The staff was good and the room was good for the price, but . . . the showerhead leaked, the refrigerator was not very cold even at the coldest setting; the connecting door to the room next door allowed noise to enter easily; the hallways had a dirty appearance with smudges on the walls and chipped paint; the signs in the elevators telling building tenants to pay on time did not make a good impression.

The room had bugs and 2 days in a row I took at least 2 down to the front desk that I had killed. The response was ‘do you want to check out’? Extra blanket , extra cost. Breakfast was cold. Cold rice, cold noodles, cold chicken . The toast was at least warm. No towels for the pool- use your shower ones and call housekeeping but do not go in the elevator with wet clothes. Would not stay again

Food breafast not that nice... Bed ok..ok lah... 1st time i counter that some one knock at my door abiut 3am...but i dont open the door when i see through the hold door is a india men...he knock about 20 to 25 mins n& it very loud..my mistake is i didnt call the security...coz im very scare & nervous...

Good property and about a 25 min walk to petronas twin towers. The property definitely needs a major upgrade however. The electronics are outdated and the beds are really firm. Overall good place to just come back from excursions and rest. WiFi is suitable enough for streaming
