This property is a very old motel with nicely renovated rooms. The budget shoppers definitely choose this motel as their go to when visiting Cincinnati as seen by the license plates from all over the country. About a 20 minutes drive to downtown, this motel is on an exit where new Hotels are being built. The outside of the building is not appealing at all but the rooms are. There were a couple of stains on the sheets, but nothing that were left behind by previous guests, they were clean. When shopping the bottom 1 or 2 % of the hotels that's being offered, you cannot expect perfection. The area is safe, quiet, and walkable, with Skyline's famous chili spaghetti there waiting for you. When traveling to the city from this direction have your cameras ready, this is the view you want. And enjoy your stay in the much improved city of Cincinnati.

Sketche people hanging in the parking lot and trash over flowing outside on to the ground pure disgusting and worst part was they gave us a room that we walked in on someone living in it. Clothes and pizza boxes all over the floor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. If i could i would rate it negative stars.

The rooms were a pleasant surprise, being spacious, and recently updated. The exterior was showing signs of age and multiple layers of paint. But the price was unbeatable compared to others close by.

We booked a king handicapped accessible room and they refused to give it to us. They said it was "out of service." (After confirming our reservation) I had to use the bathroom with the door open. Even when you are married you'd like a little privacy. Burn holes in the bedding, insects in the sink area, loose crude in the corners. Every other place we've been has plastic cups by the sink. None here. The fridge had a freezer so we were able to refreeze our ice bottles for the cooler. Microwave worked well. Parking was convenient, bed was comfortable. Pillows were flat but I always bring my own.

When i booked the room i asked for non smoking. Upon arrival there was no non-smoking rooms available. I was exhausted ehen arriving due to a jouse fire i took the room anyways. The lobby was very nice and clean amd as the pictures showed. When going to the room there was an over powering smoke smell in the room and the floor was clearly unswept or mopped but i could deal with that from being exhausted. I layed down and was out in no time i woke around 5 hours later around 6am and felt something crawling on my arm and there was a bed bug. I only used 1 bed and pulled the blanket back on the 2nd bed and there were multiple bugs on that bed as well. Went to the office and they refused to do anything since it wasnt reported within 30 minutes. I will never stay here again.

The room was so dirty exhaust fan in bathroom black window was filthy floors were sticky like were not mopped. Only one blanket on one bed the other one only had a sheet. Staff took 20 min to check in was no where to be found was not at check in window.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was a smell of smoke or weed. The sheets had cigarette burns and the shower curtain was marked with hair dye. There were bugs on the floor and towels and the floor needed a good mop.

I requested 2 rooms. I should have known there would be a problem when they said each room is only allowed 4 guests so if you have 3 children, they will refuse to accommodate you My daughter arrived first and went to her room, just look at the photos! It was so far beyond disgusting there are no words! My daughter complained to the front desk and said she was calling the corporate office. They told her to go ahead because they don't believe how filthy this place is! Even the staff complain that the rooms aren't cleaned and corporate doesn't care. How are they in business?! They clearly do not wash the sheets or clean the bathroom. This is a health hazard. If you want a terminal illness, ignore my review. The health department needs to shut them down! Needless to say I demanded my money back and we went to a clean hotel that isn't rented out by the hour.

There was blood stained mattresses in both rooms. Mold in the bathrooms. Lights hanging. Both tubs filthy. One refrigerator didn't work. Blow dryer looked like it had poop all over it. There were 8 of us amongst the two rooms and they wouldn't give us more than two sets of towels. The staff were rude. When I left there I flat out told them that they should be ashamed of themselves.

For an inexpensive motel, everything about the room was done right. Clean, modern furnishings, lots of outlets and surfaces, nice shower. It looked like property managers are committed to doing things the best way even if it's not a fancy place.

The woman at the desk when we checked in was so sweet. She even gave us some food ideas for breakfast. We were with family and when we asked for room close together she put us in side by side rooms. It was perfect. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Arrived and approached the lady at the front desk, before I could even speak she said “We’re completely full and only smoking rooms left!” I explained I had a reservation. She just points. I stood there and she pointed again to a kiosk across the room. I said “what?” She pointed again and said “check in over there!” Very unprofessional. The room was disgusting, burn holes in the sheets/mattress pad. Floor had not been cleaned, and the room was musty. We were so exhausted from driving all evening, so we stripped the top cover, and put our own blanket and slept. You get what you pay for, but this was just nasty.

Wasn’t greeted respectfully, the lady working was very rude and disrespectful. Kept saying she wasn’t going to check me in because she refused to stay over.. and sent me to the electronic check in just to tell me I couldn’t stay because I have to many kids and it’s a fire hazard when I am homeless and my kids are in school and need somewhere to sleep. Very disrespectful and will never bring my service back to this hotel ever again.

The front desk clerk was very rude. We arrived after 9 pm. They did not give us the room that we paid. When asked they said there was an issue. There was no issue they just gave our room away. I was told that to be on the ground floor was for one night people.. But they did give me a ground-floor room. I got two queen beds I did not want but had to settle for. I requested extra towels and washcloths they said the hotel does not give out extra towels... I was rudely talk to by the front desk.

Not as advertised. At this price point the room should be better. The room smelled strongly of smoke (supposed to be non-smoking). It was not stocked for 4 people (2 towels, 2 cups, NO Soap, Lotion, Shampoo - All Empty). Our family with small children did not feel safe here. There were men outside our room smoking and talking loudly at various times until midnight.

As they say, it's like putting lipstick on a pig. Someone has tried to make it look nice, but it's just surface level stuff. The place was not the cleanest. They had no breakfast, and no coffee. Not in the rooms... not at all. It's a place to lay your head, but for a few more dollars you could stay somewhere cleaner, with basic amenities available.
