The staff at the property reply quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp to any query.Alessandro and Angelo, were so helpful ,i had an small invasion of ants in my bathroom, this was dealt very quickly with.The area around the jacuzzi is clean and relaxing. My room was bright and airy and air con worked a treat. Good choice at breakfast and Costa very helpful too. The only thing that I would say that the hotel is on a very steep approach so not for people with walking difficulties or small kids,as the descent is equally hard in a hot weather. Recommended 💯

Free Transfer: They offer a private shuttle from Vico train station on arrival and departure days, and even during the stay if you ask. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk otherwise, but the shuttle was super handy. 2. MIMA Restaurant: our evening at hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable. Dinner was a delight—creative, beautifully presented, and so tasty! The staff explained every dish in detail. Plus, the atmosphere was cozy and romantic, with views of the sea and Naples’ lights twinkling across the water. Loved it! 3. Room Service: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and water. It was so nice to come back to a spotless, comfortable room each night. 4. Wonderful Staff: Everyone we met, from reception to the shuttle drivers, was friendly and attentive. A really lovely hotel with exceptional staff who made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The bar, roof terrace and hot tub was lovely with amazing views and there were always sun beds available. A great place to chill and have a drink. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice both hot and cold options. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we preferred to eat in town and the food on the menu was a little more than we want to spend. I don’t have any negatives but that kettles are available on request which we went aware of. Definitely recommend staying here. We stayed a week and walked into town every evening, it’s not too far and there’s a supermarket 5 mins down the road.

Our original plan was to stay at Domo20 for 1 night, my wife and I loved it so much we extended twice to total of 4 nights. The hotel is on the top of a mountain, and has a nice roof top bar. The room is a little small for American standard but very clean and comfortable. We rented a car, it was easy to find a parking space at the hotel, but you need to be extra careful when driving in Italy, roads/streets are much narrower. The front desk staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to give us useful tips on how to get around and they made us felt at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Domo20 for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel with a great view. There’s not much around the hotel and if you go down to the town, the climb back up is pretty steep. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooftop bar is a beautiful view. However, I thought the menu at the restaurant was very limited.

We left after the first night. When we arrived there were stained sheets on the bed. When replaced, the new sheets had stains. The comforter and cover, which were folded on top of the wardrobe, were also stained. “King bed” was two twins pushed together and did not stay together.

Väldigt serviceinriktade, alla var väldigt trevliga och maten i restaurangen otroligt god. Även i restaurangen var servicen väldigt hög. De höll koll på specialkost och tog fram förslag för våra behov. Jättefin utsikt från skybaren. Väger du lite eller gillar mjuka sängar är sängarna kanske lite hårda. Men allt som allt fantastiskt. Vi längtar redan tillbaka.

Our original plan was to stay at Domo20 for 1 night, my wife and I loved it so much we extended twice to total of 4 nights. The hotel is on the top of a mountain, and has a nice roof top bar. The room is a little small for American standard but very clean and comfortable. We rented a car, it was easy to find a parking space at the hotel, but you need to be extra careful when driving in Italy, roads/streets are much narrower. The front desk staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to give us useful tips on how to get around and they made us felt at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to Domo20 for the wonderful stay!

We left after the first night. When we arrived there were stained sheets on the bed. When replaced, the new sheets had stains. The comforter and cover, which were folded on top of the wardrobe, were also stained. “King bed” was two twins pushed together and did not stay together.

The hotel itself is lovely and the staff is committed to providing excellent service. The morning waitstaff by the breakfast station was accommodating and pleasant. Although the breakfast is included in the price, it is nice to leave a small tip for the waitstaff as we found them to be incredibly humble and appreciative. The only negative is the view from the balcony faced a construction zone but this is of no fault of the hotel. The view from the rooftop may have been better but we were always out exploring so we didn't utilize the rooftop. The hotel staff is very hardworking and professional.

The staff at the property reply quickly and efficiently via WhatsApp to any query.Alessandro and Angelo, were so helpful ,i had an small invasion of ants in my bathroom, this was dealt very quickly with.The area around the jacuzzi is clean and relaxing. My room was bright and airy and air con worked a treat. Good choice at breakfast and Costa very helpful too. The only thing that I would say that the hotel is on a very steep approach so not for people with walking difficulties or small kids,as the descent is equally hard in a hot weather. Recommended 💯

It’s only a 10-15 minute walk otherwise, but the shuttle was super handy. 2. MIMA Restaurant: our evening at hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant was unforgettable. Dinner was a delight—creative, beautifully presented, and so tasty! The staff explained every dish in detail. Plus, the atmosphere was cozy and romantic, with views of the sea and Naples’ lights twinkling across the water. Loved it! 3. Room Service: Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and water. Would strongly recommend taking their advice on how to arrive at the hotel by car — google maps will not help. Absolutely loved the hotel and stay. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of tourists and the city. Väldigt serviceinriktade, alla var väldigt trevliga och maten i restaurangen otroligt god. Även i restaurangen var servicen väldigt hög. De höll koll på specialkost och tog fram förslag för våra behov. Jättefin utsikt från skybaren. Väger du lite eller gillar mjuka sängar är sängarna kanske lite hårda. Men allt som allt fantastiskt. Vi längtar redan tillbaka.

A really lovely hotel with exceptional staff who made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The bar, roof terrace and hot tub was lovely with amazing views and there were always sun beds available. A great place to chill and have a drink. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice both hot and cold options. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we preferred to eat in town and the food on the menu was a little more than we want to spend. I don’t have any negatives but that kettles are available on request which we went aware of. Definitely recommend staying here. We stayed a week and walked into town every evening, it’s not too far and there’s a supermarket 5 mins down the road.

My only disappointment was the hot tub that is advertised is not one. It is a pool with no heater and was empty when we arrived, which is frustrating as this is the main reason we chose this hotel. This hotel claims on Expedia as 5 Star but it is no more than 3 stars. Rooms super basic don’t even have trash bin in room. Bathrooms are designed awfully. Expedia should remove it from their website. Poorly hotel. Only good part was rooftop bar that too only bar not even their restaurant, we ate there the day we reached and they didn’t have basic things like onion to put in pasta

Beautiful hotel with a great view. There’s not much around the hotel and if you go down to the town, the climb back up is pretty steep. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooftop bar is a beautiful view. However, I thought the menu at the restaurant was very limited.

The service of personnel was very dissappointing. The walls were very thin and we could hear neighbors snoring, the breakfast had very tiny options. There was a storm and we ended up without electricity for one hour, and without wifi for more than 13 hours. During check out we expressed our disappointment and got 10 euro discount, which really says a lot about this place. It's nice that they have a gym and table tennis table. Also, they were selling their parking for 20euro per night but just outside the hotel we could park for free..

This was a gorgeous hotel with a gorgeous view from the roof. We had a little terrace and there was a beautiful view from there as well. The restaurant was very nice. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the small pool on the roof after hot days of wandering around doing tourists like things. My only suggestion would be that since the hotel is high up on the hill, that they would provide some kind of service when you first arrived to get you up there. We came in on a train and then took the circum vesuviana to the appropriate stop. From there we would have to walk up a pretty steep incline with all of our luggage for about 15 minutes. Obviously the roads are not smooth, more cobblestone like. It was difficult to get a taxi. We called the hotel and they sent a taxi down for us but it cost us 25 euro for a ride that was approximately 5 minutes. It just seems like it would be a nice thing to do to get their visitors from the train station. Otherwise I have no complaints and I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend.
