Excellent to have another option in Sauk City. Clean, new, breakfast included, swimming pool & nice fitness center, peaceful patio in back. Walls pretty thin & able to hear people above and in the halls, but turned the fan on constant setting on AC & that drowned out any noise, so easy to sleep.

We stayed one night a fri. to Sat. on a very windy, snowy day. This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The pool was warm, kids loved it. The breakfast was amazing and loved that there were so many choices. The lady that did breakfast was so fast at refilling something, very polite, and helpful. The room we got was a standard 2 queen beds. The room was clean and loved how you could adjust temp yourself. They did have a little store that had food, drinks, ice cream, snacks, a couple medicine things. The only reason I rated it a little low was for two reasons: 1. TMI but one of us got our girly time of the month and no where in the hotel could we find anything for it not even in their mini store. The gentlemen and lady at desk both looked but was unsuccessful also. She did tell us about the kwik trip down the street that could help as it was 1130pm and everything was closed. 2. Many places we have stayed at have plastic garment bags to put dirty clothes in and such (we usually put pool clothes and dirty in them) but there were none in our room or available to get, making our bags and everything get wet and gross. At checkout manager asked how things were we said amazing except these two things and he said he could pass on our suggestions so maybe for future they will help someone else if they come across same situations. Definitely will stay again.

Will gladly stay here again; staff was excellent checking in and dealing with our family emergency as we checked out earlier than anticipated Love the firepit outside area, made some new friends, had lots of fun using the tables and comfy chairs in the lobby area to play games.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. We had an issue at check in with the room not being the one we booked and the staff made sure to get us taken care of and in the type of room we had booked within 20 minutes. The breakfast choices and food were better than most as well. The only thing that would have been better is a bigger pool and to have had a hot tub but other than that it exceeded our standards!

The hotel was like new as it was very inviting, clean along with a friendly staff. The rooms were nice and the bed comfort was exceptional. The morning breakfast was very good with an assortment of tasty hot and cold fresh food. The coffee was wonderful. They have a nice pool and fitness center -- everything you need for a pleasant hotel stay. I highly recommended this hotel.

Quick overnight stay to visit House on the Rock. Hotel was very convenient, just a 30 min drive. Hotel is very clean. Looks new. Very quiet and the area is a cute little town, very safe. Breakfast buffet was great-many options. The staff were friendly. We would stay here every time if we came to the area.

Our room was 203. The noise from above, all hours of the night sounded like a heard of elephants running back an forth. I even called down to the front desk. She said she would check it out. Noise was still happening. Nope I got a lousy night sleep.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Well, it is not brand new, it feels very fresh and clean and certainly has a somewhat new feel to it. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms I have had during my visits include a large walk-in shower stall with sliding glass doors, which is much better than showering in a bathtub and my opinion. It is an outstanding value for the price.

Seemed like a just built hotel. Very clean and modern. Pretty quiet. Nice breakfast assortment. Only thing was the lock on my room door kept clicking. But I still slept like baby. Very comfy bed and a huge TV.

Excellent hotel. Only improvements might be ice on every floor, brewed coffee maker in room vs Keurig and a Peloton in the gym. The room was lovely, spacious and well equipped.

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful in a proactive way, offering all kinds of useful information and assistance with friendliness and attention to our needs. He was the model of welcoming hospitality and customer service. The property is new, clean, comfortable and everything works great at a good price. Even though it is on a busy street, the shades block the light and the road noise is hardly noticeable. I really appreciated having both soft and firm pillows, too.

Quick overnight stay to visit House on the Rock. Hotel was very convenient, just a 30 min drive. Hotel is very clean. Looks new. Very quiet and the area is a cute little town, very safe. Very pleasant stay here, large room well appointed. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good. A little bit of traffic noise from Highway 12 but not unusual while traveling. Definitely would stay here next time in the area. Half hour drive to Madison.

The hotel staff night of check in was very friendly. Put my dad and in the quietest room possible (thank you!) Complaints come from the morning after. Pancake machine wasn’t working. No cooked items available (ex: eggs/bacon). Construction crew was working during breakfast time next to guests instead of later in the day, or a different section of the hotel until dining hours are over. Front desk was good about disinfecting tables after guests had competed their meal. Would suggest lobby play some light music. Parking was easy and safe. Beds are super comfortable. Entire building is being renovated so has that new look/smell. Few recommendable restaurants in the area.

The room was nice it was a nice hotel. The only complaint would have been the breakfast. They had jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches but were all out whithin an hr. Breakfast lasted 3 to 4 hrs. Since there was no hot food except pancakes they should have replenished the sandwiches
