No parking available on property and no space to park even check in or check out time, roads are busy and congested with terrible traffic. NO FREE PARKING and Paid parking is not available near by. It was terrible. If you depend on a taxi service it’s a nice place to stay.

Bathroom had a mildew smell when I entered the room it was the shower curtain that had mold on it the shower drain was slightly clogged the water was not going down the drain properly. The room has a lot of old wood out dated furniture. There was free continental breakfast available. The staff was friendly overall.

Excellent service, simple but enjoyable breakfast (if you enjoy congee and traditional Chinese breakfasts. Guests looking for a traditional continental american breakfast should look elsewhere). Room was clean, staff was excellent. Shower curtain smelled like it hadn't dried correctly. Would stay here again!

I have stayed here in the past and this place has gone so far down hill. The biggest issue I had here was on the third night cockroaches started appearing. The carpets are severely stained, moulding and trim on furniture and walls falling off. The wallpaper is peeling away. Water stains all over the furniture. The front desk personnel are extremely friendly and nice but house keeping didn't come once during our stay until after we checked out.

This hotel is definitely disgusting and need to be updated. Beds were like sleeping on concrete floors, heat kept shutting off and room was freezing at night, safety door latch was broken, shower was like warm at best. Furniture was all beat up and terrible. The smell was gross and they tried to hide the smell with a glade plug in. Wallpaper peeling with black mold growing inside. Booked 3 nights could only stay one. Had to go to another hotel.

Close to eating place and walking distance to subway station. We booked a room for four adults with two double beds. The double bed is too small to sleep two adults. Property is old and need a lot of fixes. Property also located in a busy street with construction work beside the hotel. Noisy.

It was good. The rooms were ckean and beds were comfortable. They definitely need to upgrade the televisions as they only offer limited cable channels and no access to netflix etc.. The room AC can also be upgraded as they are noisy and don't cool much. Communication with staff can be a challenge as to the language barrier. Not all staff speak fluent english. The sute says daily housekeeping yet we stayed there five nights with same towels and ran out of toilet paper that we had to request at front desk. The breakfast included was also limited and more asian flair. It wasn't a bad stay but for the nightly charge they could do much better.

The staff was friendly and accomidating of my requests. The location was convenient walking distance from the 7 train and LIRR. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The furniture was old though and there wasn't a dresser to put my clothes into.

Pretty convenient location relative to La Guardia airport and public transportation. TV in my room was not working. Internet cut in and out so much that I was not able to use it. views of the Manhattan skyline from room 1004 were very nice. Good breakfast.

the walls were not sound proof at all. heard everything going on from across the hall and the floor above. the door also had a small gap so anyone can peep in and the manual lock on the door was loose so it did not work. other than that, the general room was okay. it smelled heavily of indian food and smoke.

We had a very nice clean room with an amazing view of the manhattan skyline. The staff was friendly. The location is great. There are so many great restaurants nearby and the Tangram Mall is a block away.

When we checked in, the person at the front desk was unable to check us in due to some inability on his end to receive payment from Expedia. There was another guest who used Expedia experiencing the same problem. He asked us to cancel our reservation, which we couldn’t do and said we had to figure it out with Expedia since he couldn’t get the money. It was after midnight, my wife and two kids were sitting - then lying - on the couches in the lobby as it took an hour to sort things out via text messages and phone calls with Expedia. Eventually it boiled down to him entering a different code and some issue with tax. I would have happily paid the tax right off the jump to get my family in a room, I was so frustrated. The lack of customer service was surprising and really upsetting.

As we walked in, Emma, Zhu Zhu, and Diane were very accommodating to me and my daughter after a long day of traveling. Diane had gave us suggestions of food around the area and things to do. Our room was spacious, but the AC was making a lot of noises yet it put my daughter asleep. Checking out was a breeze. We had a few hours until our flight so Emma had kept our luggage for us. When we came back, Emma had given our luggage and thank us for staying with them and welcoming us back for our future trip.

Staff were always polite, professional, helpful and greeted us no matter the time-even the general manager was just as kind. Breakfast is more Asian-inspired (fried rice, rice porridge) but they also have eggs, sausage, and cereal. No parking on-site, but paid options are nearby. Rooms are a little outdated but very clean and comfortable.Internet access is available-it’s not great but not bad either. Lots of food choices and a mall close by, this is basically Chinatown, so expect mostly Asian food. Close to the subway, Citi Field, and only 20 minutes to UBS Arena. I would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is top-notch, very close to LG airport, the subway station and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. I find the hotel as really super clean and the hotel staff are all friendly. As a senior couple, we requested for a lower level room and the guy at the reception accommodated our request. The only downside was that the room assigned to us was a smoker's-room and the smell was just really strong. Over-all, I would recommend the hotel and we will surely book for our future trips.

Beautiful! Fit our needs perfectly. Attended the U.S. Open tennis tournament and the room was very close to the event and had a great 3 night stay. Botanical gardens are close too.

The property is a short walk away from the nearest Line 7 subway station which can be used to access most of the key destinations in NYC. The hotel is located in a Chinese neighbourhood with lot of Chinese shops and restaurants all around. The twin room on 6th floor was spacious with a large window offering city view and a spacious en-suite bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The inclusive breakfast was delicious.

Manhattan is too expensive (don't forget taxes and fees). Happy with my stay here. This is pretty close to LaGuardia, easy walk to the subway and LIRR, and a bonus for me... in the New Chinatown. Breakfast buffet is mixed American/Chinese. Staff is bilingual. Guests are international... it's New York!

Clean and great place to sleep when in Queens for the night! Flushing was really cool; incredible food all over right by the hotel. Easy to get to on the subway, 5 min lyft to the airport in the morning!

The breakfast bar had sour milk, and coffee was usually old. The hot water took, no exaggeration 3 to 4 minutes to get warm both in the sink and the shower.

There is no parking by the time you go to get breakfast the breakfast is done. There’s nothing much there and they are not replenishing it in time and customers is complaining. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 by the time you get there at 8 o’clock breakfast is almost done everybody eat, and they do not replenish the breakfast in a timely manner and they give you the same thing over and over
