This hotel was very nice until Monday morning when construction started right next to the cafe in the lobby. They were being so loud you could not even talk to employees or my husband sitting next to me at the table. When asked if they could use a different tool (my husband is a contractor) they continued to use a very loud power tool. The manager was in a meeting and there was no Assistant Manager to speak with. This was all right before checkout. The construction should have been done after checkout when nobody would be in the lobby. Other than this, it was a great hotel to stay at when going to the Peacock Theater & LA Car Show.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. My only complaint is that there is no parking at this hotel. I had to go across the street and pay $40 for overnight parking. Other than that, the stay was great!

Staff was great, room was nice, and complimentary amenities were awesome to have. The only thing that was of issue was the valet parking. It seemed like after a sold out concert, they should've been more prepared with the valet check outs the next morning. But other than that, everything was awesome.

This place was a great find. We stayed overnight in LA for one night after a concert downtown. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the hotel was very quiet. We had a great night sleep in the comfortable bed. The room had everything we needed and also very clean. We will definitely stay there again next time we need to spend the night in downtown Los Angeles.

We stayed on 4/2-4/6, bathroom door does not close all the way, the tub used to have a mat and I think they removed it and have the stain or marking which is giving it a dirty vibe. the staff in front desk are great and staff at the cafe are also great but staff at the valley parking sucks, a lady helped when we got there and did not give us a ticket for our key the day we checked in then the nxt day the manager gave us a hard time taking my friend car from valley saying they do not have a girl staff that day then when we checked out they made us wait 45 min after saying it will take 5 mins to get the car i had to check in with them 3 times

This hotel was nice to stay at for a few days. However, we were disappointed that we were not explained the amount of fees we would be paying upon checking out. We thought we would receive 100 percent of our incidentals, however, that was not the case. About $175 worth of fees had to be paid which was not explained to us when we checked in. As for the room, it was cleaned everyday, however, we noticed that the room was not vacuumed at all during our stay. The trash was also not emptied on a daily basis. The line for the cafe was always long. Wish there was a way to pre-order such as from a kiosk or through an app. My husband stood in line for 40 minutes the one evening. The staff was cordial though and we appreciated everyone's kindness.

Very nice room. The junior suite is spacious. The driveway to pull in to check in is so small. There is only valet so you have to wait for your vehicle and during busy times, you can’t call ahead for it. The room was great but the bathroom door has no lock and is a sliding barn door. It looked cool but the coffee/fridge was behind the door when opened so in the morning, we kept hitting each other with the door. Poor design when there were other areas the coffee bar could’ve been. The no lock was interesting when sharing a room with 5 people. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! OMG- I have very long hair and usually hotel showers don’t have enough pressure to get all the shampoo and conditioner out. It was by far the best hotel shower I’ve had! Especially after a long day of sweating in the humidity! All in all, the room was great and perfect for 5-6 as far as space just a few quirks and it would be better.

Beautiful view, clean room. Comfortable pillows and clean towels. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner snelled amazing! For some reason the toilet wasn't flushing even after the technician came to fix it. 2 min walk to the the crypto.com arena. Valet parking is thecway to go!

I really love this hotel, the rooms, the quick and easy valet, and the proximity to LAlive! However, this trip I was shocked and extremely frustrated that rooms were not ready at check in. We spent around $800 for one night and were not even able to enjoy it the full time we were allotted. We were not comped anything or even given apologies.

The hotel itself is beautiful and visually impressive, but the service experience did not meet expectations—particularly for the price point. I was traveling with small children and found the staff to be largely unaccommodating, which made our stay unnecessarily stressful. While Bria was warm and helpful when assisting with an extension of our stay, other interactions were less than professional. Halle was particularly rude, and another staff member appeared visibly frustrated, which further diminished the overall experience. Given the premium pricing and brand positioning, I expected a much higher level of hospitality—especially for families. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it significantly impacted the quality of our stay.

The staff and manager were very accommodating. We had to book this at the last minute after being stranded in LA. The staff was excellent and very friendly when we arrived late at night. When we made alternate reservations after booking this property, they waived the cancellation fee. Thank you for making it a positive experience.

The hotel was nice, its a good location to stay if you plan on visiting different parts of LA and its right accross from the Crypto center. Jist be weary that there are a lot of homeless and the hotel does charge a parking fee of $55 a night ($65 for large vehicles).

We stopped to get food from a street vendor and some through a bottle at the vendor’s vehicle. Other than that, the property was great.

This place was difficult to navigate. GPS had us going in circles on the wrong block and could not get anybody on the phone to help us with directions. Once we found it - it was slammed with cars. Super tiny check in area off a super busy LA street. We were just passing through the area and needed a place to stay the night after traveling from up north. We liked that the property indicated that a restaurant was on site. Except there was not a restaurant! It was a grab and go counter. Super disappointing. Had we known all of this we would have chosen a hotel that had better accommodations.

They had valet, although expensive it was convenient. The room had this AC that was soo loud, the temperature was never right. 1 degree up too hot, 1 degree down too cold. That was a nuisance. Also there is no room service, there is some limited stuff to purchase downstairs.
