Hotel is lovely and the room was perfect. But there was drilling/construction going on at midnight on the top floor and no one to ask about it when I went down to the lobby.

Nice enough place and great breakfast, but not the best value for money compared to other hotels, which were on the edge of the lake with a balcony, for the same price. At Casa Ramona, our room showed a balcony on the photos of the room, however our room did not have a balcony and I think there is only one room which has a balcony.
