Property is great and location is fantastic- close to everything. One disappointment we had was with hotel valet parking. We were going to leave the hotel at 8am but were told that valet guy doesn’t come until 9am. No one told us that ahead of time. The valet guy was 10min late to work and took another 20min to bring the car. We left late because of it and got stuck in major traffic. Otherwise the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. Good clean rooms and fairly quiet. No issues.

Located in foot-walk distance from the centre. Public parking just opposite the hotel, very attentive staff, comfy beds and the pool area is actually quite nice, too. They also had live music on the rooftop on Saturday.

The property was in a great location. The room was spacious and clean and had all of the amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is an issue but we used valet which was great. (Thanks Robert!)

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right in the heart of the Old Town. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk everywhere, from historic sites and charming cafés to shops and restaurants. The room offered a stunning view, and the same can be said for the rooftop, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was perfect for kids — not too crowded, and a great way to cool off while enjoying the city skyline. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Everyone spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When we asked for extra towels, they were delivered in under five minutes — great service! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again.

The new boy downside of it is that at the time you book they tell you parking available. After you pay they tell you that parking is at 400 m away and is 92 Ron per night. The rooms were spacious with the right levelnof amenities. It was set in a beautiful position opposite the park walk area. Ideal for the centre of town were you cpuld find any variety of shops to meet your needs. Wonderful roof top bar with cascading views to your hearts vontent. Darius of the roof top bar was exceptionally accommodating always with a smile. Lovely stay.

First of all the staff is professional, kind, helpful, warm, very good with young children and they certainly make you want a longer stay or rebooking very soon. So many thanks to the staff! The location of the hotel is perfect. The lobby and the rooms are well designed and spotless - I am focused on cleanliness and I do tend to clean when I stay at a hotel but there was nothing to clean, I would say a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The breakfast is good, healthy and fresh. The chef and the staff are friendly, you feel cared for. On our last night we had dinner at the hotel and we had the steak and the sea bass and they were exceptional. The only thing missing for us was a private parking, but we do understand that might be due to the location.

Had an amazing experiment. My room was immaculate, overlooking the park, staff were exteremly friendly and one staff member how had just finsished his shift offered a tour of the facility and taught me tons of things about the area when he heard it was my first time visiting. Would absolutely stay again!

Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Came for a wedding. Not a five star hotel, the lobby is small and reminds me of a motel 8, dirty dishes and glasses lying around all evening. No water or coffee in the lobby and staff that ignores you when your standing right at check in. Rooms are okay but the bathroom is awkward with the door opening into the toilet and the shower floods water everywhere. Room dusty and sticky remotes. Housekeepers keep walking in on our room before check out time. Lots of options in the area for hotel, chose something else. Location is great across from a beautiful park and right next to historic sites and old cobblestone streeets with lots food and dining options.

Hotel is relatively new having opened middle of last year. So the room is new and spacious. Mithut from the front desk was warm and friendly. Great location within Brasov city centre. Couple of lacklustre bits. Shortly after check-in, the glass water bottle in our room suddenly "exploded" sending water and shards of glass around the minibar area. We reported the incident to front desk before heading out. When we came back at night, the broken bottle was still I the room. We reported it again to front desk. But nothing happened. So we reported another time, and Alex from the night team came by to provide new bottles. Rather poor service in this regard. Had our complimentary drinks at the bar where service was practically non-existent. We had to get menu and order drinks on our own.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Brașov for two nights and were initially very impressed. I was traveling with my brother, his wife, and my nephew, and we truly loved the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for exploring the city. However, our experience was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the front desk staff, which left us extremely disappointed. Despite putting down a deposit for both rooms I rented, which was meant to cover any incidental charges for our group, the staff embarrassed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in front of other guests. After breakfast, they were rudely stopped and not allowed to leave the restaurant until they paid for their meal, even though I had clearly instructed the staff to charge any expenses for both rooms to my account. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to share my feedback about this incident, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in what I had to say, didn’t even attempt to apologize, and acted as though she didn’t care about the issue at all. Her attitude was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that carries the prestigious Radisson Blu name. This situation was completely unnecessary and humiliating. It not only caused discomfort for my family but also made us question the professionalism of the hotel. Such a poor experience, no communication.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, which made mornings easier, and complimentary bottled water was provided daily. A nice bonus: water and fresh fruits were also available for guests in the lobby, free of charge. Overall, a fantastic hotel with excellent service, top-notch amenities, and a location that can't be beat. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious with the right levelnof amenities. It was set in a beautiful position opposite the park walk area. Ideal for the centre of town were you cpuld find any variety of shops to meet your needs. Wonderful roof top bar with cascading views to your hearts vontent. Darius of the roof top bar was exceptionally accommodating always with a smile. Lovely stay.

