Room was clean the Staff treated us like family definitely will stay again. Airport shuttle safe driver.Wifi was very reliable enough to maintain connection for 6 items= 3phones, 1 Fire stick and 2 laptops

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, the transfer from the airport was a mess to get organized, and the room itself was moldy and had roaches inside. I can’t say I would recommend this hotel to anyone, even if it was only for 1 night

This is the best airport hotel we ever found in Hanoi: clean room, great price, great services and friendly staff, free airport shuttle that is prompt and on time. We definitely plan to choose it as my regular from now on. Oh, included breakfast is of great value too.
