Great location. The restaurant is excellent, great service, great food. The only problem is that I was assigned a room on the the 6th floor and the elevator only serves floors one to five, no service to floor 6. I did not like to have to carry my suitcase one full flight of stairs and back.

We spent 3 nights at Savoy Boutique Hotel at the beginning of June 2024. The hotel is hosted in an Art Deco Building which keeps some af the period features giving an overall pleasant atmosphere. The location couldn't be more perfect to explore the compact, but lovely Tallinn historic center with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as convenient public transport. We stayed in a Suite which was spacious, airy and very comfortable, with all the amenities fir a pleasant stay: coffee machine, kettle, bath amenities, etc. Modern bathroom with huge jacuzzi! An area for improvement which could be addressed for a more pleasant stay is definitely breakfast. It is in fact quite basic and doesn't offer many local products, which resultts in a rather plain experience. Staff are all nice and professional. We also liked the water cooler guests can use free of charge in the lobby, a thoughtful idea both convenient and environmentally friendly. In all a good hotel definitely recommended for visiting this small Baltic capital @

Hotellet ligger midt i den gamle bydel. En smule trafikstøj - men det er virkelig nemt at blive hentet f.eks. af en taxa - eller at gå direkte ud til restauranter og butikker. Hotellet har en bar, men den blev stort set ikke benyttet, da man ikke kunne se udefra gaden, at den var åben. Derfor sad den søde, unge mand bare og ventede på kunder … lidt synd. Vi sad nede i foyeren og fik kølige drinks og spillede kort. Et lidt Old-School hotel - med lidt kikset indretning - lidt out-dated, der var virkelig pænt og rent og gjort noget ud af det på vores værelse. Selvom det var gammelt. Gulvtæppe og skodder for vinduerne. Meget hyggeligt.

The breakfast was very good, if expensive. I have two gripes. The bar was closed for renovations but we were not allowed to bring our own alcohol into the room. This limited the choice to what they offered in the fridge. Second, there was no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby. All there was was instant coffee.

Beautiful, convenient area. Very nice bar with excellent bartenders, very nice staff overall actually. My downsides was that the hallway in the upper floor smelled moldy at times, like wet clothes that didn’t dry properly and I wasn’t able to turn the light off near the door way because the keycard turned it on as well as the electricity but I needed the electricity on to charge my devices overnight. Either way, can’t beat the price when it came to beauty and convenience.

フェリーで着いて港からBOLTで呼んだ車が旧市街の端っこなのでホテルの目の前まで入れてとても便利でした。朝食も品数は少なめなものの、高品質でおいしかったです。２日目のお掃除の後、大中小のタオルがきちんと補充されていなかったので、ハウスキーパーさんに頼むと、面倒くさそうに一枚だけ渡されて済まされてしまいました。ヨーロッパのホテルらしいホテルで雰囲気は気に入りましたし、全体的にはそこそこ満足です。

直前にホテルを予約したのですが、大正解でした。旧市街の入口にあり展望台へも静かな道を通っていけます。建物は歴史ある感じですが、中の水回りやシャワー、バスタブが新しく清潔です。湯沸かしポットもあり、どのスタッフも親切な対応です朝食がとても美味しかったし、無くなるとすぐ補充してました。ただ混む時間帯だと満席になるのでちょっと早めに行くのが正解です。週末はCAVAも置いてました

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Das ist aber auch das einzig positive. Es ist fraglich wo die 5* Bewertung her kommt. Das Zimmer war dreckig, hatten einen abgerissenen Fingernagel neben dem Bett. Möbel waren alt es war ein komischen Geruch überall. Hellhörig, man hörte die Nachbarn von oben. Man fühlte sich einfach nicht wohl, zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht.

Чистый, уютный номер с приятным освещением. Очень любезные работники на ресепшене. К лифту ведет несколько ступенек, с тяжелым чемоданом это непросто, но мне любезно помогли. ほぼ旧市街の立地でありながら、最寄りのバスやトラムからもキャリーケースを引きながら簡単にアクセスできて完璧でした。朝9時ころに着いたのですが、割安な追加料金ですぐにお部屋を使えたので良かったです。寒暖差が激しい時期だったのですが、おかげでお昼ごろに着替えに戻れました。一番安いカテゴリーの部屋でしたが、一人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。バスルームが広々としていて、清潔感に溢れていました。ただシャワーブースの床が仕切られていなくて、シャワーを浴びると水が流れ出ていくので、多少の工夫(私はあらかじめビーサンを用意していた)が必要です。朝食は厳選した品を少なくなのか、美味しいけれども長期滞在だと飽きるかもしれません。金、土の2日間朝ごはんを食べましたが、土曜日はスモークサーモンがない代わりにスパークリングワインがありました。ブリヌイ風のクレープが美味しかったです。金曜の夜は、周辺のバーの大音量の音楽と大勢の大声嬌声歌い声…深夜2時過ぎまでうるさかった！それだけが残念でした。

I don't enjoy when I take a shower and the water level goes beyond covering my feet. The sink had the same issue. Don't expect the a/c to be super cold. I feel that when a guest books on Expedia, we are getting an inferior room and/or get shafted on the room location (i.e. right by the elevator).

Savoy Boutique Hotel has an excellent location in Old Town Tallinn. The hotell is however not very good. Staff is not particularly friendly, the breakfast is not worth the money (very limited selection) and the beds are VERY VERY HARD. Depending on which way your room is facing you might also experience quite a bit of noice from outside.

Online checkin is atrocious and they should not be allowed to say it is quicker. It may dave the hotel time butnit doesn't save the guest any time just costs you more You still need to check in again and show passport and sign ay hotel. Crazy!!!

We were greeted by the most wonderful staff member Azra who went out of her way to give us so many helpful suggestions, and pieces of information! She absolutely went above and beyond! The room itself was spacious and so comfortable with the best bathroom and bathtub ever! Breakfast was very nice as well, and the location is ideal! They gave us umbrellas too in case of rain! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The hotel is very nice and the welcome we received at check in was very friendly. We were even offered a glass of Prosecco on our arrival which was a very nice gesture. The location of the hotel is perfectly placed to walk all over the city and very close to the beautiful old town. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the beautiful sunshine was on the bedroom the whole afternoon and the room was like a sauna. The first night we tried to sleep with the windows open but the noise and partying from the street below (we were on the 5th floor and it was a Friday) was too loud for that. We tried to switch on the a/c but it did not seem to blow cold air. The 2nd night, we left the windows open when we went to dinner and until we went to bed and that helped to cool the room so that we could sleep. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment about that.

This was a good choice. The old town isn’t huge, so being based there meant that all of the sights were walkable. The room was big enough and the bathroom good. We didn’t hear any outside noise once we were in the room. The double bed was two mattresses with a duvet each, which was a little unusual but it worked. We were there for three nights and didn’t bother getting the room cleaned. Breakfast was expensive, so we ate at a couple of the local cafes instead.

Outstanding location just inside the old town, but only 2 blocks from a modern shopping center and 1 block from the opera, orchestra etc. Nice room with 2 chairs TV etc. Breakfast was good, but missing sausage, omelets, and American style bacon. Breakfast attendant was wonderful, keeping everything current.

Äldre standard på rum men rent. Frukosten var kaosartad. OK utbud men trångt och för få sittplatser, vi blev hänvisade att sitta och äta vår frukost vid små bord i receptionen. Personalen hann inte fylla på och mycket var slut/tomma fat och då hade det bara gått en timme på frukosten av totalt tre.
