Had a great stay withy family. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful and polite from front desk to housekeeping. Connecting bridge to to Gardens, Megamall and KLEC made shopping, F&Bs easy.

Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are clean and big. The hotels.com dining voucher for gold member is a werid offer as it limits to soft drinks only. If you don’t wanna offer people things, just don’t. Why create so many limitations ?
