Lucky, receptionist was amazing, helpful, kind and considerate, without her we wouldn’t have been able to do the tours we did, would give 10 stars if we could Great location, close to old town by grab, really cheap, accommodation was fantastic, clean, air con was great, pool area well looked after. Breakfast good selection, and beautiful dog to share it with haha

Nice place to stay. Easy walk and cycle to old town. Friendly family who runs the small hotel. Large clean rooms. Lovely relaxing garden and pool. Some noise from everyday Vietnam life but it was nice to stay in a more local area. Tip...great little coffee vendor across the street with 15 dong coffees.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Room was immaculate and large- comfy beds too! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was good too- a short walk to the markets. Free bike use to go to the beach or further around Hoi An. Stay here you won’t regret it!

Situated just over the bridge from the main hub of Hoi A this hotel is the perfect base if you want to escape the hussle and bustle of the centre but still be in walking distance to everything. The room was big and clean, the pool was a great way to cool off after hot days exploring. We had a load of laundry done which was returned quickly and to a high standard. Very helpful friendly staff, always on hand for any questions. I would recommend this hotel.

Garten könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wasser im Bad entweder heiß oder kalt. Würde es wieder buchen.

This place is a gem! My favorite place I stayed in Vietnam. I spent 10 days at The Muse House as a solo traveler. The hotel is a lovely calm oasis, the pool and all the rooms are very clean, and breakfast every day was cooked to order fresh and delicious. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, they took such good care of me during my stay and helped me with anything I needed. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I felt like I could really relax and leave everything to them. If you're hesitating to book this place, just do it, you won't regret it! I will definitely return here next time I'm in Hoi An.

Our stay at Muse House was beyond perfect. Lucky, the host, was so welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Upon arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a great recommendation for a local tailor which made high quality clothes. Our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you for making our time so memorable in Hoi An!

口コミを見てこちらのホテルに決めました。 家族経営で12部屋しか無い小さなビラでしたがお部屋も大きく、掃除も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました。 ビラの雰囲気がとっても素敵で、毎朝小鳥の囀りで目が覚めとっても気持ち良い1日のスタートを送る事が出来ました。ホイアンの旧市街迄徒歩で10分ちょっと、良いお散歩になりましたが、自電車無料貸し出しもありました。とにかくベトナムはタクシーがお安いのでタクシー移動も簡単です。 朝食はオーダー方式でフォーやミークオンの麺もありました。フルーツをオーダーしたら盛り合わせを持って来てくれます。 お値段も安く、こんなに満足の宿は久しぶりです。次回は娘と又宿泊したいと思います。 The Muse Houseの皆さま、ホスピタリティのサービス本当にありがとうございました🙏 The Muse House have nice atmosphere. It's a beautiful place and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It is on a very busy road, and unfortunately our room faced the noisy street. So it was not quiet at all. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but not too far. The there are many restaurants nearby to cĥoose from.

We spent 3 nights here and I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was enormous, as was the bed, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and a nice pool area. Our room was set back off the street so we could not hear the street traffic. Great place to stay.

On faisait tout pour satisfaire nos besoins. La propriétaire et ses employés étaient aux petits soins pour nous. Ont trouvé rapidement quelqu’un pour traiter un problème de santé. De plus ont fait venir un ouvrier en fin de soirée pour réparer l’air climatisé afin de nous permettre de bien dormir. Hoa est une jeune employée très à l’écoute de nos demandes et a organisé notre transport vers Hué entrecoupé d’excursions.

This place is a gem! My favorite place I stayed in Vietnam. I spent 10 days at The Muse House as a solo traveler. The hotel is a lovely calm oasis, the pool and all the rooms are very clean, and breakfast every day was cooked to order fresh and delicious. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, they took such good care of me during my stay and helped me with anything I needed. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I felt like I could really relax and leave everything to them. If you're hesitating to book this place, just do it, you won't regret it! I will definitely return here next time I'm in Hoi An.

Our stay at Muse House was beyond perfect. Lucky, the host, was so welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Upon arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a great recommendation for a local tailor which made high quality clothes. Lucky, receptionist was amazing, helpful, kind and considerate, without her we wouldn’t have been able to do the tours we did, would give 10 stars if we could Great location, close to old town by grab, really cheap, accommodation was fantastic, clean, air con was great, pool area well looked after. Beautiful gardens and pool. Room was immaculate and large- comfy beds too! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Location was good too- a short walk to the markets. Free bike use to go to the beach or further around Hoi An. Stay here you won’t regret it!

My husband and I had a fabulous stay here at the Muse House. Great value, friendly staff who go above and beyond and make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is a 10 min walk to the old town making it more affordable than others. Walking at night back to the hotel also felt safe. Thanks for an incredible 4x night stay, we will be back

It's a beautiful place and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. It is on a very busy road, and unfortunately our room faced the noisy street. So it was not quiet at all. It's a bit of a walk to old town, but not too far. The there are many restaurants nearby to cĥoose from.

We loved our stay at the Muse house and would not hesitate to go back. Excellent communication from Hoa at reception too. This is a family hotel and has that feel to it. It is a short walk into the old town , around 15 mins . Breakfast is enough and good although for some it might be limited if you compare to a big hotel , however it was easily enough for us and at a 5 star big hotel , but then it is possible you might pay just breakfast at a 5 star hotel what it costs to stay at the Muse including breakfast . Overall the Muse house represents great value for money, it is clean , rooms and bathrooms are a good size , its in a good location , staff are nice and the price is right . What is there not to like ??

Schickes kleines Hotel etwas außerhalb der Altstadt. Vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis Oldtown. Gutes Frühstück a la Cart. Kaffee schmeckt. Freundliches Personal. Schöner Pool, sauber. Garten könnte etwas mehr Liebe vertragen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wasser im Bad entweder heiß oder kalt. Würde es wieder buchen.

Every afternoon the owners' children and their friends would take over the pool, screaming, running wild and making a lot of noise, effectively preventing guests from using the pool. We stayed at The Muse House for 15 nights. It was fantastic! The family and staff were super friendly. The full breakfast was delicious! Very quiet spot, nice pool and sitting area. Rooms are very spacious. The only sounds at night are the occasional dog barking and the roosters. The Muse House is about a 15 minute walk to the main centre of Hoi An. Highly recommend!!!
