Quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful when it came to using the delivery luggage service. Close to the jr station for public transit and plenty of places to eat nearby. Convenience stores nearby for quick snacks as well. My only complaint is that there are only 2 laundry machines for the entire property so it made for long waits for your turn to use them.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is on-site laundry service and a lounge in the lobby with an area you can eat if you buy food elsewhere, which is better than trying to eat it in your room like most locations. The Hiroshima Peace Museum is easily accessible by street car and there is lots of shopping adjacent to the hotel. We only stayed one night, but I think the city definitely has more to offer if you stay an extra night.

Nice hotel, very modern. Needs hooks or towel rail as no where to put the hand towel or bath mat. Our view was a large cemetery, I would have paid to have a different room if this was known. No breakfast options so made the mornings a bit tricky.

Staff at arrival were very friendly. However, wall socket wasn’t working inside our room, WIFI barely worked - had to use mobile data the whole stay. Weird stains on the floor. Beds and bathrooms were clean.

Great location and friendly staff. Amenities in room were nice and breakfast pastries were a nice touch as well. My rating unfortunately had to be lower mainly because of the state of the carpet in the room. Stains everywhere and a bit disconcerting. I am sure it is fine and sanitary but the look is just so bad. Definitely would raise the rating if it were replaced with a patterned carpet that hid stains better or even hardwood ideally. Other than that no complaints. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

I don’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating on Expedia. The twin room we stayed at was small (even by Japanese budget hotel standards), and the carpet looked old and dirty. We stayed at the Comfort Hotel before moving to this hotel, thinking that this was a nicer and newer hotel. It turned out the Comfort Hotel, which was only half the price of this one, was better in every aspect.

The room was small, which we expected. Beds comfortable. But the carpet was filthy with multiple stains, disgusting really, which makes you question the overall cleanliness of the room. And the water pressure in the shower was too much for my liking, although my husband enjoyed it. Location was good and there were restaurants nearby. We appreciated the coffee and breads and muffins offered in the morning.

Room pictures are very very deceiving. If 6 people had luggage (we left ours in Tokyo for the short stay) there would be no room to move. The bunkbeds are very tightly with shimmy space to get between them. The seating area is tiny. And a small hallway. This room is only appropriate if you are going to do nothing but sleep, because it does not have space to move or interact. Bathroom is also tiny. I was impressed with the eco friendly vibe. Easy to walk to JR station Hiroshima, and train to ferry for Miyajima was close too.

Rooms nice but basic, missing simple things such as towel hooks. Too minimalistic, form over function. Checkin held for 2 mins even though rooms available, had to wait to exactly 3pm. Seems incredibly stupid to me.

It was a very nice stay. We had a room that slept 9 people. It was a strange setup with 3 bunkbeds. It was similar to a hostel, but private. I don't know what the other rooms are like, but it was perfect for my family of 6. We tried to book other nest hotels for our other cities.

Highly recommended! First of all, I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Japanese people are always kind, but at this hotel, I felt they went beyond my expectations. The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful. Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isn’t noisy.

マツダスタジアムで野球観戦の為、利用しました。駅からもスタジアムからも近く、ホテルも新しく清潔で過ごしやすかったです。無料の朝食はパンが数種類とコーヒー、ソフトドリンクのみですが、1つ1つ美味しかったです。リーズナブルだったので、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

Goede locatie vlak bij het station, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, de kamer aan de kleine kant, een comfortabel bed. Een minpunt is dat er geen echte ontbijtoptie is tegen betaling. Er is alleen gratis koffie (waarom geen thee?) en koeken die men zoete brood noemt. De kwaliteit van dat gratis ontbijt is echt ondermaats en geen mogelijkheid van een goed ontbijt tegen betaling.
