Hotel moderne avec personnel toujours pret a aider. Petit dejeuner bien varié. Par contre pas de parking et le soir il faut arriver au bon moment pour une place. Conseil - se garer un peu plus loin au bord de la ler.

The property is clean and friendly I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the same hotel. The only downside is that they don’t have parking, but it’s easy enough to find a spot to park.

Nice clean hotel in a very good location. The guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned almost every day, and clean towels supplied when required. We had a seaview room which was lovely to be able to look out on to, would have preferred a bigger balcony to sit out on but there is room to stand and admire the view. Breakfast wasnt to our liking but others seemed to enjoy it, the fresh orange machine was great though. Overall a lovely holiday and the hotel was booked as a base to go around Malta. Its close to the bus terminal and in walking distance of lots of restaurants/cafes. If you're after a pool based hotel then this may not be for you but otherwise is ideal.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, principalmente grazie al personale estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. La colazione, sebbene prevalentemente salata, era deliziosa ogni mattina. Un vero punto di forza è la piscina all'ultimo piano: un'oasi di relax con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia, perfetta per godersi il panorama nonostante i lavori in corso a Bugibba. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall'ottima insonorizzazione della nostra stanza, che ci ha garantito un soggiorno tranquillo e senza rumori. L'unico aspetto che ci ha impedito di assegnare 5 stelle è stata la pulizia del bagno, che non era impeccabile nonostante le rassicurazioni sulla pulizia quotidiana. Abbiamo anche segnalato un problema con la doccia walk-in, che non scaricava correttamente l'acqua, causando allagamenti di fronte alla doccia e nel corridoio adiacente. Speriamo vivamente che questo venga risolto per i futuri ospiti della stessa camera.

We had to travel at very short notice after a family member was involved in an accident. Hotel was very pleasant and welcoming, and seemed very modern. Staff were excellent and the room was spotless and comfortable. It's in the town so traffic was audible with the balcony door open, but almost silent with it closed. Bed and facilities excellent and clean. Aircon worked well and kept things bearable. Quick and quiet lifts to all floors, even to the rooftop swimming pool and bar on floor 10! Staff really couldn't do enough for us to support our needs, and I'd give a special mention to receptionist Andrea, who was always there, and always had time for us. She deserves promotion, but please make sure she's still there when we return... maybe next year!

Nice hotel, however there is a need for renovation. Walls were really dirty, in some places even cracked. Additionally, they were really thin, so it was possible to hear the elevator all the time. Water pressure under shower was also poor. On the other side, staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was ok (especially that was included in the price by default) and location really convinient. To sum up, nothing special, but taking into account the hotel's price, the stay was okey.

It is located centrally in St Paul's Bay, close to many restaurants. The staff are friendly and nice. The condition of the hotel is not what I have expected for a relatively new hotel, a lot of wear and tear in the room.

Honestly one of the cleanest, friendliest, walkable hotels ive stayed at. Its no Ritz. But great value for money. Will defo be staying back here if i return to St Pauls.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Easy to get to from the airport using the Airport Direct buses. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean and fresh look. Pool is a decent size and plenty of sun beds to use. Beach towels provided. Alice on the front desk was fantastic! Other: We didn't make us of the continental breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear a bit of of the noise from the street/people having a good time. This didn't bother us too much, but should be taken into consideration if you're a light sleeper.

L’hotel ha una posizione ottima , 5 minuti a piedi da una piazza piena di vita. Molti negozi e ristoranti nei dintorni dell’hotel. Ho preso una stanza superior (ottavo piano) con bella vista mare ( vedi foto), doccia grande e comoda. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. La gentilezza del personale e’ stata splendida sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni e consigli. Alcune piccole note di miglioramento: La stanza anche se superior era un po’ piccola , poca luce in bagno che essendo scuro ne avrebbe bisogno, manca l’armadio ed il frigo bar ( quest’ultimo essenziale viste le alte temperature). Il balcone è piccolissimo e il cartello che avvisa di non appoggiarsi alla ringhiera mette ansia. In sintesi il rapporto qualità/prezzo discreto.

Nice location. Good breakfast. Rooms could do with a mini fridge. AC was a bit odd as the temperature limits are controlled centrally. Also every morning there was quite a strong smell from the shower/toilet. Spacious rooms. Nice balcony. Comfy beds. Would be better of they had 1 or 2 spare pillows and thin duvet rather than thin sheets. Efficient room cleaning. You can cast from your phone to the TV as well which was good.

