I love the on site line with great food... outdoor was very nice and they even have an indoor pool too with a hot tub. Watercraft rental options on site and it isn't a long drive to activities! There are grills around the property for use.

It was advertised that there was a hot tub, but there wasn’t. The bar tender at the Blue Cat lounge told us that they would be open til 12:30am-1am, but when we arrived at 10:50pm they were closed and no where to be found. And this was during bike week.

This is an older property right on the water. It has a very nice outdoor pool and a cold indoor pool but no hot tub. Mattresses were not very good and no housekeeping at all. We were disappointed as we felt service needs to be even better at an folder property.

Trash was not taken out from previous tenant, less than half a roll of toilet paper is all we got, no coffee or filters, no tissues, no paper towels. The swimming pool and hot tub were closed for construction even though the site says open in March. Don’t lose your key card, it’s a $20 fine. Woke up to construction and machines early in the morning. Less than satisfied.

I loved that it is lakeside and was featured on the Netflix series, Ozark. But the property and furniture seems outdated. The bar was under construction and they didn't have a bartender for the mini bar that was available. The burgers are really good!

Cute hotel. Great location on the lake. Had Live Music all day. Hotel staff friendly. Good food & staff at the restaurant. Pillows a little hard and didnt find a blow dryer but not a big deal. Room was spacious and renovated. Lots of outdoor hang out space.

Good location. Right on the water. Very friendly front office and staff on site. But we will NOT be returning. I'm ok when rooms that are outdated and furniture is older, but I expect cleanliness! Not dirt around the furniture and floor so disgusting to walk on your feet get dirty. The floor was disgusting in our cabin #2. My wife wiped up a few areas and the towel was black from dirt! These people they hire to clean don't. I killed over 30 flies in the room upon arrival (stopped counting after 36)! Bought a hanging Fly-Trap to help. TV remote didn't work and had to get batteries from front desk-glad they had them. But this is something room attendants should check. Rust all over the air supply vents which you breathe. All doors don't shut, only partially. Doors were coming off hinges. Large front window in front room had broken glass. I was told it's on order-sure. Bedsheets and blankets smelled old and musty. Front room day-bed was so old and bad no one could sit or sleep on it. What an entire disappointment. Was not offered any return money, just a welcome to come back and try again. Which we won't. First impressions are important. Very friendly staff but the conditions were terrible. My wife said she considered sleeping in the CAR! And she is not one to complain. We were tired and stayed anyway, but clearly our cabin #2 needs a lot of things. Maybe the rest of the resort is better. They offered to show up one that was redone. No thanks.

I was only there one night. It’s the usual cabin on the lake, but the cabin was dirty. Lots of black dog hair all over a white comforter (I don’t mind dogs, but wash the comforter), human hair all over the sink and toilet in the bathroom.

As I stated in my review earlier. We had to make several complaints about the noise coming from the upstairs unit. The room had what looked like black mold on the ceiling and in one of the bathrooms. It also had an odor. None of the outlets in the bedrooms worked. We could not get Wi-Fi. The parking was too tight. The furniture was outdated. It was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had in my lifetime.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable the view was great, the staff was very friendly. There were a few things that could have been improved, such as the carpet was pretty dirty and felt gross to walk on in bare feet, also the toilet seat was loose, and the bedrooms need to have blackout curtains due to the security lights shinning in.

I was only here for a night. The room was fine. WiFi signal was weak. One thin blanket on the bed, and no working clock in the room. Cars parked against the window to the room. Other than those issues, it was fine.

The new uodated 2 bedroom was great, the 1 bedroom was older but still a nice time. I have been going there for years and its nice to see they are upgrading the rooms. Over all it was a great trip i tried staying at different location and after the 1st night had to leave i could not stay in a place like that

I really thought we had just a room but it was actually a suite. We had a kitchenette with all the amenities. Very nice indeed. We got to the restaurant 10 minutes before closings (unknowingly) The cook came out and said he'd make anything I wanted, to go! Way cool,tipped him accordingly. I would absolutely recommend Alhonna and we will definitely be coming back.

Well not sure where to start, the place is dated. The sitting area was the trundle bed and an old chair and dining room chairs. The trundle bed was useless as a sofa, and was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bed must have been made from stuff mined out of the local quarry. The bed barely fit in the room and walking through at the foot of the bed was an adventure. If we were a lot younger the bed and trundle bed/sofa may not have been an issue. As it is I will be trying to get the kinks out of my back for weeks.

We rented a motel room. We had a nice clean and updated room. Not sure if all rooms are updates. Had a refrigerator, 2 burner stove top and dishes. Water pressure in shower was lacking, but hot. We ate at the restaurant, the cheese curds were fabulous. All the staff were very nice.

The restaurant and bar had good food and drinks. There was a great band that played by the pool on Friday and Saturday...I met great people vacationing there and the front desk staff was helpful, cheerful, and welcoming!! This isn't my first time there and it won't be my last

We booked the room at 16:30 and arrived at 20:00 after driving all day. There was no one at reception, no check in instructions for us, and no one answering the after hours phone. It is unacceptable that they would accept our reservation and payment and not permit us to check in. We had to drive down road to find a different hotel. What's more, hotels.com. is hassling us about a refund.

Room we received upon arrival looked nothing like what was represented on booking. The staff took care of us and were very understanding. The alternate room was very spacious but older accommodations. Nice pool. The staff were the highlight of the trip overall. They reported they are still working on some updates to some Of the units.

Our stay was excellent, the rooms were clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was so hot that weekend that my significant other got severely dehydrated and passed out, out in front of the lounge and the staff was right on it and called for emergency help.. He was taken to the hospital and gave four bags of fluid to get his blood pressure back up, then released. Thank you Alhonna for your quick response and help we will defenitely be coming back again.

The resort overlooks the lake, so the setting is breathtaking. My room was clean and acceptable and the bed was comfortable, but if you're looking for something fresh and modern, this is not the place for you. The furniture is old and the TV is small! The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and stove and is equipped with dishes and glasses, which would be handy for a family spending a few days there. My room had a porch with a table and chairs overlooking the lake, making me wish I was staying longer than one night. The staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating. Overall, this is a nice alternative to the high-priced resorts Lake of the Ozarks is known for.

Not much of a resort, plus it’s noisy all day bc they’re renovating. If you want clean linens you have to take them to the office, throw your own trash, etc. Bathroom sink was in the kitchen…it had a vanity!😂 Cable didn’t work well and the restaurant was microwave quality food. The hot tub was nice.

We booked late as we were not sure where we wanted to spend the night. There was one room left, which included 2 double beds. We prefer one king, but decided we could make do for one night. I guess the second double bed was a pull out sofa bed. Not appealing and it would have left us with no space at all to move around. That should have been in the description. On the plus side, the room was very clean and though a little tight, we are small people, so we made it work. The food at the Blue Cat Lounge was excellent!
