Great access to Beach ! Loved the view from the balcony. Love the location . Family friendly. Will hopefully get to stay in the place again next time

Loved the place. Very disappointed that there was no pool. Should have been informed. Total construction being done on pool.

Parkin tight & elevator finicky but a wonderful location and place ro stay!

Overall the interior of the unit was in very good shape,with the only negative being the bathroom sink cabinet in the main bedroom. Sometime ago, it must have sustained water damage and the base shows deterioration and rot. Although the purpose of our stay was not to watch Television, we found the set in the master bedroom did not work at all and the way that the set in the living room was set up, we were not able to figure out how to get it working. We called Southern Rentals to request help. They said they would get someone to call us, but nobody ever called. Another disappointment of communications with Southern Rental was, on Saturday(two days before leaving) I called Southern Rentals and asked if they had everything they needed from us for which the representative replied affirmative. Monday morning, about two hours into our trip, I received a text message stating that Southern Rentals does not have our signed rental agreement and our entrance into the condo will not be allowed until they receive it. I pulled off the road and called Southern Rentals. The representative then texted us the agreement which I completed and sent back. I did not appreciate the stress that situation created. The outstanding part of the condo was the large outdoor patio directly overlooking the Gulf. Most of our inside time was spent there. The grounds, pool area and beach entrance at Tradewinds were in immaculate condition.

This was a great stay for our family! The house had everything we needed for making ourselves right at home and was right on the beach! you can view the beach from both the entry walkway and the balcony seating area which we LOVED! There is a really neat indoor outdoor connected pool! Overall we were super happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely consider coming back on our next trip to Orange Beach! ☺️

My kids and I stayed for 4 nights and had the best time. My kids loved the bunk beds, games, and balcony view. I was worried about storage space but there are multiple dressers as well as closet space. The property was nice. The pool was perfect to cool off after a great day on the beach.

I apparently can’t read and didn’t see that the pool was temporarily closed but the property management company was very understanding and allowed us to use the pool next door. That was very nice. We were also able to extend our stay another day.

Good Location and Building! Worth the stay

Both the unit and the complex were clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. There’s no super long boardwalk to cross to get to the beach, just a quick trip around the pool and you’re there. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and taken care of. It was an amazing location! We had a great view of the beach and the pool at the condo was very nice and clean as well! Christy was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with and gave wonderful recommendations! We had a great trip and are very very happy we chose this location! We can’t wait to do it again!!!!

Just as stated & shown in pics; clean awesomely set up. Close to everything...

Although the place location is nice the condo was not really ready for guests. The silverware and glassware were put away dirty! The silverware drawer had sticky substance in it. The wisk was broken. The twin beds in the 2bedroom need to be replaced they are very rickety my husband and I are small people and didn’t feel safe. The walls are absolutely filthy and need painting. The floors had sand on them when we arrived which led me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly. So needless to say I spent my first evening cleaning bathrooms to make sure they were clean

The location was great! Great unit! Could have been cleaner. It smelled like it had been smoked in prior to our stay. The TV didn't work well. Bathtub in the main bathroom didn't drain well.

The condo was clean and had cute towel marine life around.

Overall very outdated. Needs some paint and refinishing throughout. Horrible sleep experience. Mattresses for bunkbed and pull out couch were just a thin piece of foam. Had to go buy pool floats to add under the mattresses. Bunk beds will not fit anyone over 5ft tall. Daughter could not even straighten her legs. Master bedroom bed had broken support boards under bed so you would sink into the middle. Master bedroom smelled like mildew.

This place had an excellent location. They say it will sleep 6, but that seems like too many people. Our family of 4 fit perfect, and we didn't just come for the room. However upon arrival, the master bed had obvious dirty sheets with hair all over the bed. They did come back to change the sheets. Check out is at 9 AM so you will need to prep the night before and because of the early check out the elevators were busy. Lastly the building was quiet, but the master bedroom window was right by the hallway- a few loud kids....wasn't horrible. The beach was amazing and the area was fantastic.

We had an amazing visit. Everything was as advertised. Super easy access to the beach. Bed was comfy. Son really enjoyed having his own tv in the bunk bed.

We have stayed at Tradewinds previously and really enjoyed it. This unit is on the top floor and has an amazing view. There’s plenty of room in this unit. The master has a really nice setup with a private bathroom that has been recently renovated.

The property was clean and a short walk to the beach! Easy access to pool and beach! The condo was a little smaller than we thought it would be. The doors didn’t seem to have locks from inside so we were concerned about the kids being able to just open the doors. Most other condos I have stayed at had some beach accessories that guest had access to but I didn’t see anything like that. No biggie we brought all our beach stuff from home. Overall we enjoyed every second of our time there even tho it rained! I did have to contact the owner due to the dryer going out on the last day we were there and she responded super quick. I would definitely consider staying at Tradewinds condominiums again. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

Gorgeous views from patio, living room and master bedroom! While not a game changer, it has a window in master bedroom instead of access to patio as stated in details.

Even though the balcony isn’t straight on the beach, it still provides a great view for your morning coffee or after the beach day dinner. After leaving, my daughter realized she had left a stuffed friend and Christy was prompt in helping us to get back in to retrieve our left belongings. If available on our next trip, we will stay here again!

Condo was very small and narrow. Mattress was like sleeping on bricks. Rented a first flood condo thinking we would have access to the pool but the balcony was railed off. Old property, needs upgrading.

We were in Alabama for grandkids baseball. We were gone all day, but looked forward to coming back to the condo and spending the majority of the time there enjoying the balcony and listening the sound of the waves!! The host was very responsive. Thank you!
