The property is currently being renovated but the rooms are great, clean, roomy and quiet. The carpet seems a little old but wasn’t too bad. There is construction things all around the property and that’s the only issue we had when walking to the brewery and our dog. They allow dogs for a $75 fee. They have a clean pool that is running. They have a gazebo with a bbq pit out front. The gym had dated equipment and the weight lifting equipment wasn’t working. Overall, it’s a nice place. The staff is friendly.

In a town without many hotel options the Blanco River Hotel is stellar. I could not believe the size of the room. The pool is very nice with nice evening lighting and a waterfall. The breakfast is also better than most and unusual to be included in a hotel this nice. So close to town square with many great choices for food. Also the Blanco river is a minute away and a great place to visit.

This hotel is under construction but you can tell it’s going to be very nice once it’s all completed. The newly updated room was very big and spacious. Bathroom was very clean, bed and the bedding was comfortable, very soft towels, the pillows are on the small size. We utilized the fitness center and pool. Fitness center is small but it has the basics. The pool was very nice and towels are provided. The gentleman at the front desk and staff were very kind and accommodating. It was very quiet and clean with having the renovation going on. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future, especially to see how the renovations turn out! Family of 4 traveling with young children.

The place was perfect for our stay. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hotels .com website it says there is restaurant. We worked all day expected to check in and order dinner. Instead we had to leave again to go get dinner to come back and be more exhausted. When I book I book for convenience. But over the hotel was nice and clean.

The location of your hotel is great. The remodel of the hotel is modern and nice. I noticed that the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned what so ever. There was old egg in the sink of my bathroom ( I had a total of 3 rooms). In my daughters room there were dirty towels hanging on the back of her bathroom door. The staff during the day and and night were very friendly and helpful. Not sure if anyone is monitoring housekeeping but they should this property has great potential. Breakfast was so so. The omelettes were very dry over cooked like rubber honestly and not much to offer kids. The pasteries were very basic.

If you are traveling through Blanco, Texas and need a super nice hotel, with extremely good rates, then you must stay here!! We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room with two very comfortable queen size beds, a sofa and coffee table, a desk, another dining table with chairs and all the other amenities that were great! The headboards on the beds were very cool in that they had soft lighting built in as well as electrical and wifi plugs! So convenient and cool! The furniture was all so cute and eclectic....not standard hotel furniture at all.....great decorating taste and it made you feel like you were in a nice apartment instead of a hotel! Everything throughout the hotel was spotless and in great condition and there was a great little bar restaurant in the hotel where the food was good and they had music and TV's! And finally to top it all off the staff, of what seemed like all women, were so nice and accomodating! Just lovely all the way around! We intially booked our room for 4 days but ended up staying an extra 3 days just because we felt like we were at home! Thanks to all of you for your hard work and smiles!

The hotel is pretty good actually. I love the room is spacious and i love they put such a huge couch in a king size bedroom. But too bad we got the bad experience of having the bed cover stained bad and disgusting stained. They need to be more attentive in supervising cleanliness. Overall we love our stay after the staff change our bed cover and blanket.

AC did not cool to desired temperature. Could hear person above our room walking across the floor until 1:30 am. Both of these things made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable and facilities were clean.

Really impressed by this little hideaway hotel! The premium double queen room was very spacious and I love the furniture. We did not eat breakfast but the coffee was good and everything smelled good. Will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay.

The rooms were huge, clean and nicely decorated. It had a boutique hotel vibe with the decor. The hallways had a really nice sweet floral smell as soon as you left the elevator, not overpowering but noticeable. The AC wasn't the best, it ran hotter than it was set. The breakfast was ok but only a few hot options, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They did have yogurt, ceral and instant oatmeal packets. With certain restrictions it was not a lot of options. Overall excellent stay and very affordable. We will definitely add it to our list of places to return.

The breakfast was limited unless you like sweets or cereal. The hot food didn't look very appealing. Beds were comfortable. After for a rear facing or south end room away from pool as you can hear them all night long splashing and hollering even on the 3rd floor. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this affordable and nice place to stay not far from Fredericksburg, located in Blanco. The service was great, Grace and Britt made great recommendations for places to eat and things to do locally when we weren't in Fredericksburg. Will stay here again! Hot water and A/C worked great!

Grace, who checked us in, was so welcoming. We’d never stayed at the hotel, or in Blanco, so she took the time to orient us to the town, tell us where to go for restaurants and shopping, etc. She also made sure we knew where everything we could need was located on the property. Outstanding employee. The room itself was spacious and clean; it had all the expected amenities.

Property was very clean and recently renovated it appears although they seem to be a bit short staffed. The desk clerk was having to pull double duty preparing breakfast and manning the desk. We did encounter a delay getting checked in on Saturday. Desk clerk had to call Expedia support as the prepaid reservation did not want to process through. Appears the Expedia CS agent was a bit inexperienced. It finally went through!

The hotel was recently renovated and it was such a beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The king room i booked was not avaliable but the front desk offered me the king suite at no extra charge. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

I traveled with family. I had a good experience with this hotel. First, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Second, the hotel is quiet. It is a good place for relaxing and enjoying with my family. Also, the location is very convenient. It is 30 mins away from Perdernales State Park, 48 mins from Fredericksburg, 1 hr from Enchanted Rock (15 mins from Frederickburg). Next, the breakfast is tasty and quality. The pool is very nice. The whole Hotel is very clean (bedroom, bathroom, lobby, hallway, elevator…). I would come back in the summer. Overall, it is exceeded my expectation. It worths the money

Building has been thoroughly renovated inside and out. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Lovely pool. Breakfast is great and "cantina" just off lobby has nice happy hour on weekends. Sraff is friendly and helpful. Great value for the price, but book early as it fills up months in advance.

The condition and comfort of the hotel are very good. Breakfast could use some improvement, however. The eggs and potatoes are terrible. Sausages and breads/muffins are fine. Please turn your utensils down!! When people grab a fork or spoon, their hands touch all of the forks to weed out the one they’ll use. This is so unsanitary and probably against health codes!!
