The Empyrean Nha Trang

I recently stayed at The Empyrean, a supposedly 5-star hotel in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. Firstly, upon returning to our room after housekeeping had been in, we were shocked to find our hotel room door was open and unlocked. Anyone could have walked in and taken our belongings. To make matters worse, we discovered that the safety box in our room was unlocked and left open after room service had supposedly tidied up. Nothing appeared to be missing, but our things was definitely messed around. We felt violated and insecure during the rest of our stay. Besides that, the website failed to mention the nightly club music that blared from the top floor from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Despite countless complaints to the reception, nothing was done to address the problem. The staff in general were beyond terrible. Slow, unhelpful, and perpetually glum - it was as if they didn't want to be there at all. When we reported the door and safety box incidents, we wasted nearly four hours dealing with unresponsive staff who seemed uninterested in our concerns. Another annoyance is the elevator system. To reach the top-floor pool (which you can only do once a day), you have to descend to the first floor, go to the reception and then ascend all the way to the 40th floor. And when you want to return to your room, the absurdity continues. Also the elevator stops at almost every floor, to pick up more people, so it takes forever.

+ Läget, när man kommer ut från hotell entrén så är man i hjärtat av Nha Trang. Många restauranger och shopping precis intill. + Bra gym + Bra utsikt -När vi kom till hotellrummet låg det ett använt plåster i badrummet. - Det absolut sämsta med detta hotel va hissarna. De va alltid proppfulla när man skulle gå på. När vi skulle checka ut tog det oss ungefär 15 min att komma ner till lobbyn, vissa började till och med att gå nerför trapporna istället… - Kaffemaskinerna på frukosten fungerade inte och när dem funkade va det alltid lång kö. Dem skulle behövt minst 4 st kaffemaskiner pga mycket folk som bor på hotellet. - Frukosten va medelmåttig - Dålig belysning i hotellkorridoren på våning 24

Misleading information in the room description. It tells the rooms are suitable for 4 people, but it only has beds for 2. They could offer us one extra bed (still only bed for 3) but would charge us almost 50% of the room price for one bed even we had already been charged for extra guests. Really disappointed at hotels.com which couldn't solve the problem for us. 1000 rooms and 6 elevators and some out of service. A lot of waiting and stuffed elevators. 2 elevators are reserved for the top floor pool/bar area. The pool area on the top is free for hotel guests, but only until 16:00. Then the pool closes and you have to pay to get up. Never experienced anything like it on any other hotels I've stayed. They have good breakfast and friendly staff, but it's not good enough to make us go back again. Will not recommend more than 2 people in one room, if more find another place

Terrible service, terrible Elevator system - because the Reception is based on the 2nd floor, i waited 12 minutes for the Lift (there are 8 Lifts!!!). But the really desaster is the fraud of "sound proofed" rooms: they are super noisy from outside traffic!

パノラマホテルとエレベーターが一緒なのでタイミングによっては各駅停車ばりに止まることがあり急いでいる時などは少し困りますが、不満はそれくらいでエンピリアンホテルのスタッフはとても可愛くて素敵な人たちでした。快適でした。

由於此洒店房間太多，在等待電梯時須要較長時間，而由於太多房間，跟本上很上樓層都要停下來接客。

Nice location, very clean, close to the ocean. I went during the Tet Holliday, it was so crowded! So it was a challenge to get the elevator to go the 21st floor!

엘리베이터가 어디에서 열리는지 구분할 수 없는것 빼고는 만족합니다.21층이였는데 8개의 엘리베이터 중 어느것이 도착인지 항상 긴장하며 쳐다봐야함. 조식 훌룽함. 수영장 멋짐.