Very modern with everything you could want. Loved the decor and bathroom. If you choose a seaview you only have a Juliet balcony so cannot sit outside and there is no sun on the back. There is balcony you can sit on out front with sun so will choose this room on return. Disappointed that there was no uk tv channels. Just one that did not work. Loads of Austrian, German, French and Maltese! Bed comfortable. AC did not work on heat. Nice breakfast. Location is great but a bit noisy from bars around midnight. Good value for money!

Room could do with a fridge. Shame you can’t turn the Balcony Light off at night. The one and only thing that was annoying was it could be noisy outside Hotel, until the early hours of the morning🙁

Alles was goed, behalve de airco die je van de andere kamers kan horen. Zodra de buren deze indrukken en bijstellen hoor je constant het geluid. Mijn buren wisten waarschijnlijk niet hoe het werkte en bleven urenlang door met tikken. Ik heb hier veel last van gehad en de hotelmedewerker kon hier niets mee doen.

L’hotel ha una posizione ottima , 5 minuti a piedi da una piazza piena di vita. Molti negozi e ristoranti nei dintorni dell’hotel. Ho preso una stanza superior con bella vista mare ( vedi foto), doccia grande e comoda. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. La gentilezza del personale e’ stata splendida sempre disponibile a dare indicazioni e consigli. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Easy to get to from the airport using the Airport Direct buses. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Clean and fresh look. Pool is a decent size and plenty of sun beds to use. Beach towels provided. Alice on the front desk was fantastic! Other: We didn't make us of the continental breakfast. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear a bit of of the noise from the street/people having a good time. This didn't bother us too much, but should be taken into consideration if you're a light sleeper.

We had to travel at very short notice after a family member was involved in an accident. Hotel was very pleasant and welcoming, and seemed very modern. Staff were excellent and the room was spotless and comfortable. It's in the town so traffic was audible with the balcony door open, but almost silent with it closed. Bed and facilities excellent and clean. Aircon worked well and kept things bearable. Quick and quiet lifts to all floors, even to the rooftop swimming pool and bar on floor 10! Staff really couldn't do enough for us to support our needs, and I'd give a special mention to receptionist Andrea, who was always there, and always had time for us. She deserves promotion, but please make sure she's still there when we return... maybe next year!

There were a few issues during my stay, these were soon dealt with by the friendly staff who are always easy to speak with and helpful. The hotel is new, light and bright. The roof pool was a great asset. Breakfast was adequate and my only issue was the lack of cooked products, hot food was basic but more than acceptable however not re-filled quick enough, we were left waiting for hot food most mornings except our last which may be because I mentioned this to the reception staff. Cold breakfast items were in abundance. Great stay, good value and helpful staff. Thankyou Ibis

Great location. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was way better than expected, very fresh and large room. The breakfast had many options and variations each day. I travel a lot and this was by far one of the best and most affordable hotels I’ve stayed at!

Room could do with a fridge. Shame you can’t turn the Balcony Light off at night. The one and only thing that was annoying was it could be noisy outside Hotel, until the early hours of the morning🙁

Nice clean hotel in a very good location. The guys on reception were very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned almost every day, and clean towels supplied when required. We had a seaview room which was lovely to be able to look out on to, would have preferred a bigger balcony to sit out on but there is room to stand and admire the view. Breakfast wasnt to our liking but others seemed to enjoy it, the fresh orange machine was great though. Overall a lovely holiday and the hotel was booked as a base to go around Malta. Its close to the bus terminal and in walking distance of lots of restaurants/cafes. If you're after a pool based hotel then this may not be for you but otherwise is ideal.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, but there were some things that could be improved, such as a fridge in the rooms, air conditioning in common areas of the hotel and the cooked breakfasts could be warmer or have some way of warming them up. On the up side it was convenient for St Paul’s and for all transport links to Sliema and Valletta. There’s plenty of restaurants around that are good value that can suit all tastes. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel was nice and clean , staff were all friendly , breakfast selection was somewhat limited with not a lot of variety but it did the job , the room was nice but the air con would not go below 22 degrees which we found far too hot and did somewhat compromise our stay , we did mention this to staff but they didn’t seem too bothered