The service there is very basic. Most of the hires are trainees and have no clue how to present their services. When trying to discuss some matters with them, none of them including managers can help. Through my membership i was supposed to get an upgrade and of course they insisted that no room is available. A quick check on the app, suggested 2 more rooms of the class above would have been available. They said it must be a system error, while Hotels confirmed they are available. Very very disappointing. When asking about adding an additional (foldable) bed or anything my daughter can sleep on, they said they don't have any of such things to provide, hence expecting us to sleep all together in 1 queen bed for the entire stay. The restaurant is empty despite the fact that they praise it as the top 10 of Brasov. Very unlikely given that they don't have staff ready to bring you to your table and you end up looking around to figure out what to do or for who to wait. Overall very very basic services and I am wondering if they got 5 stars due to the name. Many hotels in the area are much better.

Modern, clean comfortable with outstanding staff. The best moment for us was when we arrived we were given a private tour of the hotel by a staff member who was amazing!!! He was brilliant and made us feel at home. He gave so many interesting details about the hotel and what was there before it was built as well as history of the town. He and his family are from Ukraine and their story is amazing. From Los Angeles to Ukraine, much love!!!!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Brașov for two nights and were initially very impressed. I was traveling with my brother, his wife, and my nephew, and we truly loved the hotel itself. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for exploring the city. However, our experience was overshadowed by the poor behavior of the front desk staff, which left us extremely disappointed. Despite putting down a deposit for both rooms I rented, which was meant to cover any incidental charges for our group, the staff embarrassed my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in front of other guests. After breakfast, they were rudely stopped and not allowed to leave the restaurant until they paid for their meal, even though I had clearly instructed the staff to charge any expenses for both rooms to my account. To make matters worse, when I approached the front desk to share my feedback about this incident, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in what I had to say, didn’t even attempt to apologize, and acted as though she didn’t care about the issue at all. My room was immaculate, overlooking the park, staff were exteremly friendly and one staff member how had just finsished his shift offered a tour of the facility and taught me tons of things about the area when he heard it was my first time visiting. Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Hotel is relatively new having opened middle of last year. So the room is new and spacious. Mithut from the front desk was warm and friendly. Great location within Brasov city centre. Couple of lacklustre bits. Shortly after check-in, the glass water bottle in our room suddenly "exploded" sending water and shards of glass around the minibar area. We reported the incident to front desk before heading out. When we came back at night, the broken bottle was still I the room. We reported it again to front desk. But nothing happened. So we reported another time, and Alex from the night team came by to provide new bottles. Rather poor service in this regard. Had our complimentary drinks at the bar where service was practically non-existent. We had to get menu and order drinks on our own.

We decided to base ourselves in Brasov to tour Transylvania. The Radisson is a well designed modern hotel in a terrific spot. When we checked in the agent seemed confused as to why we had a suite with a pull out couch and a second room. Our 25-year-old daughter is traveling with us. He felt compelled to change our accommodations, but realized we booked through Expedia and that was not possible. We kept the suite and really enjoyed our extra space. Unfortunately, we never got to the roof top pool. Our beef with the Radisson is about the overpriced buffet breakfast for $150 Romanian Lei per person about $40 USD. There was plenty of selection, but only one coffee machine worked at a time. Also, with self-service we felt like we totally overpaid. We then returned to our room to find the head of Housekeeping training her staff and they did not immediately leave. Awkward! Another small confusion is that my returned laundry order was not left in a noticeable place. The Radisson is near Brasov’s historic square, while the room price is fairly reasonable. Do NOT fall for the breakfast buffet!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here. We had a lovely, large room with a balcony. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the hotel is conveniently located (within a 5 minute walk) to old town. The only (very minor) complaint was when I asked the young lady at the bar for 2 wine glasses to bring up to our room, she was extremely rude. She told me we had glasses in our room already. I explained that we had bought a special bottle of wine and would like to drink it out of wine glasses, not bathroom glasses. She got very angry. Would have given higher but: Despite huge cost to stay for the area, the pool was not available the main evening/ night of weekend (Saturday) with no prior notice when booking due to private party booked the terrace/ pool. Also the pool temperature was not pleasant, it was very cold despite hand written sign saying circa 28c.
