Staff was very friendly and competent. Room was very comfortable. Poncho the Swiss Bernese Mountain Dog was a nice touch.

The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of different cuisines including authentic Mexican food. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way! We will definitely return next time we are in San Miguel De Allende

Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back.
