The Pinch is an adorable hotel in a great location. The staff is so nice and the Lowland restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend for your Charleston stay.

Excellent room, great service. Not a cookie cutter hotel at all. A unique gem. Would stay here again anytime.

Check in was adequate and the room itself and bed were exceptionally comfortable. Over the top comfortable bed. The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. We found a piece of metal wire in our burger from the restaurant. Besides that, the food was pretty good but not very impressive. In the morning, a small coffee area was available between the elevator and the lobby desk area. There were fresh quiche's available as well as other pastries and some yogurt. We also appreciated that the room had a built in luxury kitchenette which included silverware to enjoy our breakfast with as well as a fridge stocked with filtered water and cups to drink from. The room had a gigantic mini bar also with stocked snack items of all types. Also had a gas stove and a microwave. The quality of the room was absolutely above average as well as the comfortability. The shower in the bathroom did not have a nice shower head or good water pressure and it was tiny and poorly designed. They were willing to allow an 11:30 check out even though the normal time was 11. The girls at the front desk were very nice upon checking out. I would consider staying here again due to the convenient location, the above average restaurant close by, and most importantly, the amazingly comfortable bed (with great pillows).
