The room was beautiful and comfortable. We didnt arrive until around 730 pm. We wanted to use the pool but it was closed because they don't have lights. I was kind of bummed because we chose it for a pool. Breakfast was great!

Clean but bathroom door don't close, Ac sounded like a boat motor all night, Bacon taste like cardboard on breakfast. I did like the fireplace outside and staff very helpfull.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside and out. The staff is very friendly and attentive. 24 hour desk service. Basketball court, pool, gym. Its close to all the major restaurants and shopping centers.

It was a great location and the two bedroom really gave us space. It also was really nice there was laundry. They even supplied laundry baskets. Breakfast had some great options. I would stay there again!

This was our second time staying at this property in the last month. The first visit was great with zero issues which is why we booked again. I will say I think it’s poor customer service to try to run the card the morning of your arrival before you even get there. We had plans to use a different card so this messed things up. We arrived a little after 3pm, which was when check in was. Our room was not ready until almost 5pm which was very inconvenient. We wanted to take advantage of the grill station the first night we were there and had gone to the grocery store for that purpose only to run out of propane 20 minutes into cooking. We let the front desk know they were out of propane and were told there was nothing they could do u til maintenance came back in the morning. This experience was much different than the first time and is questioning whether we will stay at a Staybridge again in the future

We were miserable the whole ti.e because the hotel allowed the kids next door to bounce balls off our walls alll WEEK. The front desk worker was lazy and always sitting on his phone. Washer and dryers were out of service. Just wasn’t great like the first time i stayed.

Nice stay. Fridge and stove with dishwasher. Even plates. Breakfast options really great. Different items on different days. No housekeeping on wknds. U will need to request something if u wanted. I will definitely be staying there again

We enjoyed our Staybridge Suite with a kitchenette area. What we really enjoyed was that the bedroom/bathroom areas was separate from the living space. Furniture could have used updating but it was clean and functional.

Staybridge is beautiful, I loved the decor, the design and amenities of the room, and the staff were so nice and friendly, especially Ashley and Maria!! Thanks Maria for helping me understand the billing. The breakfast was fine, being able to make your own waffle was a treat. I didn’t know about the military discount before we arrived, so that was a great surprise when we could get the stay reduced. Thank you, Brian. There were only a couple of cons, which were in the room. The beds and sleep sofa were hard and uncomfortable; this may be a dealbreaker. My husband and son complained about that. It could have been cleaner. I am very particular when it comes to a room’s cleanliness but overall it was okay.

Check in went great, but upon getting to our room, things are very used and worn. Bedroom door doesn’t latch well, couch leans in significantly in the middle, and room door gets stuck sometimes when opening from the outside. Definitely needs some fixing up!

I got to check in and they weren’t much help unfortunately. I was by myself and am 34 weeks pregnant. They weren’t very informative about a lot of things. I was carrying my child and they said they had the crib set up for me. Then they said here are your keys and nothing else. I had no idea where to go. The elevators were broken so I just thought the stairs were by them. Nope. Had to go back and ask them. They told me the longest way to my room. I later found a shorter way. No help with my luggage even though they offered on email since the elevator was broken. So carrying a toddler and my luggage and going up stairs by myself. And going the longest way to my room. It was an awful welcoming. No help at all. Nice hotel but not helpful. Wish their staff were a bit more common sense on how to be more helpful to their guests instead of just take our money.

The hotel and food was amazing!! The staff(Chiquita) was absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I stayed in room 239 and the people who stayed in 339, were the most inconsiderate folks ever. They ran around all night, which made it hard to sleep from the kids jumping around. Going forward, put people with kids on the bottom floor.

Excellent location... just a few hundred yards off of the major thoroughfare through Jacksonville, but because it is tucked back kind of behind some restaurants and a little bit of a business park, incredibly quiet yet right in the middle of several shopping options and restaurants just a couple of parking lots away!! MATISHA was a wonderful welcoming smile to the check-in ;-)

This hotel was so clean, safe as well as quiet. Being that it is beautifully nestled on adjoining streets but still right in the heart of restaurants, shopping, the mall as well as the movie theater and other recreational activities. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this hotel. I love the Staybridge and this is second staying there but at different location. Each time was truly a pleasure. Not to mention the FREE washer and dryer privileges but you do have to provide your own washing powder and other laundry essentials but this hotel in my opinion is an A++++! Did I say I absolutely loved it! Yes! I LOVED IT!!!!
