Very clean - bathroom was huge - lots of outlets - beds were comfortable- exercise room has lots of really nice equipment- pool was small but nice - staff was very accommodating- good number of restaurants and every day shopping like Target very close by - no complaints at all - wish all hotels were this nice!

This hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. It's super clean and awesome design inside, offers a nice gym and pool, as well as a yummy organized breakfast in the morning. The entire building smells good and is very clean and the staff are all very friendly. Our room was a king bed room with sofa bed and what stood out to me the most was the TVs were big and they had streaming service already on the tv for you to sign into your own if you wanted which was very nice. The bed was super comfy and had an actual comforter, versus most hotels have a sheet. The bathroom shower was perfect! they had a eucalyptus set of shower hair and body care. The fridge worked, and the room also comes with a microwave. Overall, I give this hotel a 10! We will be back.

This is a beautiful hotel with such nice common areas and friendly staff. It was clean and the pool was really nice and not freezing! Great breakfast. Wonderful workout room-I enjoyed it so much and was especially grateful given the negative temps outside.

Hotel was new, clean and bed was comfortable. I did have difficulty with the heat not working (fan was on but room stayed at 66 or 67 degrees). I don’t mind sleeping in a cool room so I didn’t call the front desk for help. The other thing to mention is a fire house is next door so there are sirens at night some times. They didn’t last long but did wake me up.

Nice property. We stayed in room 225. The water was not very warm. The room was on the end of the building. Either the room was too far from the hot water tank or a new hot water tank is needed.

This stay has been by far the most stressful stay I have ever experienced. What was suppose to be a nice stress-free relaxation vacation, ended up being a disaster. JENENE, OMAR, AND ALICIA are three human beings that should NOT even have the blessing to work in customer service. My 2 kids and I were given a room with air conditioner not working! 78 degrees in there all night! Humid, hot, smelly room! I was also given a room with TV not working. That was the second night. & YES I did call the front desk, JENENE said she couldn’t do anything about it since maintenance was out. Smh! She couldn’t even look into her system to see if there any available rooms to change us to. Omar, being the manager, had a unacceptable attitude. Mocking me in front of other customers. These three people I named are the most selfish people I have ever came in contact with. Had no cares in the world for what we went through. When I called Alicia, general manager, she said “You didn’t even give me a chance to let us fix anything”?!?! THE AUDACITY!!!!!!!!! I called front desk!!!!! My son and I walked downstairs!!!!!!! Trying to make it seem like I’m the liar to cover them is so cruel! TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAMERAS! LISTEN TO THE CALL! A huge slap on the face for us! THIS KIND OF ACT NEEDS TO BE HEARD! People like these need to stop taking advantage! They know they have the upper hand and laugh at our faces!! This is not even half; I’m in disbelief!

No late check out. Wanted to check out at 1. Tried to call front desk the night before. No instructions on or near phone but there were “Guest Services” and “wake Up Call” buttons on the phone, neither of which worked. Got a call at 11 from the front desk, waking me up, being very rude and telling me that late check out was not an option. I explained that the phone hadn’t worked and they asked why I didn’t go to the desk. I explained I was in my pajamas and not suitable for roaming the halls. There was no robe and slippers provided to make such a journey more decorous.
