The room was ok. The elevator was out of order for the length of our stay. We had to carry our 50lb bag up 3 flights of stairs. Parking was extremely limited our first night; not helped by a large number of spaces being taken by multiple huge storage containers. Our room was clean but little effort was made even with a tip. We were there for a family funeral and all we wanted was simple place to stay without any issues. This location didn’t quite meet that goal for our brief two night stay.

Parking was difficult as the hotel had large storage containers taking up a great many parking spaces, yet the hotel did not adjust their room rental accordingly, this made for customer difficulty in parking when coming back from dinner late. Placing revenue over customer satisfaction is not always the best choice.

Staff were courteous, and the room was large for two queen beds. It was in a good location, just a quarter of a mile away from I-95 and a mile away from a bunch of stores. However, they didn't replace the toilet paper (at all) after room service, so we had to ask for it a couple of times and had to go at the front desk to get it. They didn't replace the same number of towels after the room service either. The pool was also inaccessible, even though the front desk manager said it was open. I tried to open it with all my force, but couldn't open the pool gate. Yes, I could've broken the pool gate, but I don't want to do that, of course. The breakfast was meh. I barely eat anything; all I eat are scrambled eggs and sausages. Holiday Inn is my first choice wherever I go, but this one wasn't up to the level I am used to.

The pool had one functioning chair at a 62 room property. Washers required coins and front desk had none to make change. Shampoo dispenser didn't work, ironing board didn't stay up. Glad I was there only 1 night but wished I stayed elsewhere.

We stayed there as we had stayed several times before. Did not feel real safe this time. Looked like there were people outside sitting around the building. And the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. People were not very happy that the elevators did not work until Monday. We were there on Saturday. Will not stay again.

Stayed at holidays for years and only once had a similar issue. Roaches it wasn’t many but enough to make you uncomfortable I usually don’t post reviews limited time, but I must say this was horrible, I booked this hotel for me and my workers and their room had about 6 small roaches running around the walls ceilings and floors I had to see it to believe it. I would not recommend I was fooled by the 8point review score. Most of all sadly property manager told my workers to remove their bad review or he will not refund. Lucky being a gold member for years and proof of what happened Expedia gave us back a full refund at their cost since hotel refused to refund I’ll make sure all my friends knows to stay away from this place!

I can get past the outdated hotel rooms but not overlook the cleanliness of a room. The bathroom shower had hair and dirty scum. I ended up asking the front desk to give me disinfectant and clean the bathroom myself. A sofa in the room had stains all over that we didn’t even dare to sit on. We were there for 3 days only and only needed a place to sleep and do some light work during the day as we were there to visit family. We ended up changing a few towels because there were cleaned but also stained. The beds did have clean sheets. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I wish I could give a better rating especially since the gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly. However, as we were settling in we found bedbugs crawling in the bed as we pulled the sheets back. We mentioned our concerns to David at the front desk and he seemed generally concerned for us. He did offer to switch us into another room but I did not want to take any chances in taking these home and getting more bites. We ended up leaving the hotel and going through hotel.com to get our money back.

Woke up too early didn’t have any breakfast. But started my day in there. I had to change my room twice because the first room. The AC was out of order the second room. The door was locked so they had to put me in another room and I had to wait for it.

While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, several issues during my stay fell below IHG standards. The room had a loud AC, lukewarm shower water that never got hot, a broken soap/shampoo dispenser left on the shower floor, and a loose fridge seal. A small roach was also seen near the microwave, and housekeeping failed to replace the shower mat on Saturday. Breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to start early, on Saturday only eggs were ready by 7:30 a.m., and the juice machine wasn’t working. In contrast, Sunday’s breakfast was fully stocked, showing Saturday’s limited options were not typical. I booked this hotel so my son could rest well and have a full breakfast before his sports tournament, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and breakfast service failure made for a poor experience. I have photos and a video of the issues and respectfully will be requesting a refund for this stay.

Stayed 4 nights but was “greeted” at check in by a rude young woman. By way of comparson, when I checked out 4 days later, the young man who helped me was cheerful and very helpful. But after checkng in I went to my room only to find out that 4 lights were out! In fact, only the light switch that operated the hall light when you first enter the room worked. I called down to request a different room and the bi*** was rude again and then told me that shed take care of t and then hung up! Also, the pancake machine broke down on my second morning and never got fixed; knd of sucked b/c I looked forward to pancakes in the morning there.

I called the front desk to report the finding. The manager came then moved us to room 331. Room 331 was worst ... the door also doesn't lock, and no dead bolt. So we had to move back to room 222 even though the door was not secured. And the TV did not work during the entire stay.

