This property is a picture of motor hotels of the past. Remodeled, clean, homey and comfortable. Pet friendly with areas for walking dogs. There is beautiful clean pool and large gazebo for relaxing outside. I’m extremely impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. A must stay, don’t overlook this hidden gem.

What was unique about the property is that I had a fireplace in my room the place is done so cute with this little fountains and the way they designed their sitting areas they've even been thoughtful to all people including smokers there's two designated areas for smoking the pool the water is clear the people are helpful and kind very nice place very clean very modern parking isn't a problem however if you have a trailer you're pulling behind you there's nowhere to park it

Super cute property, nice rooms, conveniently located just minutes from Whiskey Row and downtown. Staff was super friendly, very easy to get to. The only suggestion I can make is to upgrade your mattresses. The mattress was very uncomfortable, very thin. We only stayed 1 night so it was OK but if we were staying multiple nights, it might've been an issue. Other than that, loved the property and would definitely return!

The, "continental breakfast" was an orange, apple and cpl of snack bars. Not something we likes for breakfast. Pool was closed until 10, so no use before checkout time. Was the cleanest place ever been in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of soap, shampoo and paper!

The property and rooms were spotless. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this one blew me away with the cleanliness! The location is amazing. Just 4 minutes from the square and a convenient grocery store is walking distance away. This will be my go to place to stay while I am in Prescott.

I actually did not stay in this motel, I checked in and went to my room and checked the bed and saw several large urine stains on the mattress pad and then stepped on a cockroach. The staff was rude and insulted by me saying something, the young boy at the counter told me he would give me a refund, but only gave me a partial refund Keeping about $95 of the total amount I called to see why they had kept some of the money considering I did not stay and the lady on the phone was insulted once again and told me that she would be keeping the money. I have currently put in a request to my credit card company to receive that money back. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to stay at a motel.

This was probably one of the worst stays ever. The room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned at all. The floors had dirt all over and felt like it had never been swept or mopped. So much dust had accumulated under the beds and chairs. And to top it off, the sheets were not cleaned. Had hair all over, and makeup marks on the pillow cases. Being that no other place has any vacancies, I ended up buying sheets and towels because I could not trust they would have had a clean one. Stay away from this place.

I stayed one night but I wouldn’t stay again. It was well located for my needs but the room itself was gross. I pulled back the sheets and noticed hairs all over the bed. Got a closer look at the pillows and they also had hairs. It looked like they just fixed the sheets and did not wash them. I slept on top of the bedding and tried not to think about it

This place was disgusting! I was in room 9. There were booger's all over the sheets and comforter. The floors made our feet black, I moved the bed to plug in our phone chargers because it was the only one that was close and there was an obvious spill behind the bed. Under the bed was disgusting, under the dresser had all kinds of stuff under it. The fridge had food crumbs in it. The walls were coming apart, the main door had a huge gap in it and there was bugs that came in on us and were flying around while we were trying to sleep. The bathroom had black hair all over the floor and in the tub, blue toothpaste possibly on the floor in the corner and the fan didn't work either. I will never stay here I would not recommend it either. I only stayed because of the comments.

The fireplace picture fooled me. The fireplace wasnt really a fireplace and it was a loghtbulb that barely shined and it was very dissapointing because that was the reason i chosed that hitel and room. Other than that everything was ok. Did not have breakfast because the area for it was so small i didnt think it would have a legit breakfast. Overall it was an ok stay.

I booked the room cus it’s shows that it has a fireplace in the room and when we got there. It’s only a prop just a damm night light. Fake fireplace I’m probably not the only person that has booked it for the fireplace to find out it’s all a lie

I liked the outdoor seating areas around the property, as well as the surrounding environment. I was disappointed that the pool didn't open until 10am. We were unable to enjoy the pool since we had to check out by 11. Hoping next time to be able to check it out. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with all of our inquiries. Thank you!

The room was decent. The bed was fine. My only issue was with the air conditioner. I expect the room a/c units to be noisy, but this one sounded like it had a plastic bag stuck inside. It made the a/c even louder and a bit annoying. It wasn't so bad that it ruined my trip, but it was pretty annoying. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Very reasonable rates, clean, and only 1 mile from downtown, so easy walk. I felt the pool could have been a little cleaner, and the ac unit in the room was very loud, but otherwise pleasant and clean. If stay there again.

We never got a room because you gave our room to someone else and tried to blame the system. We reserved a two queen bed deluxe and you only had a single king. That didn't help us with 2 kids. We wanted to give you guys a try, but at 8:30 at night after I called around 6 to confirm was not cool.

