Great hotel! The staff was friendly, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the view I was given was excellent. Turkish bath was excellent with Dilek and Ömer (the porter) is exceptionally helpful making check-in a breeze. The restaurant food is delicious. Overall, it was a great stay. The only issue I encountered was the broken shower head. I reported the problem to reception during check out.

I arrived after a long day of travel and went straight to sleep. During the night, I was suddenly awakened by someone trying to open my door — a terrifying experience. The next morning, I reported the incident to the front desk. I told them it happened sometime after midnight, though I wasn’t sure of the exact time. After reviewing the security footage, they told me that no one was seen in the hallway. They suggested it might have happened before midnight, but I couldn’t be certain. We were very pleased with the hotel. Not a new hotel, but clean and the room was spacious. Perfect for us. Hotel staff was helpful and the hotel was situated only a 5 min walk from the metro station Şişli. There are shops, cafees, backeries and restaurant right outside the entrance, so very easy if you don't feel like a night out.