We arrived at 1:40 and when we said we were there to check in the incredibly rude front desk clerk pointed to a sign on the wall saying that check in was 3 pm and has she has already advised the other 2 couples sitting in the lobby she can’t check anyone earlier than 2pm. So many ways you could share that message without being so incredibly rude. Same clerk there at check out and was equally as rude when we checked out. Guess hospitality is just not her thing.

I had stayed at this hotel before and had no issues. I chose the option to pay the hotel directly on day of check-in both times first time there was no issue. Everything went great. The next time the morning of check in before I ever got there, they charged my card. My boyfriend was the one staying there with his father and he was going to pay once he checked in, so he had the cash with him. So therefore, I had to wait five days for a refund of my money which was never supposed to be charged to me from the get-go. I called the hotel as soon as I saw that my card was charged and spoke with them and they said that terms had changed, and it was in the terms and condition. I looked on terms and conditions, and it was nowhere stated. The guest services was very unprofessional and rude, so will not stay there again.

The customer service couldn't have been worse by the early morning front desk person and the guy who was preparing breakfast. Four people were trying to get something to eat coffee whatever before the 7:00 hour. And they were just horrible to us. It would not have hurt them at all to be a little more courteous and it put the cereal out early it was sitting 4 ft from the door. I had a meeting at 7:00 had to get out of there beforehand. I will be back in this area for similar meetings in the future and do you think I'll be staying here?

We came into town for a concert and to see some family. We got in super later after our car was damaged in the parking lot of the concert and no one stuck around or left info. To say it was a rough night is an understatement. Tara at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful and made sure me, my significant other and our 4 children were well taken care of and could get a a good night sleep comfortably. We are extremely grateful for her kindness.

The property is convenient to interstate. Clean, nice room. I would definitely stay here again. They also had an area for me to print something I needed to have a copy of. We were very pleased. We were looking for a nice room in a safe area to stay as we traveled through.

Staff were courteous, and the room was large for two queen beds. It was in a good location, just a quarter of a mile away from I-95 and a mile away from a bunch of stores. However, they didn't replace the toilet paper (at all) after room service, so we had to ask for it a couple of times and had to go at the front desk to get it. They didn't replace the same number of towels after the room service either. The pool was also inaccessible, even though the front desk manager said it was open. I tried to open it with all my force, but couldn't open the pool gate. Yes, I could've broken the pool gate, but I don't want to do that, of course. The breakfast was meh. I barely eat anything; all I eat are scrambled eggs and sausages. Holiday Inn is my first choice wherever I go, but this one wasn't up to the level I am used to.

It’s a lovely place. I love the room, and the staff is fantastic, everything feels really nice here. My only issue is the location… it’s right off a very busy highway. While noise isn’t a problem, it’s not the most convenient spot for quick trips to grab food or visit the mall.

The welcome was dismal...no smile, cold response and ingnored question 'how are you tonight'. The free breakfast was disgusting. I went down to the lobby at 6:30 and the eggs looked runny, the bacon looked burnt and what little oatmeal that was left in the stainless steel bin looked dried out. I skipped breakfast both days and feel like I was robbed of the reason I chose the hotel. When I looked at the food later in the morning it confirmed my suspicions that the food that I saw at 6:30 was actually leftovers reheated from the day before. Very disappointing and I feel like my money was wasted.

While the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, several issues during my stay fell below IHG standards. The room had a loud AC, lukewarm shower water that never got hot, a broken soap/shampoo dispenser left on the shower floor, and a loose fridge seal. A small roach was also seen near the microwave, and housekeeping failed to replace the shower mat on Saturday. Breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to start early, on Saturday only eggs were ready by 7:30 a.m., and the juice machine wasn’t working. In contrast, Sunday’s breakfast was fully stocked, showing Saturday’s limited options were not typical. I booked this hotel so my son could rest well and have a full breakfast before his sports tournament, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and breakfast service failure made for a poor experience. I have photos and a video of the issues and respectfully will be requesting a refund for this stay.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel manager was very interested to know how my stay was going. My room was going through a renovation that was not completed: toilet seat falling off, leaky sink, shower stall requiring caulking. Over my 10 night stay, only once was there a breakfast menu change.

Really nice hotel right off of 95. Good location and overall very clean. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows even more so. The rooms were not cleaned properly especially the bathroom. They neglected the shower area and toilet. The complimentary breakfast was almost nonexistent . No milk for coffee or cold cereal. In my 11 day I only had some semblance of a breakfast on two days. Most days the eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fruit, and yogurt were missing. This was by 8 am. They have one person to refill the items and she did a poor job at that. The food personnel was very rude and nasty when you asked her for something. This is an ongoing issue with them. Read the lowest reviews and you will see. I feel the higher reviews of this place are fake because we couldn’t be staying at the same place
