Don’t know the reason, but, everyone we saw had rooms on 3rd and 4th floors with no elevator to use because broken…. Front desk did say we could get full refund if we didn’t like walking the stairs. Check In was a person at the front desk, check out was a person on computer screen with person at front desk too. Breakfast was decent with boiled eggs instead of scrambled with sausage links and biscuits and gravy. There was cereal, yogurt, and waffles too… of course orange juice and coffee. We were comfortable and satisfied..! Except for the elevator, but, we needed the exercise!

We picked this location due to them having a Tesla destination charger. When we arrived it wasn’t working staff refused to help. They didn’t seem like they even cared !! I will not be back here period !! Don’t stay here if you’re expecting to charge your ev as both chargers were down.

The reason I picked this hotel was because it had a Tesla charger.All I had to do was drive up and plug it in. The next morning when I left, I had a full charge which is very nice because there aren’t any tesla chargers in Paducah. The people at the hotel was very helpful and pleasant. There were stains all over the carpet in the bedrooms and in the hallway. We saw Pet poop from time to time the breakfast area had ants, and even though they advertise that they serve waffles they have been out of waffle mix for over three weeks the pool area the walls are all peeling. The curtains in the bedroom were falling down and had a big gob of something stuck to them. The only good thing about this property was the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were decent.

We had our two small dogs with us (under 10 lbs). UPON ENTERING THE ROOM IT WAS IMMEDIATELY KNOWN THAT THERE WAS DOG URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR. When I tried to clean a few of the pots I saw, the towel was not only coming up with yellow (pet urine) but also dirt, as the towel was almost black. The floor was filthy.

I made my reservation on line. We checked in, the room they gave us was dirty and the bed was unmade. They moved us to the 2nd room which also was not cleaned. They ended up moving us a 3rd time before we had a clean room. No discounts offered for our inconvenience of having to move out stuff 3 times.

Overall the staff checking in were super kind. The area was very quiet. The room was quite clean minus a few questionable spots in the shower area. Pers are welcome to stay here as well (we did not have any) and the elevators seemed to have urine in them in the morning. Staff more than glad to clean them up when told, just not pleasant when riding them until they do. I guess that I always assumed that most hotels keep the pet friendly rooms close to the exit doors but apparently that is not the case.

Great experience all around. Would definitely stay here again. Train tracks are right behind it. I was concerned about that. The staff assured us that it runs twice a day. Never during the night. They were correct. When the train came through, you could hardly hear it.

WiFi signal was VERY weak, despite few guests in the hotel that night. Mattresses were worn out and uncomfortable. Breakfast area was clean and modern looking, but the food choices were very limited. The card listing TV channels had no relation to the actual channels on the TV. Price was good, so it was an okay value. Rooms were clean.

Check-in took 20 minutes as he parlayed a cash transaction with a customer who had no credit card. and front desk operator was beyond pathetic. He honestly had no idea what he was doing and we were forced to cancel the stay as he was confrontational, rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Checkin was terrible. Arrived at 2:30, 30 minutes prior to check in time. Room not ready. Desk clerk could not give me a time. At 3, she said again it wasn’t ready. I asked when, she didn’t know, housekeeping was not her department. I asked if she could check, she said after she checked in the 7 people behind me. Another desk person arrived and took care of it immediately. I suspect my room was an upgrade. Just a little kindness would have gone a long way

The gentleman running the front desk on Friday 11/21 was incredibly helpful. My daughter didn't feel well and he helped me get some tea bags and honey to make her hot tea. This was later in the evening. My family is so appreciative of him. I wish I had thought to take his name down. We plan to stay at this hotel again next Friday on our way back home. We will be using this as our new halfway point to stay at when going back to Missouri and it was because of this gentleman and also how clean everything was. Thank you!

The room was satisfactory. We had two queen beds. One mattress was is need of replacing. The shower was good but the shower curtain had a bad mildew stink. Housekeeping not paying attention to basics caused us to smell the bad aroma. Lastly the breakfast was not that good. Sausage was really bad. Eggs were good though. I made an egg sandwich.
