We needed somewhere to stay, conveniently positioned, and with facilities that suited a four night stay. The Abba Suites were excellent in most respects. The concierge service was always polite and helpful. The suite itself possessed all necessary conveniences. We were centrally located, a short walk from the Gugenheim and the old town. Supermarkets and bars and restaurants were all close by. We have just two reservations. The drier in our apartment did not work, though the concierge was quick to find a solution. Parking in the vicinity is a headache. We thought we had reserved a parking spot but were informed they were all taken. So we had to juggle with street parking and eventually settled for the public parking-garage nearby ( 29 euros for 24 hours). 0verall, though, we were happy with experience.

My room had bed bugs on the sofa bed. I have a very bad series of bites on my head that are very obviously from bed bugs. They need to sanitize the room I was in and replace the mattress immediately

This apartment was perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was stylish, well designed, and highly functional. It had everything we needed, including a spacious refrigerator, cooking facilities, an iron, and even a washing machine. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, right down to the laundry detergent. The air conditioning was quiet and worked very well. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and functional, with high-quality towels and toiletries. The only minor issue was a slightly unusual smell in the apartment. It was mainly noticeable when first entering the room and wasn’t noticeable otherwise.
