Room was turned over on 1 day, we requested extra towels 3 times before receiving them. They charged the entire bill on the wrong credit card.

Le Meridien was a great choice for midtown Manhattan. The room was clean, spacious (for New York standards, and fairly central to midtown. The real star of the show was Barry the doorman who seemed to remember everyone’s name, definitely made you feel welcome and at home.

All good. I keep coming back so no real complaints. The front desk staff and the doormen are outstanding. My one recurring issue is housekeeping unable to deliver a clean room even hours after I’ve been out of my room. It’s a shame and frankly should not be happening. I’ll be back again and hope my room will be sorted in a timely manner next time.

Room was tiny but clean and well-designed. When I called the desk because my shower was draining slowly they trim care of it while I was gone for the day. The staff was friendly. A free ($20 coupon, and oatmeal was &19 (!) breakfast came with my stay. The restaurant wasn’t anything to write home about but the waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
