Well Located, clean, convenient with friendly staff. We stayed for a weekend and its walking distance to town and many brunch/bar/eating places. Very reasonably priced. Local to bus and tram stops. They have a luggage store too if u need to store your luggage after checkout. Would definately recommend.

Good: great location. Bad: Hotel without laundry service or a coin washing machines... Room can be noisy if facing the road with the tramway. Room doesn't have any privacy curtains that let light in. So you're either exposed or in the dark... Queen bed doesn't get a queen bed blanket but instead two single bed blankets...

Very nice stay at Motel One. It has a convenient location near the city centre and the European quarter. The hotel bar was lively and the service was good. Room was very clean, comfortable beds and overall the room met expectations. Will stay again.

My room’s floor was not clean, you could see they didn’t vacuum since some contact lenses where on the floor. They don’t put a bed sheet between you and de comforter, which is disgusting, they have a bar, but with no food options, just some chips and terrible couple of sandwiches. The bathroom was spacious enough and clean, the staff super friendly, but that is not enough

Hotel in Ordnung, Checkin war nicht so gut. Lange Schlange. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist dann wohl in die Pause gegangen und eine andere Mitarbeiterin musste den Checkin machen. Zimmer klein, aber komfortabel. Sauber und ruhig.

Great location and feels pretty safe staying here. A few minutes walk to the major points of interest. The room is clean and modern, the breakfast is excellent. The room is tight and you won’t be able to open your large luggage, that’s the only downside to me.

Good location as it’s right In the heart of the city centre and it was close enough to the central station. The rooms are clean and modern. We had a window that could open up to get some fresh air facing the street so that was nice. There was one night where there was a rave party nearby and the rooms and windows were soundproof enough that we fell asleep just fine. The only thing is that they should offer guests some complimentary coffee or tea as this is not a cheap hotel to stay at and there are no coffee machines or kettles inside the room.

We loved the position of this hotel it was within walking distance and the tram was right outside. Your also close to the "Parc" underground station. Rooms are small though and no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. There is no wardrobe in the room which was a little difficult as we were there 6 days. There were shelves and a pole with 3 coat hangers against the wall. Over all hotel was great and we would return again.

Is a nice enuf hotel, but the hotel is on a main street with a tram that goes by every few minutes from about 6AM to about midnight or 1AM. This made the room loud and so made it difficult to sleep.

The staff was great, room comfortable, walking distance to great food, shops and sights. We came while having cold weather and room was just too warm! Had a nice window but didn’t give enough air. Looked like there was a thermostat but maybe turned off.

When I checked in, there was an old man at the counter. He was so rude. I will never return again even if they offer free room. Worst experience.The location is not very close to the central station, but is within walking distance.

I flew in from the US in the morning and went to the hotel 3 hrs before checkin time. The staff was super efficient in getting me the first available room from housekeeping. And I was able to refresh before going on to the walking tour of Brussels. Bar staff is super nice too, drinks variety excellent. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. My flight arrived early so I made it to the hotel at 1015. Check in is listed at 1500. I just wanted to ask if I could drop off my bag so I could explore. I was allowed early check in. This instantly set the tone for my visit. Would recommend and definitely book again.

The general manager of this hotel is just excellent. I needed a cup of coffee in the morning and he made it in like two seconds and we had an enjoyable conversation. I love it when the boss of the entire hotel is so hands on.

all in all the stay was good. good proximity to the city center, short distances to the city center, plenty of parking spaces nearby. When we checked in, we agreed, for the sake of the environment, to clean the room every two days. Unfortunately there wasn't any cleaning in the 5 days. We had to go to reception specifically for toilet paper.

An ok budget hotel. The location was handy for central station, park and cathedral. The hotel was clean and the rooms were fine for sleeping in but too small to move around in. The staff were friendly but the the hotel seemed under staffed for such a busy weekend period, resulting in frequent queues. Overall just ok.

Hartelijke ontvangst. Mooie en heel nette kamer. Ruim ontbijt. Vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam personeel. Ligging is ook optimaal. Op wandelafstand van het Centraal station en ook het centrum van Brussel is vlot bereikbaar te voet. Als we Brussel aandoen heb ik nu een vast adres. Een absolute aanrader.

Friendly staff, good location, close to Brussels Centraal and about thirty minutes walk from Brussels Midi. Location was within walking distance of the main attractions. Room was small, however it was clean and had good quality mattress and bedding. There’s a Carrefour express nearby and some cafes. We didn’t go for hotel breakfast.

Das Zimmer was groß und geräumig! Es war auch sehr ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Personal waren freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut aber nicht herausragend. Eine größere Auswahl an warmen Speisen wäre schon gewesen, es gab nur gekochte Eier und außerdem kalten Aufschnitt, Brot usw.

Perfect location. Clean and tidy hotel. Parking close by. I would not pay for breakfast included as you get 3 choices of ham/salami, boiled eggs, cheese and bread. Better option is to walk 10min to center and enjoy breakfast there for less amount better choice

Great stay! Lovely, clean and spacious hotel. However the housekeeping took my keycard from the electricity so make sure to hide or will need to inconveniently replace. The breakfast was just sad. too expensive for 16€. Just some Lidl instant snacks, some cheeses. THE ONLY warm thing was eggs. THATS IT. Some frozen pastries that they quickly popped in the oven and coffee. Completely abyssal. Maybe it’s just the bland potato/bread cuisine that Dutch, Belgian, German people are known for. But if you have any sense of taste and want a proper breakfast, do NOT order the breakfast.

Joli hôtel proche de la grand place chambre correcte. Espace lobby sympa. Peut être améliorer petit déjeuner. Pas de yaourt pas de fromage style camembert…jus de fruit limité à pomme et orange. Sinon très bien
