no me gusto que llegamos el viernes y el sábado cerraron la alberca por mantenimiento, además de que solicitamos en la recepción que nos guardaran el equipaje unas horas en lo que salía nuestro vuelo y no lo quisieron hacer con el argumento de que no cuentan con un lugar para ello, no volveré jamás a ese hotel

El personal q atiende durante el día, es muy apático, y atiende de mala gana. En general está bien el hotel, es limpio ñ , solo le falta mantenimiento a todo el hotel, áreas desgastadas, pintura , lavabos q fugan, el lavabo de nuestra habitación fugaba y no se iba el agua rápido, tu e qpretar la manguera de desagüe y ya no fugo, etc,

Está en una muy buena ubicación, las instalaciones en general son buenas, sin embargo, falta mantenimiento a la escalera de la alberca y no tiene estacionamiento. La atención es más que excelente!!!

I had already visited the hotel, which is why I returned. However, my last reservation indicated that my room had two queen beds, but when I arrived, it was only two much smaller double beds. It was disappointing to learn that the hotel doesn't even have queen beds. Sadly, they don't have luggage storage. Checkout was at 12 p.m., and I had to carry my suitcases all day since my flight wasn't at 10:15 p.m.

Fue la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en éste hotel, muy recomendable por su ubicación y precio. La alberca excelente para después de un día en el mar, cuentan con tv, frigobar y el balcon para ver toda la gente que pasa por el tianguis. Excelente hotel.

Me encantaron las instalaciones del hotel, así como su ubicación, el personal fue muy atento en todo momento y muy amable, nuestra habitación siempre estaba limpia pues los días que estuvimos siempre que retresabamos de la playa estaba limpia y con jabón, papel y toallas limpias, sin duda es una gran opción de hospedaje, además de que la ubicación esta perfecta pues solo hay que cruzqr la calle para entrar a la olaya

Buen servicio en general, el personal fue amable. Mejorar el wifi y fumigar ya que hay bastantes hormigas incluso en la habitación. Un poco ruidoso por la ubicación pero a la vez útil para moverse en los alrededores y conocer la zona. Si lo recomendaría.

The street is closed to vehicles every night for street market. Mostly touristy stuff and food but still cool. On Wednesday nights only a nightclub near the hotel plays LOUD music til 3 a.m. not the hotel's fault, but be aware. Mexico is noisy😀 I will stay here whenever I come to Puerto rscondido

We stayed at the Casablanca Hotel for a month. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed most afternoons at the pool. The hotel is located where there is a Mexican market every night and we enjoyed watching from our balcony. There is noise from the market activity until about 10:00 PM, however there is a nightclub directly next to the hotel that is only open on Wednesday night. They play extremely loud horrible music until 3:00 AM making Wednesday night’s impossible to sleep. Everything else about the hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. Highest appreciation for their concern and service!

Great hotel, very clean and staff is good. Walking distance to the beach and able to go to other beach’s from there. Nice shopping area at night. Conveniently located to stores and Restaurant's. Make sure you know this room does not have air conditioning.

A mixed bag: Very clean, super location but can be loud if not having an indoor facing room. Some staff not very friendly but overall ok. Our room had very little space to deposit clothing etc.Price is realistic and fair. Pool looked well cared for and property had put a fridge in our room...very helpful. Major downside: WIFI coverage left a lot to be desired.

No había agua caliente. Guardan tu equipaje solo al check in NUNCA al check out y te quieren cobrar 300.00 o el dia completo por usar su baño o sillas x momentos. Se les pidió la ayuda porque nuestro vuelo salía muy noche. Usualmente dan esta atencion al cliente internacionalmente

Excelente trato del personal, se ubica en un lugar céntrico, es decir, quedan varias playas cerca así como tiendas, restaurantes y frente al hotel se coloca el Adoquín, el cual es un mercadito con muchas artesanías, ropa, comida, bares, etc.

Hola en general la estancia está bien, hay que mejorar el aire acondicionado para todas las habitaciones y mantenimiento a la alberca tiene un poco de descuido, u restaurante estaría genial, el resto esta muy bien, la atención del personal es muy buena y la cercanía con la playa es genial

Un lugar muy bueno, tienen todo lo necesario, a las cercanías hay muchos restaurantes donde comer, tienen la facilidad de ofrecerte tours en recepción y todo queda muy cerca (por ejemplo playa carrizalillo a 8 minutos en taxi)

Lugar sencillo pero cómodo y limpio, con excelente ubicación. Cerca de restaurantes, mercado de artesanías, bares, bancos, supermercado, a una cuadra de playa principal y fácilmente puedes trasladarte a otras por la cercanía.

Fue la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en éste hotel, muy recomendable por su ubicación y precio. La alberca excelente para después de un día en el mar, cuentan con tv, frigobar y el balcon para ver toda la gente que pasa por el tianguis. Excelente hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and staff is good. Walking distance to the beach and able to go to other beach’s from there. Nice shopping area at night. Conveniently located to stores and Restaurant's. Make sure you know this room does not have air conditioning.

El hotel está super bien para conocer los diferentes puntos cerca de la playa de Zicatela, muy cerca la playa y las embarcaciones para los Tours en lancha. La limpieza del hotel es buena, tuvimos una mala experiencia con algunos insectos (Hormigas en su mayoría) pero de ahí en fuera todo en orden. El personal es muy amable y atiende a las necesidades del cliente. Los alrededores son de ruido pero nada que no permita descansar, hay varios restaurantes deliciosos y otros no tanto, cuestión de gustos.

I always enjoy my visits to the Casablanca: friendly and helpful staff, pleasant pool area and a great location in the centre of town. The internet connectivity could be better but that's not the end of the world!

They stuck me in a room in the back with no air conditioning for the first two nights. Finally, I was able to get an air conditioning room, but had to pay extra. Other than that, the hotel was in good shape and the staff was pleasant enough.

We stayed here for 10 days Jan / Feb 2026. We booked the junior suite which in the pictures showed a small kitchenette with a full size fridge, coffee machine, toaster, etc. When we were given the key to the room there was only a mini fridge. It was quite disappointing. I showed them the picture of the room I booked and they said there was no room like that in the hotel. They did find me a coffee maker. The hotel is old and needs maintenence but was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very nice. The location is great. It is only a street away from the beach, and is right in the middle of the Adonquin area. Be warned it is on a busy street and doors don't seal so it can be pretty noisy. The garbage truck every morning at 5, general party noises and a wicked loud disco Wenesday night that goes well into the morning.
