The property was very nice and clean. Great customer service! I forgot my fan from home and front desk brought me a sound machine to the room. We came back from concert late and parking was hard to find, only 2 spaces left.

Very clean rooms and property. The outdoor area is very nice for relaxing in the evening. However, it is very close to the freeway and the road traffic is loud in the evening outdooors

This was a great experience. The handrail at the pool does need to be secured. Also, the soap was terrible. They were small and hardly lathered. Would love to have a complimentary small body wash available. The room was spacious, clean and the decor was great. Would def stay again.

The window was broken in the room and just taped up. Had to ask for clean towels. The breakfast is nothing special but still costs $16 per person. Stayed at a competitor that had the same breakfast and it was included in the room cost. They had no contact solution in the market area even though they said they had everything you'd need. And yes it was game weekend but the price was ridiculous and not even close to worth it.

Morning check in help was amazing and personable. Night time worker was rude and seemed bothered to be there. Beds were terrible, shower doesn’t close so was freezing full shower and bathroom door you could see the person on the toilet, no vents either. Shower water hits the wall paper and it’s coming off, shower not clean and had some mold

Needed a room last minute. Needed a room last minute and it was kind of a stressful situation because we were in town for a funeral and needed some space. The staff were so welcoming and understanding!The room was spacious and seemed very technologically advanced. Loved the electronic blackout curtains and shade. wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The room was clean. Only issue is you can hear traffic all night. Also, the door doesnt go all the way to the floor so the hallway light shines into the room had to put a towel under the door. The microwave in the room was broken as well

It was an overnight stay on our way to Myrtle Beach. The hotel lobby was beautiful and lounge and restaurant were good too. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as well

Love the cosmetics of the room. Big, spacious, blackout blinds and adequate lighting. Bed wasn’t the most comfy but still good. But my room was directly beside the highway and the doors can be heard when slammed. So at night when people are going in and out you’re woken up. And there there was quite a bit of traffic. So as a result, I didn’t get much sleep in a hotel I paid to sleep in! I’d think the Hilton would have slow closing doors to avoid them slamming and sound proof glass windows to absorb some of the noise. I also couldn’t control the temperature in my room. I had to call down to front desk, get the manager, online support (who passed the buck and brushed off my concerns) and customer service involved before it got addressed and it only got fixed that night. The next day the temperature was up and down. I just dealt with it as I just couldn’t be bothered. Plus, in one of my calls to the front desk the attendant snapped at me. Like me calling about being cold in my room was disrupting him! Definitely will think twice about retuning.

we came down with covid and Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville Papermill Drive would do nothing to work with us on a refund. They offered us a different entrance so we could stay away from other guests. I know I wouldn't want covid infected people in the same hotel as me but to Hilton it's all about the almighty dollar.

Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

I like the fact that it was right of Interstate 40 so that was very convenient. Also walking distance to my favorite breakfast spot Waffle House. Also the other restaurant named Aubrey’s was right across the parking lot from the Hilton and the food was good.

This was an overnight stay en route to relocate near family. Our first experience with a Hilton Garden Inn. We were impressed. Fresh and clean design with spacious room with a wonderful shower, clean and functional room. Onsite bar and restaurant with nice diner menu, drinks and a tasty breakfast. This could be our first choice going forward!

We stay at papermill Hilton because it’s 10 minutes to UT Knoxville. We requested biscuits & gravy on the breakfast buffett because the same breakfast everyday was getting old. The cook did not add or change the breakfast as they said he would. Breakfast needs to be switched up from day to day or at least every couple of days.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast set up. I paid for the breakfast when I booked the room, $10 per person. The selection was very limited and before we could sit down the slapped a $36 bill on the table. I had to get up and go over to the front desk to verify that we had purchased the breakfast. The price and poor selection was a definite turn off. You get the same breakfast at any hotel for free. No more Hilton for us.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the property was clean and quiet. The only minor issue was that a foot piece to the rower in the gym needed to be replaced. The restaurant/bar was excellent. The food was better than expected especially the omelets!! We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton.

The property was easy to find, the service desk was friendly and the room was spacious. We were tired when we arrived so we ate at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was great and our waiter was super friendly. The downside was when I sit on the commode the seat would shift to one side or the other. We informed the front desk and hopefully this issue will be resolved.
