Best hotel I have stayed in this trip. Excellent rooms, spa and is walking distance to everything. Highly recommended!!

Perfecte locatie. Heerlijk grote kamer en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Badkamer was ook fijn? Evenals het zwembad. Drankjes op dakterras ook een aanrader. Wij komen zeker weer terug als we weer in Wroclaw zijn.

The listing says that the hotel has "parking available". The reality is that it only has 3 spaces and won't reserve any for you even if you have a blue badge. However, there are a couple of disabled spaces nearby and a public car park over the road,

Great service and lovely room. Breakfast was delicious with gluten free options available. The only disappointment was the steam room out of order.

Historisk bygning med fantastisk beliggenhed, gode spa og wellness faciliteter. Spændende tagterrasse med god udsigt og restaurant. Rigtig fin service og gode senge på værelset. Fitnessudstyr var af ældre stand og begrænset generelt. Dejlig ro og hyggelig stemning på hotelet.

Very comfortable night’s sleep including probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever put my head on. Convenience store very close and the old town amenities all walkable. Very pleasant staff. Spacious standard room. The jacuzzi had a lot of debris on the bottom hence the 4 star for cleanliness but I alerted the staff and I assume she sorted it very quickly, hotel was extremely clean everywhere else

Freundlicher und Zuvorkommender Service. Ausstattung hervorragend. Abendessen ausgezeichnet, Frühstücksbüffet jedoch verbesserungswürdig. Auswahl an Aufschnitt/Aufstrich (Wurst/Käse/Gemüseaufstrich) war unzureichend. Zimmer : Holz und Marmor makellos aber Farbe der Wände könnte erneuert werden.

Very clean, bedding and towels absolutely white and fluffy and changing every day if you want , very helpful staff and all polite and speak English well its right in center walkable anywhere . Its on quiet street so no traffic noise, air-conditioning, heated floor in the bathroom. Great roof bar in summer would be great to spend time there. We've had stayed in this hotel 3 times now and happy to come back. Only if you like your tea its no kettle in the room , but nice restaurant downstairs and outside loads cafes great prices and delicious food and cakes

Pros:Excellent location. Lovely, helpful staff, amazing breakfast spread, clean room, large room . Cons: the room 226 was darken with small window light coming thru, could have use a table lamp for extra lighting. Overall, excellent stay.

Vacker miljö, stora hotellrum! Bra sängar, tyst! Centralt läge. Dålig belysning i rummet, mörkt. Bra badrum med dusch separat badkar.

I did not like my room first I was given v dark room with window facing church wall, very close! With no day light. My room was changed to smaller but with day light, window view on the opera. That room at night was v dark with little light, poor design of the bathroom with shower difficult to operate, water pouring all over. No coffe maker in the room, tiny refrigerator loaded with some Pepsi cans etc, could fit in 2 water bottles after removing other stuff. Overall the room is equal to 2 star hotel maximum barely 3 star, don’t recommend

Suite im 1. OG mit riesigen Fenstern mitten in der Fussgängerzone…. Ideal für Exhibitionisten. Suite: Schlauchartig lang und fast etwas unheimlich, sowohl der Weg dahin, wie auch das Zimmer selbst …. Schlechtes Licht-Konzept: Im riesigen Zimmer kann man vom Bett aus das Licht ablöschen, dann aber nicht wieder anzünden…. Und muss also sich durchs Dunkle tappen, wenn man auf die Toilette muss. Zimmer sehr ringförmig, hatte Musik vom Nebenzimmer die ganze Nacht hindurch. Keine Ersatzrolle WC-Papier, hatte deswegen tatsächlich ein Problem…. Rooftop-Terrasse: Bedienung alles andere als zuvorkommend. Concièrge nicht kompetent beim Beraten für ein Lokal, um Fussball zu schauen. Ich würde bei einem nächsten Breslau-Besuch ein anderes Hotel buchen.

5* hotel and no coffee machine not even kettle in a room. Mini bar filled but you need to pay for everything , even juice. No small table and armchairs so you can have couple of tea, like at the pics. Mattress too soft, felt more like a waterbed. Light is limited. Bath with a jacuzzi which didn’t work….. As positive, room clean and nice spa area, but overall definitely not a 5* hotel. We just cancelled last night and moved to Novotel Hotel (nearby Monopol) which was half cheaper. 4*, free mini bar with beer juices and sweets, nice clean and big room.

We booked this place last minute when our first hotel didn’t have working AC. It was excellent! We especially loved the breakfasts, the pool downstairs, and the jacuzzi tub. Our 5-year-old was treated to a kids’ size robe and slippers and all of her own kids toiletries, which she was very excited about. The front desk was very helpful with any questions we had. The only complaint I have is that our room was noisy. We would hear motorcycles zoom by in the middle of the night, so request a quiet room. We use white noise to sleep, so it didn’t affect our sleep.

Our suite on the 5th floor was spacious but uncomfortable and dated with 70’s style low back white leather armchairs, an office chair and curtains suspended from a cable that were almost impossible to close or pull apart and with one length of curtain missing it was impossible to shut out the early morning light. The concrete walls and ceiling made the room feel gloomy and the lack of lighting added to the gloom.

A beautiful historic building convenient to the old central square. Our room was peculiar in that the wall between the toilet and bedroom was floor-to-ceiling glass. You can wave to your partner while on the bidet. We found it a bit awkward.

Lovely hotel very unusual very high ceiling, so any noise travelling all over . First night the couple next room was row till 1am in the morning and we can hear everything so no sleep for us . The staff is lovely and location so great . Room was cleaned and everything was changed every day. We didnt had any meals there as we were doing loads in town with family so cant coment on food but we had few drinks at the bar- so lovely very posh and staff so great

I had to check out 4am because of early flight. When I asked to call a taxi the previous day, the hotel clerk told me to prepare for the packed breakfast.

Definitely recommended over the hilton in wroclaw. Staff are much more attentive here and the pool is better as well. Have been staying here every time we come over to visit the mrs family for the last five odd years now, consistently good. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast option as it is currently very lackluster.

Wir sind vier mal in der Nacht vom Frontdesk mit klopfen an der Tür geweckt worden, weil wir angeblich party gemacht hätten, dabei war die Party eine Etage über uns. Ich habe jedesmal gesagt, dass der Lärm nicht von uns kommt. Ich habe die ganze Nacht deshalb nicht schlafen können, da wir immer wieder geweckt wurden. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig! Wir haben nicht mal eine richtige Entschuldigung bekommen.

Hotel Monopol lives up to its reputation. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty & accommodations were made to account for my food allergy. The spa area is one of the most relaxing, delightful spas I’ve visited in quite awhile. The room was clean & cool and the location is perfect. Absolutely no complaints! I look forward to future stays at Monopol.

We enjoyed the higher end feel of this property. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The amenities were great. And we were able to book special tours at the front desk. With in walking distance to shops, food, bars and the historic district of the town.

Right across the street from the opera house. Very convenient. Room was clean. The bathroom and jacuzzi tub were amazing.

Hotel’s years of glory have already passed. Hotel’s raw and loftiness are overwhelming and loud noises from the street as well as from other rooms around not give rest.

Have been visiting Wroclaw a few times a year since 2020, tried the Hilton, but level of service is just awful there. Monopol is a great place, one of the few hotels in wroclaw that have a pool and spacious rooms. Only thing I’d say they need to improve is the pricing on their breakfast offering and the range. Hilton beats Monopol in that regard.
