Don't choose their shuttle service, they are really thieves. They stole money from us in the most blatant way and the receptionist gave us the worst experience ever. We felt helpless in the face of such brazenness and lack of ethics and values. We lost the money for the shuttle, they didn't provide the service and they didn't refund us. It's unsafe. While we were having breakfast, a man came in bleeding and the atmosphere was very tense. The worst hotel of our entire lives.

An afternoon Uber trip to this hotel from Istambul Int. Airport (IST) was around 10 euros, and my reserved Uber trip back to IST at 6 a.m. was 15 euros. The hotel charges 30 euros each way, so you figure out the difference. There are no restaurants around this hotel, but you can order a delivery and pay with a credit card. However, the prices are quite high for Turkey (I paid around 25 euros for a soup and a pita, including tips), the food quality is regular, and the delivery guy will beg you for a 15-20% tip.

Despite the midnight arrival, we could meet the staff and driver smoothly. From Istanbul airport, it's 10-20 min drive. We booked one-way transfer, but the reception staff kindly suggested us a round-trip transfer when we checked in. The room was not so large but including the lobby, facilities were clean.

This was a perfect hotel for an overnight layover. The staff was incredibly friendly, room service was offered, coffee and tea were offered upon entry, the room was clean and had good bath facilities, and the staff arranged transportation back to the airport rapidly. I couldn’t have pictured a better airport hotel experience.

The room was a bit smelly and had some moisture problems visible on the walls. This was lowest floor (-2) though, so the other floors could be a better choice. The interior was nice and decorations were modern and nice. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. An okay place for a stayover. Some noise from the airplanes in the room as well.

Ich hatte mein Zimmer im Keller gehabt, was zwar nicht so schlimm ist bis man die Fenster öffnet , man sieht vor sich eine Wand , nach oben und unten ist Gitter . Also nichts für Leute mit Klaustrophobie. Die Dekoration war ungewöhnlich , ich dachte dass jederzeit die Steine auf meinen Kopf fallen werden. Was meine Lage in dem Zimmer noch düsterer gemacht hat . Am frühen Morgen dachte ich , dass jemand die Stühle am meinem Kopf hin und her schiebt dabei war es der Speiseraum über meinem Zimmer. Es war sehr gute Akustik . Zum Frühstück hab es fast nichts , vielleicht war ich auch zu spät um 8:00, ich musste mir dann zusätzlich was kaufen. Aber es war alles sehr sauber und für den Preis , was ich bezahlt habe kann man echt nicht jammern . Das war sehr gut und günstig . Würde noch mal buchen aber diesmal nicht im Keller !

I'm coming from US and it's been a very long trip. I've specifically chosen this hotel because of the system I'm working is a 1 min walking distance from the hotel. I was greeted by front desk friendly and he also helped me keep my reservation even i made a mistake at dates while booking. Housekeeper was also helpful and he mentioned that he is available all night if i needed anything. As a service it's been superb.. However, the room was extremely small that it consist only bed and surrounded with amenities. It is hard to move around... I also specifically asked a bureau, a desk and a good wifi however i just realized that my message didn't go thru from hotels.com to the property... I guess the connection between hotels.com and property is not established well. So this room is definitely not what i was expecting. Also window has no view, it's blocked with a wall and it's an interior cabin obviously. Bathroom shower is weak, toilet seat is wobbly, bedding is hard.. Although the room is very clean and nice, service personnel is doing their best the rooms needed a little update

I liked the convenience of being 10 min away from the airport. I did not like the room. It was very small. When you open the window, there’s a wall, and if you look down because we were on the first floor, it was full of smoked cigarettes. The pillow was very hard and tall.

I think this was on of the worst hotels ever 😅 there was a constant buzzing noise in the room, stuff kept cleaning the neighbor rooms and slamming something heavy all the time, and the toilet kept flushing itself every three minutes. The guy on the reception couldn't care less about anything. Size of the room is approximately size of my closet

Perfect location for an overnight stay before catching a flight being so close to the airport. Modern ameneties, clean, comfortable. You wouldn't think it from the outside, but it was a very pleasant surprise once we got to the room. And for a 3 person room, at the price we paid, it was an absolute steal !!

Personalen hade väldigt svårt att lösa vårt behov av en extra säng för vår 9åring. Först var det inget problem, men sen när vi väl hade bestämt oss för en extra säng. Då gick det inte. Efter mycket diskussioner så hitta de ett rum där det fungerade med en extra säng. Frukosten är super bra och personalen i restaurangen kanon.

Oppholdet gikk knirkefritt. Alt i alt så var det OK opplevelse - Et stort minus var at det ikke var varmtvann i dusjen. Frokosten var i det enkleste laget. Men som sagt, et ålreit hotell som står i stil i forhold til prisen.
