TREMONT HOTEL BRONx-GRAND OPENING

Smells strongly of cigarette/marijuana smoke throughout entire hotel. Clean-ish rooms. Very little amenities. Very, very loud at night due to others playing music and thin walls.

They wouldn’t let my delivery of my food come up, even though I’m disabled and I was on the sixth floor. I cleaned downstairs to get my food delivery in the checkout lobby. Be right where the manager was sitting. There was a girl that kept Catherine hassling me and the driver asking saying hey sweetheart, can I get a dollar can I get some of your food and coming up on me, the manager did nothing. The person working there did nothing they just had behind the desk and I said no like listen. I’m homeless too late. This is not fair when I pay to stay somewhere that would be attacked or she was like I was just trying to get why can’t I get a dollar? Why can’t I get it out and came up on me I PTSD I independent go upstairs and take his medicine and block my door so I feel safe. I was talking to somebody last night about it and then if got disconnected, I would like somebody from Hotels.com to reach out to me in regards to this.
