Room was comfy and certainly a great value but the hotel could use some overall repairs. Light fixtures in the hallway with no cover, writing on the door to our bathroom. Elevator not working so we used the stairs, which was fine except that the stairwell stunk.

Convenient location off 84. Property in dire need of maintenance. Rugs in room had big stains in multiple spots, drawer to dresser cracked and coming off hinges. Ice machine not working, A lot to pay for such a poorly maintained facility!

I would not recommend his hotel. Elevator on my side of the hotel was out of order, but front desk attendant did not tell me that. She let me walk to the elevator to see the 'out of order' sign. I went back to her and asked if there was another elevator. I could use the elevator on the other side of the hotel to get to the second floor, but till had to walk up the stairs to the third floor. Luckily, I am capable of walking up stairs. Saw a few roaches in the room and also a hole in the wall.

The elevator on our side of the building wasn't working. The ice machine was broken. You had to go to the front desk for ice bags. The carpet in the room was stained and in desperate need of replacement. The whole hotel needs a makeover. I would not recommend this hotel.

Amenities were not open. Breakfatst was not included even though it stated it. Pool was closed for the season. Alot of noice from the workers could have been due to the location of the room. Howevee. Seems like theee are homeless people in the parking lot.

The air conditioning was not working properly, the elevator was out and they didn’t inform me when I checked in despite being on the third floor, and was overall dingy. They had a sign on the door informing guests to lock and deadbolt the door which makes me feel as if this location is unsafe. It was odd.

Nice area. Convenient to highway. Marijuana smell. Both knees replaced, & elevator on our side was out of order. Had to carry stuff up a flight of stairs. Couldn't change rooms because I booked w Expedia. Not happy.

No pool, no bar, no doors allow access but front doors because they don't work. Bathroom door was falling off and the hotel needs a lot of work. It looked nice at one time.

The hotel was overall shabby. There were live bugs in the bathroom. The toilet had a small leak. The wallpaper was peeling and there was food crumbs in the small foyer of the room under the microwave/refrigerator. The linens were clean and one of the beds was comfortable enough, mismatched headboards though. The carpet had unidentifiable stains. The staff was serviceable but not friendly. It seemed like a family was living there because we often saw them in the reception area. Would not stay again.

I don't know where those 10/10 reviews are coming from. It looks nice from the photos and the beds themselves seemed clean but I draw the line at roaches in the tub at 7am. And all you get from the person at the desk is that she just works there. And no coffee at 7am either. I would keep going on, but that wouldn't be nice to all the tenants who live there. Whatever. Seriously! Pick another hotel.

There is black mold on the 3rd floor ceiling, plaster falling from the ceiling, and reycling bins lined the halls to catch moisture. Unsafe conditions! After a 12 hour day, at the airport due to lighting and storms, I finally landed in Newburgh at 3:40 in the morning. I checked with the nice woman at the front desk and took the elevator up to find black mold linging the halls.

Property is on the old side. It’s also very loud inside the hotel. Can hear people talking and playing music easily through walls. Our room was clean but it smelled like weed. Also the toilet is set way too close to the door. You can’t sit on the toilet and close the door without at first sitting sideways facing the tub. Front desk girl was very very friendly and nice but never mentioned how to access the Wifi at check in.

Booked last minute after having a horrible experience at the Ramada and was able to check in early. The hotel is nice and clean and pretty conveniently located. The staff was friendly. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not working in the room we were staying at. Had asked the front desk lady if maintenance could check it out but unsure if they actually did or not. But overall would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in if you enjoy terrible experiences. There was apparently a parking lot, lobby, and stairwell party until 3:15am. Hands down the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I have been to quieter concerts.

The room was nice and accommading for a wheelchair. Clean room and great shower. Only problems were ice maker broken but they did give us a bag of ice from the freezer and could not connect to wi fi.

The property appears to have been either something else or in better condition at some point in the past. The staff are friendly albeit wearing jeans and t-shirts. The pictures of the outside look great; the inside is very dated and in definite need of a updating. The rooms are comfortable enough - the property would benefit greatly from a refresh.

We made a reservation through Expedia for 2 Executive Studio suites. In Expedia, the Executive Studio suite sleeps 3 persons. I called the hotel after making the booking to ask if it meant there was a sleeping sofa in addition to the bed. They said no, that I had booked 2 standard rooms with one bed in each. I then book another room in a separate reservation, also through Expedia. At check-in, the lady told us that we only have 2 rooms booked, and that she found no other reservation. After a while, she finally found it and issued a key. When we entered the room, we found out that the room as occupied by someone and his/her belongings are all over the place. We went back to the front desk and got another key, this time to an empty room. There was no apologies nor expression of regret from the front desk. We slept with the doors dead bolted because we were not assured someone would be issued a key to enter our room.

1. Water stains on ceiling outside our room. 2. Water pressure in shower was terrible. 3. Cleaning crew walked into our room unannounced before 9am while we were still in bed. 4. When I tried to call the hotel to work out a scheduling problem they hung up on me twice. 5. The woman at the counter was extremely rude by cutting me off mid sentence 3 times. So much so, I asked to speak to the manager When she went to contact the manager, she slipped and fell on the floor being mopped. She then looked at me and said thanks. When I asked how it was my fault that she fell, she said I got her all flustered. 6. The manager never contacted me as requested - DO NOT STAY HERE EVER

Usually all I require of a hotel is a good bed and a hot shower. But this was a nice room in well-maintained condition (and with nice pillows), which made the experience very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful, especially as I had made two separate reservations which needed to be linked up. Location was very convenient to the highway.

Not the best stay. We were told check in *starts* at 3 and we’re told to come back in an hour to see if our room was ready. Desk person was a little rude about it. Almost late to the wedding we were attending as we had limited time once we got to our room. TV didn’t work, AC sounded like it was going to blow up. Would definitely choose another hotel in the future.

The lobby and rooms have been updated but the bathrooms still need a lot of work. Loved the chef. She made some great food. Was extremely helpful and just an all around ray of sunshine! She's the best!
