The price was 5 times the normal rate. The bathroom towel rack was missing screws and was loose. The shower head was loose and dirty. The body wash bottle was empty. The Conditioner bottle was missing. There was not any coffee at 8:45am and most of the food was gone.

Room had mold in it , alarm clock was broken , thermostat was hanging in the wall. Toilet barley flushed they allowed guests to party in parking lot all night long when phoned the front desk the phone was conveniently missing the buttons to call downstairs. Vending machines didn’t work either floor The bar between 4 PM and 10 o’clock is filled with local hooligans Definitely was not happy with the stay not for $1800 for four nights. Pool was closed Never stay there again

THe problem was not the air conditioning. It was something that actually worked. The first problem was that no on e was at the front desk when I wanted to check in around 5 PM. He showed up, we checked in and found that our room had not been prepared for new visitors. THere was one cup and one pod for coffee. There were no condiments to accompany that. I went back to the front desk. The agent was not there. He was out smoking. He returned about 15 minutes later. I asked for cups and coffee pods. THe next morning we went to breakfast. My husband was unable to eat anything. I did eat a little, but the food was all cold, there were no napkins and no syrup for the cold pancakes and waffles. We ate elsewhere the next 2 mornings. This morning, I attempte to use the hair dryer and it would not work. I tripped the the red button on the outlet. While my curling iron would work in that outlet, the hair dryer never did. That was the last straw. We left at 8 AM. We had had enough. In addition, I booked through Hotels.com. The price quoted was NOT what I was charged. I would never book a hotel that costs $500 a night. It was supposed to be about $350. I booked months ago. I will NEVER trust a Wyndham property again.

We had to ask for another room. That room was filthy. The curtains were hanging off the windows, TV didn't work, the roomed had stains everywhere. The second room had stains and old garage in the closet.

Outdated everything. Tv in one of my groups rooms wouldn’t function (had 3 + remotes that did nothing). Front desk instead of fixing gave me another room as solution. All tvs in rooms are horribly old , shower pressure was not good, the doors to the rooms need to be looked at as we had to get replacement keys often during our quick stay as the locks did not function properly. Two elevators both big enough for one person and luggage seem pointless so we all waited for the one normal size elevator