The swimming pool is amazing, well worth the visit but you are only allowed to go to the top pool once a day. The lifts were a bit busy and difficult to get into. Breakfast buffet was disappointing for such a large hotel. One coffee machine meant a long wait for a drink. The fruit juice was very watered down and the choice of fresh fruit was terrible.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich war, hatten wir weder warmes Wasser im Bad noch einen funktionierenden Safe, zudem war der Boden des Zimmers unter den Betten sehr dreckig. Am Dachpool dröhnt Partymusik, zudem darf man nur einmal am Tag hin. Wirklich gut war das Frühstück und die Qualität der Betten. Für das Geld hatten wir weitaus bessere Unterkünfte, wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

1.）酒店洗手間洗手盆邊位有很多螞蟻。 2.）連床頭櫃面都有很多螞蟻。 3.）花灑水壓不夠。 4.）洗衫袋，不可以取走，其他酒店都可以免費，酒店收費45000盾/袋。 5.）沒有禁鐘執房，每天9:00禁鐘嘈醒要執房。 6.）本人住B905，不明白B904長時間打開門，房間滲出異味，好臭。 7.）唯一好處酒店周邊很多小店及便利店。 第一次同朋友到芽莊旅遊，下次不會再入住。

Fint hotell, men veldig upersonlig og ikke så god service fra personale. Skittent rom og gym, og det luktet kloakk på toalettet. Upraktiske heiser som vi må vente lenge på for å komme rundt om på hotellet. Likte godt frokosten og bassenget!

チェックインはスムーズで部屋も清潔で快適だった。

The room had a nice view of the beach. A fair price for a nice room. The first room we tried had many roaches all over the floor so we had to move to a different room. The 2nd room had a toilet that was not clean. We almost moved again but it was too late. The Staff gave us a free late checkout as a result and they were very helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

바닷가뷰로 했는데 너무조용하고 깨끗했어요 수영장도 너무 멋졌구요 다음에도. 또 올꺼에요

Our room was locked on level 37A. It was a strong smell in the room that we couldn’t figure out what it is. We tried to open the window to get some fresh air, but it didn’t help. After 2 days of suffering, we did inform one of the receptionist staff members, his name is Dang, it was a wasted if my time. He promised to provide us some air freshener or move us to another room, and yes, the air freshener never arrived nor we heard or see him again. The worst experience ever. The system of two hotels- Panorama and The Empyrean Nha Trang are very confusing and chaotic. It was not a pleasure stay at all.

Everything was great, the location, service, and amenities. However, the sewer order bothered me a bit.

ニャチャンビーチ沿いのホテルで、景色は最高でした。設備も特に問題無かったと思います。 朝食も種類が多く、問題無かったです。 ただ、2泊3日のうち部屋の掃除が一度も無かった事が残念でした。

Mal abgesehen davon, dass das Personal nicht wirklich freundlich war, hatten wir weder warmes Wasser im Bad noch einen funktionierenden Safe, zudem war der Boden des Zimmers unter den Betten sehr dreckig. Am Dachpool dröhnt Partymusik, zudem darf man nur einmal am Tag hin. Wirklich gut war das Frühstück und die Qualität der Betten. Für das Geld hatten wir weitaus bessere Unterkünfte, wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

Fint och rent hotell med bra läge. Få hissar är aktiva och det är extremt långa väntetider och det finns inga trappor att ta. Hissarna är därför packade. Vi reste med ett annat par som fick ett större rum för samma kostnad, men vi fick ett annat rum när vi påpekade det, så det sköttes bra.

Likes: ocean view from some rooms, 2-3 mins walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants

I wish the room tv unit can be connected to my laptop computer using my Hdmi cable. The tv hdmi port was located out of the reach

Poor management. I stayed at this hotel every year but for the last two years, condition are getting worse and poor services.

Fint och rent hotell med bra läge. Få hissar är aktiva och det är extremt långa väntetider och det finns inga trappor att ta. Hissarna är därför packade. Vi reste med ett annat par som fick ett större rum för samma kostnad, men vi fick ett annat rum när vi påpekade det, så det sköttes bra.

One of the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. Across from the beach and great restaurant in walking distance. The staff was helpful and super friendly.

I like the hotel this is my second time stay there Front desk and belt-person was great … Outside in front of the property not so great it can be little bit more clean up…btw the pool was beautiful but too many people’s smoking that’s not good i guess it’s only in Vietnam

Very well priced with all amenities Breakfast was fantastic catering for all tastes. Across the road from the beach. Definately come back
