Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I had mixed feelings about my stay. The location was wonderful. It couldn’t have been better – close to the beach open private and well maintained. The house was nice and quaint and very clean. My only issue was that the property is advertised with air-conditioning. There’s only air-conditioning in the bedrooms and that did not work very well. The rooms really didn’t cool much until late in the evening. There was no air-conditioning in the main living area and kitchen, which made staying in there from about 2 PM to about 8 PM uncomfortable the property and location is beautiful and would’ve been a perfect hand if the AC covered the entire house and worked better.

The home was well stocked and had everything we needed (we cooked almost every meal in the home). Enjoyed walking into to town everyday, enjoyed fishing, hiking and helicopter excursions when we did break away from the beach. Home was very clean and well stocked.

The home has a great layout and very comfortable furniture and amenities. The location is unbeatable! Walk to the town of Hanalei, steps to the beach across the most gorgeous expanse of lawn. You are close to the pier and lifeguard station, but far enough where it feels like a private piece of Kauai Heaven. I highly recommend this property and hope to back!
