Rooms very comfortable and well laid out

Clean room, great cleaning staff. Easy parking. Great beach access. Bathrooms by the pool area were always very clean. Breakfast had so many options, it was excellent. Bike rentals were so fun and convenient. Very slow service at dinner so only ate there once.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast every morning is really good. The two complimentary drinks each night are a real nice touch as well. Now for the not-so-great. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms offer zero privacy. If you even sniffle in the bathroom everyone can hear you very loudly, and very clearly. Needless to say, using the washroom was a horrendous experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that we had to run the water and the shower so you couldn’t be heard in the bathroom. The rooms are just situated very poorly. In addition to that, the hotel puts a “tourist levy” and a “resort charge”, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged an additional $354.41, at the end of my stay, and that was in addition to the flight and hotel package I fully paid for months ago. It’s a scam, and I am not happy about it. In closing, I have been going to Aruba since 2000, but I will not be going back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton. I suggest you stay elsewhere as well.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and nice pool area. The hotel beach is quite small and rocky, so we ended up taking the scooters to Eagle beach (beautiful!) and rented an umbrella and lounge chairs there for about 50 USD on our beach days. Worked out well for us!
