Hotel Grand İstanbul

Fairly decent place to stay for £30 a night. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room was small but comfortable, Most importantly the room had air conditioning. The only downside was that the shower was cold which isn't too bad considering how cheap the room was. The room had everything one person, staying one night would need.

Hotel reception staff knows english langaue, this was useful, the rest of the staff had almost zero knowledge of english, which does not help at all. Positive points: Quick check in, good travel guidance from reception, comfortable bed, air conditioning, window can be partly opened, hot and cold water available in shower, electric kettle provided, lift available to top floor, sim card available at reception. Negative points: Breakfast was disappointing, we were misguided that breakfast is provided, room size was smaller then expected, very limited supply of tea, coffee, milk, hotel reluctant to supply it when needed at nights, thrifty attitude, limited seating in lobby for breakfast, sometimes customers had to wait in que.

Ich habe das Zimmer, Deluxe reserviert was aber sehr schmal und eng ist! Die Sauberkeit wahr für mich befriedigend und das Frühstück habe ich nur einmal gegessen, weil es mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Das Zimmer war sehr warm weil die Heizung immer an war und man konnte es nicht ausschalten, so war ich gebunden immer die Klimaanlage an zu machen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit Danke dafür🙏 Die Hotel Lage ist ruhig und dennoch Zentral, Würde aber nicht nochmal da reservieren, aufgrund der oben genannten Kriterien!

The Hotel is excellent, brand new refurbished and has a new face, The rooms are very small but compared to the price still fine. particularly the manager Mohamed is a good guy with so many helpful tips.

Otel Yenikapı durağına yürüyerek sadece 1 dakika mesafede ve ulaşım her yere çok kolay. Odalar modern, temiz ve klimalı, sadece klima biraz sesli çalışıyordu diyebilirim. WiFi sıkıntısı yaşamadım. Personel de girişte yaşanan bir aksaklığı oldukça güleryüzlü bir şekilde zorluk çıkarmadan çözdü ve hep ilgililerdi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde ilk tercih edeceğim yer çok büyük ihtimalle yine burası olacak.

Zunächst wurden wir freundlich bei der Ankunft des Hotels begrüßt. Jedoch haben wir ein Hotelzimmer erhalten, wo an den Wänden Dreckspuren vorhanden waren. Unter dem Bett fanden wir sogar eine Birne. Man sagte uns, dass man nur einen Teller zum Frühstück haben dürfte,also ein begrenzter Frühstück. Leider gab es sehr viele Schimmelflecken in der Toilette, insbesondere an den Rändern der Dusche. Als man sagte, dass man eine negative Bewertung abgeben würde, hat man es mit großer Desinteresse entgegengenommen nach dem Motto "Kommst du nicht, kommt ein Anderer". Ohne uns zu fragen hat man willkürlich unser Hotelzimmer sauber gemacht, obwohl wir es gar nicht angeordnet haben. Weiterhin hatten wir eine defekte Toilette oder etwas anderes, was dazu führte, dass die Toilette fast "unter Wasser" stand. Am letzten Tag hat man sogar beim Frühstück das Ei vergessen, obwohl man es jeden morgen erhalten hatte. Kurzfristig war auch der Aufzug defekt, was dazu führte, dass wir ins 3.Stock laufen mussten. Es wurde nicht bescheid gegeben, dass der Aufzug defekt ist. Der Service war miserabel und sehr sehr schlecht. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotel war sauber und das personal war sehr freundlich. frühstück in Ordnung. Alles tip top bis auf den stromausfall

Un peux decu du sejour quon a raccourci car la chambre et consept petit dej ne nous convenais pas . Chambre ne fermant pas a clef , pas tres propre et une odeur dans la salle de bain horrible . Pas de choix de petit dej une assiete nous ai servi et cest tout .

Sadece 1 gecelik bir oda rezerve ettiğimiz için en önemli kriterimiz konum ve temizlikti. Oda standart ama yatak çarşafları vs gayet temizdi. Konum olarak da Yenikapı metro istasyonuna yakındı. Fakat bulunduğu sokak çok gürültülü olduğu için sabaha karşı 4 e kadar hiç uyuyamadık. Ve gece banyodan gelen korkunç bir sigara kokusu vardı.Bir gecelik bir kabus yaşadık diyebilirim. Odaya el havlusu koymamışlardı. Kahvaltı çok standart bir tabaktı. Fakat fiyat düşünüldüğünde kabul edilebilir.

Отель очень чистый, завтрак отличный, персонал очень дружелюбный. Он также имеет очень хорошее расположение. Г-н Мухаммед, менеджер по бронированию, также был очень любезен. Вы можете выбирать с уверенностью.

Konumu çok iyi, Yenikapı Metro/Marmaray üzerinden her yere rahatça ulaşım sağlanabiliyor ve yaklaşık 1 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar modern ve temizdi. Fakat girişteki personelin hakkını ayrıca teslim etmek gerek, güleryüzlü bir şekilde yardımcı olup küçük bir aksaklığı anında çözdüler.

I liked that the room was clean and the hotel in general was clean. However the only issue was that the rooms were very small and the walls were very thin and you could hear everything. It is in a lower scale neighborhood but I never ever thought I was threatened or scared, it is a safe neighbourhood. The breakfast is normal with one boiled egg and some olives, cheese etc exactly what is shown in the image and bread with tea. If you want an omelet or coffee or cappuccino then you have to pay extra for those. Overall it is a decent hotel and very close to the Havaist bus stop which makes it convenient when landing at Istanbul airport. The area is close to lots of shopping and restaurants as well as the tram. Would recommend for a short trip and if your on a tight budget.

Abbiamo passato 5 notti in questa struttura posizione ottima , Servizio sufficiente personale gentile, le camere sono molto piccole… va bene solo per un appoggio di una notte max Pulizia insufficiente e colazione scarsa.

The hotel is ideally situated, only a 5 minute walk to tram and marmaray, with lots of shops and restaurants very close by. We will definitely be back

The location is excellent, right next to Yenikapı transit hub, which provides easy access to Marmaray, metro, the airport, the bus terminal, and tramway. It’s a perfect spot for getting around the city. The staff was amazing – always friendly and attentive. They checked in daily to ask if we needed cleaning and even brought us extra towels without being asked. The rooms are small but cozy, stylish, and modern. The design is quite fancy, but due to the materials used, the soundproofing isn't the best, so you might occasionally hear some background noise from the neighbors. We were lucky to get a deluxe room, which was very quiet and away from the main street. Breakfast is fixed, but it’s absolutely delicious, and there are enough options to satisfy. Plus, you can choose your coffee or tea, which adds a nice touch of personalization. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality! Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is close to the excellent transport system and the beds are very comfortable. It was our second stay and we will be back soon.

The hotel is clean and relax, than for Muhammed reception he is very helpful and kind man.

Le personnel est propre, sûr et aime son travail. M. Muhammed nous a beaucoup aidé dans tous les aspects. Je tiens à le remercier. Le métro est très proche de Marmara. Le tramway est accessible à pied. Je vous conseille.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist großartig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es hat auch eine sehr gute Lage. Herr Muhammed, der Reservierungsmanager, war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Sie können beruhigt wählen.

Gros bémol sur le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas assez de choix et c'était tous les jours le mëme

Au début, l'attention du personnel était agréable, je voudrais particulièrement remercier M. Muhammed, il a été très serviable. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps car c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels des environs. Le confort et la propreté des chambres sont excellents. Rien de dérangeant ne s'est produit. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Tout est arrivé à temps. C'est le premier endroit où je reviendrai quand je reviendrai à Istanbul. Je le recommanderais à tout le monde.