Beautiful property and very roomy. The only thing that upset me is that we are elderly and the office didn’t even attempt to look for a different room to accommodate us. We where there at 3:30 so I think she could have at least looked to see if she could switch rooms with a guest that had not checked in yet She just said no where sold out.

I love the fact that everyone was so sweet so kind and my dog absolutely love the staff when I found a baby bird. One of the staff members took it, and I was trying to nurture it and it was just an amazing stay

Had an immediate negative experience the moment i showed up to check in. I came about 15 minutes late to office close, but there was a sign outside saying to ring the front bell in case of an emergency. I rang it, and the woman who came to "help" was clearly unhappy to be bothered. She spoke to me without even opening the door, which was really strange and felt really cold and dismissive. When she asked what i needed and i told her im checking in, she wordlessly pointed to her left. Mind you, it was past 10 pm. I couldnt really see, so i just asked what she was pointing at. Still without verbal explanation, she pointed again and i found a box for late check-ins that i wouldnt have known to even look for otherwise. Still, i apologized for bothering her and she was incredibly rude and simply walked away. I understand the frustration, but she only took 5 minutes to answer the door, so clearly she was still in the office. If she had to drive in from home for that, then id understand being annoyed, but she was literally right there on the premise. I dont appreciate being treated like im an idiot for not seeing a tiny box in the dark at 10 pm. Other than that incident, my stay wasnt noteworthy other than seeing a cockroach in my bathroom. That was disgusting. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly, especially the cleaning staff. I dont think I'll be staying here again in the future, but i do appreciate the rest of the staff for being kind.

When she asked what i needed and i told her im checking in, she wordlessly pointed to her left. Mind you, it was past 10 pm. I couldnt really see, so i just asked what she was pointing at. Still without verbal explanation, she pointed again and i found a box for late check-ins that i wouldnt have known to even look for otherwise. Still, i apologized for bothering her and she was incredibly rude and simply walked away. I understand the frustration, but she only took 5 minutes to answer the door, so clearly she was still in the office. If she had to drive in from home for that, then id understand being annoyed, but she was literally right there on the premise. I dont appreciate being treated like im an idiot for not seeing a tiny box in the dark at 10 pm. Other than that incident, my stay wasnt noteworthy other than seeing a cockroach in my bathroom. That was disgusting. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly, especially the cleaning staff. I dont think I'll be staying here again in the future, but i do appreciate the rest of the staff for being kind.

The experience was very nice, we stayed 1 night just to get a break from the Phoenix heat. It’s a quick drive to the center of town & to surrounding lakes & hiking. Everyone was very nice.

The Sierra Inn is conveniently located just about a mile away from downtown Prescott. It's a nice and quiet location though, and although you can tell that it's an older hotel, it's been maintained well with little touches added to make guests feel welcome upon entering their room. Staff are also very friendly.

I like this place because it's close to downtown but just far enough that it's quiet. There is a great coffee shop and Natural Grocery store next door.

Sierra Inn is an old-style motel that has been freshened. It's convenient to downtown Prescott and has a (for me) nice 'comfortable' feel that you get in older motels. I'll stay there again when I'm in Prescott for the night.

I had a great stay at the Sierra Inn, I think it’s easily the best value in Prescott. It’s just a few minutes outside of downtown, nice quiet area in the pines. Rooms are updated and the staff is very accommodating. Will definitely be back!

We were there overnight for a cross country meet. We were there with family and all the rooms were clean. The grab-n-go breakfast was just that - granola bars and an apple. Both the woman that checked us in and the one that checked us out were smiling and friendly. I would recommend this for an overnight or two.

Sierra Inn was adequate for a one night stay so we could hike the area. Maria at the front desk was very open and friendly. My one concern is that the website states there is free breakfast. Instead, while it was free, we were given a bag containing a generic breakfast bar, cutie orange and apple. I believe this is misleading - I encourage this hotel to change their "free breakfast" to "free grab and go" which characterizes the offering much better than the supposition of a free continental breakfast.

The, "continental breakfast" was an orange, apple and cpl of snack bars. Not something we likes for breakfast. Pool was closed until 10, so no use before checkout time. Was the cleanest place ever been in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of soap, shampoo and paper!

It was decent. The room was clean but the comforter on one of the beds was shredded up at the end of the bed. The blow dryer didn’t work, no matter how many different plugs we tried. The curtains didn’t even completely cover the window. Anyone walking by could easily have see. Inside our room because of the gaps. The continental breakfast was a paper bag filled with granola bars, an apple, a Clementine, and gummies. The pool did not have chaise lounges around the pool as depicted in the picture of the pool. We didn’t spend much time there. It was sufficient for our needs. Over priced for what we got.
