The place smells like a cigarette. Everything in the room smelt like it. The bathmat was stained and ripped. Beds and pillows were awful.

Rooms were dirty and needed a bit of repair. Definitely not safe for anyone with young children. Some staff were good but others were not the greatest. Not many breakfast options. Elevators were visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned at all throughout our stay. Brought up issues with the staff the day of check in and were told there’s nothing they could do and refused a refund.

Room was not clean. Broken and unsafe fixtures. Hallway smelled like pet urine. Breakfast was not good and sat out for hours. When concerns were brought up they said they knew already and didn’t offer any compensation or anything. Do not stay here if you can!

Staff at check in was great! Friendly and helpful! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfy! Breakfast could have been better. Owner seemed like he didn’t care though. Friends who paid for rooms were told hotels.com over booked by 100 rooms. Sad so many were turned away!

Breakfast was ok for the most part. Sausage and eggs. Nothing special. Just wish they had a little more for picky eater. Parking was good. Room was clean. Halls was filled with smell of marijuana but it says no smoking. Night staff was no where to be found had a note for us to call someone who was no where on property, took her 10 mins to come to the desk after we made the phone call.
