\u200fI am very disappointed a bout your service, and you honestly. \u200fAny way you said there no reason to refund us?!? \u200fBut there actually and we did mention that and we have a prove . \u200f1. In your policy of the agreement of booking is not to allow pets?! And you allow so you people did not follow the policy role?! We a have allergies children and breathing problems. And We have photos as a prove \u200f2. Accessible hotel for disabled but not true ?!?! my daughter wasn’t able to get to the stares except with 2 people help . If u people was honest with your information we wasn’t now lost our time and money as well. I have a prove as well photo. \u200fthis is who’s mistake ours or yours?!? \u200fHow the one who did not follow the policy?!? Important comment they don’t wear a mask no Covid protection in this hotel.
